@JioCare The connection is down from 16 Dec which is not fixed and now we are not getting calls from the engineer that the connection is illegal and asking us to raise a disconnection request. All this is being done purposely and a blind eye is shown by reliance.

@reliancejio @JioCare Great that you have started 5G service in Jodhpur from 7th Jan but have you tested the service? There are issues of call drops/ net fluctuations during the day many times #5glaunch

@reliancejio Jio 5g is a complete disaster. None of my office sites and meetings are working with jio mobile data, facing this issue from 10-12 days and customer care says its going to stay atleast till Feb. What a pathetic service, why to launch 5g if u can’t provide the the services
