    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare I ported my number from airtel to jio but am not able to tele verify it since 2 weeks, it says call ended the moment i call on 1977 from same jio sim. Hence I cant even use it to get otp for problem solving on your site.I called customer care but the solution did nothing

    @reliancejio I tweeted you in last week for slow internet problem issue. So In response you guys closed calling network also. Now no internet no calling in my locality. Please look in to matter.there is no network in my locality. (Ye tweet bhi Airtel k internet se kr RHA hu.)

    @JioCare Jio this is realy heart breaking ur customer care assures that money will be credited in hardly 10 days on the same debited account. This is really shameful, Return it by today only. I request other donot take jio broadband, Jio has exponentially decrease (1/2)

    Thank you @JioCare I just got call from @reliancejio by Arvind , it's feel gud whn u get call fr issue immediately unlike @Airtel_Presence whm I am complaining since 11 month but no response. My complaint was nt fr poor internet on Jio bt for request of jiofiber in my locality.

    @JioCare Why Internet very slow in my area? what jioteam are doing, where are there responsibility for providing fastest 4g ? In my area jio tower is situated only ½km away from my shelter still 4g highest speed is 50-60 kbps in daytime. In it is approx 100 kbps, not enough.😡
