    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    We face very bad network issue from jio around 300+ customer from our campus face issue from jio .we try many times conyact there customer officer,nodal and also local network officer issue did not solve now all our team port #QUITJIocompain @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioReliance @JioCare #Nosignaljio Is it fair to have full value recharge from customer and abandoning the net and signal service? Many time it happens that recharging my JioAirfibre on time but Jio is providing net with 2mbps 3 Mbps. Complaint to customer care went in vain.

    @JioCare STB still not delivered. Field visit TC00000CYLDS was ignored, no technician came, no call, nothing. I paid ₹706 and free OTTs are not working because of this.

    @JioCare I tried everything possible to get my Wi-Fi fixed, but nothing worked. Despite L1, L2 & L3 escalations, no one even visited my home. Your local service team’s rude and arbitrary behaviour has made the customer lose in the end. Please disconnect my Wi-Fi connection.

    @JioCare Ref No: LR00001EZEG5 Misguiding customers with false commitments is unacceptable. I demand: Installation on priority within 24–48 hours. A direct escalation channel to report this misleading behavior. Fix this ASAP! #Jio #CustomerServiceFail

    This is third time I'm requesting for help with my jio air fiber installation order number: NO0001F059IY , @reliancejio is very bad , they are not supporting at all , it's been almost 20 days when I paid for kyc , so much disappointed with @JioCare #JioAirFiberInstallation
