@JioCare 15 days ago concern person closed my complaint without solving the problem. When i asked why is did this we warned me that I will not service do what I can do. Same he repeated today that he will not resolve my issue,.

@JioCare My jio fiber is not working from yesterday, I have raised complaint in jio app, a service engineer should visit us today at 4.30 pm but he dint. The customer care professionals don’t know why there is no visit and top of that they say next visit will be on Monday only.
