    @JioCare I don't want you to appreciate my patience. Just resolve my issue. Have not paid to be patient for 3 subsequent days. Don't just keep providing your monotonous replies for every single tweet. Show some results and resolve the issue instead of cliched replies. Pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare please see the thread. Same has been said every day. I need quick resolution. It wouldn't take this long to even get a new connection setup. Please escalate this to the highest level for quicker resolution. 4 days without #JioFiber.

    @JioCare 13th March the payment has been made and the ticket was supposed to be resolved by 14th March and today being 25th March it still lies in open state without any update. If there is any challenge in providing the service refund my amount Ill go for some other service-provider 😔

    @JioCare There is a service request already raised for this, had requested to escalate this as well and have got a new number for that as well and still didnt here anything from anyone. Now there is another one raised and I am sure this will also be lying in open state with no updates 😔
