FYI @reliancejio I received a call from someone claiming to represent JIO and telling that there is some problem in port out request. They told me to send the cancellation message. It’s really shameless on part of @ViCustomerCare to have their people call by impersonating 2/2

@JioCare team it has horrible experience to start my reliance fiber connection, your executives on the ground are only bothered about payment after that no connection is given to customer and they don't even respond to customer calls. Your customer care just hangs phone on me.

Hey @JioCare , would you please consider extending your fiber services to the pincode - 754109 (Mahira, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha)? It's almost impossible to participate in online academic activities with poor #Jio4G signals at my place. @reliancejio
