    @JioCare Your speed is going decreasing continuosly even after so many complaints. Earlier during first complaint ,I was able to use 500mb /1.5 gb in a day but now I can only use 100 mb /1.5 gb in a day due to slow speeds. My pack is going to expire soon then I will port out. Goodbye Jio.

    @JioCare Very poor indoor internet speeds. Download - 0.29Mbps Upload - 0.42 Mbps Address - Bright Career Institute Gudianali (Near Shiv Temple) , Dhenkanal Pincode - 759001. Please Fix it immediately otherwise I have to port out.

    @JioCare Ma'am, the first schedule was given for today for which I raised the ticket yesterday around 2 pm but today it was rescheduled to tomorrow, not sure of the reason, I am not staying in a big metro city wherein they can't come and fix one wire issue for more than 48 hrs.

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue is NOT appointment scheduling. Your engineer already visited, identified a damaged fiber line, pushed AirFiber instead of repairing it, left without restoring the connection, and is now unreachable. Why is SR00002LMA5G on hold instead of being repaired?

    @JioCare As of now my issue is fixed just now. But about 4 days of interruption without internet. I have already initiated a termination request. @JioCare
