    @VenomsTech @reliancejio @JioCare Jio and Airtel are becoming too **** and they don't care also as they know - they have the Duopoly. I wasnt able to use my Mobile data and was getting very low speed. I contacted Airtel, and instead of figuring it out - they said that firstly I have to take support request back.

    @JioCare Facing terrible customer service from @reliancejio for my Jio AirFiber (+91-8560359199). Subscribed for 100 Mbps but getting <40 Mbps consistently for 6 months. Helpline unreachable, no response from local team, and diagnostics keep showing unresolved outages.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ALERT- Never choose JIO if you need internet services for work purpose. You will loose job only bcoz JIO will force you 2 do so by nt providing any services in time as & when you need it most.We are forced 2 be on leave since 4 days, brink of loosing job.

    @JioCare Wifi services disrupted for last 3 days. Worst and pathetic service of JIO. Had to switch to Airtel🤦🤦. Local jio team and technicians do not care and app always re-schedule the service slot🤦🤦🤦 Terrible

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am fed up with your service. I am continuously complaining about internet service interruption but you r absolutely deaf, not listening to me and not sorting out the issue. No response from your side. I request you to please replace my router and antenna.
