@JioCare I visited many times in jio store but they told me without ekyc we didn't process your sim replacement and told me recently policy was changed without fingerprint scan we aren't able to issue. I visited Lucknow, Jagatpur (Raebareli), & Unchahar (Raebareli) Jio stores.

@Sh775717 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
