    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare I m very disappointed from jio network service in my area Pin 325223, vill. narayanpura,  post office kanotiya, tehsil atru, district baran Raj. I had complained many times.  Despite tower being available 500 meters away from my house, the signal does not come here.

    @reliancejio @JioCare recently I shifted to the campus of one of reputed and topmost institute of India and I am surprised to see that jio network coverage is very poor here, I am searching for corners when I can get good strength signal, even gmail page is not loading

    @JioCare @reliancegroup the issue's still not fixed & now d service engg has no clue when the issue would be fixed and he urged me 2 visit the jio ofice for updates. Do I need 2 visit office for updates? Is the issue escalated? What is going on? Too much of inconvenience from @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia I called at jio complaint helpline 198, they told me there is no one senior to him except mukesh Ambani @TRAI . They suddenly deactivated a jio no. after 3 yrs without any notice and deadline. What a monopoly.
