And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@JioCare That’s what I am hearing from all the people I have talked too from JIO. What’s the point taking premium plans if we do not get any service on time. Engineers are focused to get new connections referrals but no one wants to provide good service!!

@JioCare I have requested for Jio fiber service on 08/20 and installation appointment kept getting rescheduled. I am fed up with your service agent behavior who took 7 months service payment (online payment) but now no service. Can you please check, I can DM required info.
