@reliancejio @JioCare i paid for new connection on 8th December. No installation till now. JioFiber connection with Order No.NO0000NU0XUO is delayed due to Technical Reasons. We will attempt to complete it in the next 5 days. Can anyone help.

@JioCare I have got installed jio fiber in June 2022, now I have shifted to new flat in same building on same floor but in relocation details in jio app message is being given that services are unavailable so please resolve the issue. At customer care no , no one is atending

@JioCare Daily the Ticket is getting closed without resolution, and no service engineer has done a home visit after 7th, its already been a week, just 2 simple requests 1 to replace the router and to add an extender... can't they fix this in 10 min..its already a week
