    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    We face very bad network issue from jio around 300+ customer from our campus face issue from jio .we try many times conyact there customer officer,nodal and also local network officer issue did not solve now all our team port #QUITJIocompain @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Thanks it’s already 8 pm now, I don’t think it’s possible today. It would have been better if your customer support had told me when I called thrice. Please review. If it’s not relocated by tomorrow then I will cancel my plan as it impacts my work badly. Please help

    @JioCare Jio doesn't have technician?? I am facing Ping issue while gaming and streaming but all they want from me is to mail them attack screenshots and all ? Can't you just send one person to check this issue ?

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare support. I've repeatedly called and emailed requesting my jio fiber Mar 2025 bill, but no action has been taken. This has been pending for far too long. Requesting immediate resolution. Please provide the bill without further delay. #JioFiber

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber No. +91-1813152904 has been completely offline for the last 3 days. I am repeatedly receiving the same "Temporary Network Congestion" SMS, but there is no resolution. My router and set-top box are showing offline in MyJio app and internet is not working at all.

    My number has been cancelled and the amount has not been refunded @JioCare @AkashMAmbani it's been more than 2 weeks and customer care is not been able to resolve. Twice my amount has been deducted

    @JioCare I have been hearing the same assurance from the past 2 months now and yet no body even bother to contact me back on this issue. This is very frustrating for a customer who have been trusting Jio ! Can you please escalate this to the higher authority so that atleast I get a call ?

    @JioCare Hi, I ordered a new SIM card on 26th May and this would be the third connection of Jio at home. But till now no one has delivered the SIM and 3 calls made to the Jio Care has not changed the situation. Order number is NO00015F4KLT Please help to expedite
