    @JioCare Your speed is going decreasing continuosly even after so many complaints. Earlier during first complaint ,I was able to use 500mb /1.5 gb in a day but now I can only use 100 mb /1.5 gb in a day due to slow speeds. My pack is going to expire soon then I will port out. Goodbye Jio.

    Desh mein lockdown chal raha hai... Aur jio network mein bhi lockdown chal raha hai... Very very poor network service since 2 days at my location...plz solve the problem @jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @shashankj2403 Network services does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers...

    Because @ACTFibernet has worst customer service with out solving the problems they closes the tickets and they don't even provide sufficient details for customer. So kindly i recommend to change ACT FIBRENET to @JioCare i.e, JIO FIBERNET or other network

    @JioCare Facing lots of out of coverage issues, even not receiving bank OTP. I am postpaid and prepaid both customer for Jio. Customer care said, you don't have any issues and cut the call while I was talking. You have one week to fix this issue or I will shut down both numbers

    @bbavikatte212 Sir, I think you are expecting too much from them! they really don't care about their customers as @JioCare since the day I switched I am never disappointed by it's services....I will suggest you to do the same @reliancejio is a great option!
