And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@Kapil_Vis I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

Again a classic example of poor service. @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio . Tired of pathetic experience and no help. SR000017DPE8 No service since 3rd Nov for my jio fiber connection but no help provided by Jio. Infact nobody is even bothered to even look at it.

@JioCare I am not sure why you are taking more than 10 days for installation. I am giving you enough time to installation. If you cannot provide the connection before 15-Nov-2021, please cancel the order. I don't have time to follow up with jio. After 15th, I will not entertain anyone.

@JioCare Why it requires alternate number....I think the alternate should be the permanent... scenario is forcing us towards network switching
