    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

My issue of Postpaid from prepaid is still ownding, despite >10days.I only get msgs reading “v r working on, keep patience..”, sent by one after anotjer official who comes on duty;Itz reallly shameful,disgusting experience with jio, though beibg a long standing customer

    @tataplayfiber @reliancejio Please cancel my account and initiate a refund. I'm shifting to @reliancejio because of your pathetic, non existent customer service. Technicians are rude, don't fix connection even after 2 weeks and no updates on when it will be resolved.

    @JioCare for the second time I've travelled abroad and activated an Intnl roaming pack which wasn't activated. Requesting a refund please. Very poor service on your part.

    @reliancejio @JioCare signal quality in the past few days has been worst. What a pathetic quality of service!!! 5G 6G 7G will be of no use to me if I am not even able to call someone. Ridiculous!!!!

    @JioCare, Is Their Any One Else Facing The Problem Of Call Drop In Jio, Really Annoying, I Am Facing The Problem From Last 2 Months And That Happens Everytime I Try To call. Feels Like Throwing The Sim, It Is My Business Number, And It Had Effected Alot.

    @JioCare @reliancejio is launching 5g now. But we at rural areas don't even get 4g. Poor signal coverage at my location. 12.8902965, 75.1915281 kindly improve ur network.
