    @JioCare Your speed is going decreasing continuosly even after so many complaints. Earlier during first complaint ,I was able to use 500mb /1.5 gb in a day but now I can only use 100 mb /1.5 gb in a day due to slow speeds. My pack is going to expire soon then I will port out. Goodbye Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup- and when I raised a request to permanently deactivate my number, the customer executive is saying that you will be charged for the next 7 days until the number gets deactivated per the process. Why? I mean why? I am not even using the no.

    Status: As per sms my issue is supposed to be resolved by 11.40 pm. But no one tried to contact and no update yet. That's how @reliancejio service its customers. #badexperience
