    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare I am facing outage for my jiofiber since 06 days every time I call your toll free number it is kept repeating the same that services will be restored but nothing happened so far. Kindly resolve the issue.
