Earlier during first complaint ,I was able to use 500mb /1.5 gb in a day but now I can only use 100 mb /1.5 gb in a day due to slow speeds. My pack is going to expire soon then I will port out. Goodbye Jio.

The problem is only near my home and in my lane, where the signal is so poor that even talking on a call is difficult. Please don’t give generic excuse.
