I’m writing this to @reliancejio @JioCare as I made recharge of 2599RS of 1Yr and by recharging this the consumer will get @DisneyplusHSVIP but I didn’t get it my jio Hotstar premium is not working yet and I made a complaint to jio center also on 11th June but still not resolved.

@MehlaAnuj @JioCare If you want to stream then the better choice is fiber or broadband connection because I tried using my mobile Jio and my mother's mobile network Airtel but both does not perform well so I suggest to use Fiber or Broadband

@JioCare Hello i just made my jio e sim but when i add plan on my iphone 11 manually by adding SM-DP + address and Activation code it show unavailable to change plan try again later Now my physical sim has lost its signal too

I recharged with ₹98 Plan and realised that there is no SMS. So recharged with top-up ₹20 and tried to send SMS. Not working. What is the trick? @JioCare?
