    Now when I am calling to the concerned person of @JioCare , It seems like he does not have time to provide me fibre connection. Actually he is not trying to provide me. Never expected this type of service from @JioCare @reliancejio

    Disconnect. @reliancejio is just rigging the customers and making big bucks. Good people it is time to move on to other service providers who are dedicated to the consumer. My why i should recharge when i can't use the service well. And lying is much shameful. .👇🏼

    I am facing very slow internet speed problem at my location, I am doing complaint regarding this since 2 to 3years on no198 and they always say that their team is working. But still problem remain, so I request you to please look into the matter seriously. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare you are provided 3rd class service Recharged sim and it's almost 15 hrs gone but still you have not started my sim #Jiodown

    Really I never expected this type of service from a company like @JioCare, where a customer is eagerly waiting for fibre connection but company is saying It will take 2 months. Shame

    @JioCare I use two simcards in my mobile where i don't face any issue with my other 'Vi' sim. So this is not a problem with my mobile. Also i couldn't go outside as here is lockdown in Maharashtra. So please arrange home visit if possible or resolve my issue asap. @DoT_India
