    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @TusharS98740056 @yoga_deeba @JioCare They should instantly refund the amount once the device is picked up. Just like Amazon and Flipkart. After all they take the money instantly so why don't they give it back instantly. That means they don't trust customer. But now neither we trust Jio and Ambani.

    @reliancejio Your network speed is very slow, inorder to watch a 1 sec vdo have to wait for 10 sec buffering. Along with dropped calls and voice not getting connected after call and such issues. In Mangalore everywhere it's the same with your network, especially at airport area.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Seems Jio Fiber customer care team is highly incompetent. Disappointing to see issue is just getting dragged. Sales team isn't answering msgs or calls. Helpline no. doesn't have option to talk. Can't think to go for such pathetic services, pls refund.
