Earlier during first complaint ,I was able to use 500mb /1.5 gb in a day but now I can only use 100 mb /1.5 gb in a day due to slow speeds. My pack is going to expire soon then I will port out. Karthik (@John_Karthik) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.
