  It’s been nearly 4 months since my cancelled Jio recharge on 20 Apr 2026, but my refund is still pending. I was asked to provide the refund transaction ID, which I never received. Raised multiple tickets, yet no one has resolved it. Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio

  @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Check your phones bandwidth specification. Do some reaearch on it... Its not the network operators always. Different environments have different bandwidth, if your phone doesnt support it.. You will face issue no matter whichever network operator.
