    @reliancejio I have taken a new internet connection from jio and from past 24hrs there is no service. Jio has an excellent customer service team that do not have any idea about the services. Within this short period I have decided to cancel the connection.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio please give me customer care number on which I actually talk to a person who can solve a problem..not the chat bot and predefined data bot. I tried that and i couldn't get answer from bot.i need a person to help me with.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Sir, I Did add money in jio pos lite app on 25th august 2022 the amount is ₹5768 which transaction was done successfully through UPI app but it is not added in“jio pos lite” wallet and still not added, and refund also has not come yet. So please help me.

    Jio postpaid service is pathetic. I have a number 9582171268 and some issues regarding additional billing on my number as my id was hacked. But jio is simplh harrasing me and no one is responding to my mails on jio care. Pathethic service. @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare
