    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Even in the 21st century, u believe that a customer would recharge 5 days before due date by disturbing him with precall reminder on every call, you have some serious issue with your management...! And the most ridiculous thing is, u don't have an option to remove it...!

    @JioCare @reliancejio no improvement in network. Connection lost every time. Its almost 2 years you said team working on it to make network better but not improve a single bit. 4g network gives 2g speed with fluctuate ping.

    @reliancejio, @RelianceDigital @RelianceJioCare One of the worst Telecom service providers & worst customer service in India. Blatant Cheaters and they deal with their customers like they are hawkers walking on the Road. I strongly advise all my friends to stay away from Jio.
