And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@JioCare I suggest to team please update data through backend or else create digi locker link to update my document even bank do same process for KYC. And same issue i was faced in Airtel Carrier But it was resolved by only 1days . Why it will take more time?
