@JioCare Thanks for quick help but i have two recharge now one plan queued, i wanted only one recharge. Did second transaction as my first recharge showed as failed transaction. Ideally i must get my money refunded for second transaction, i hv rights to choose next plan according my need

@JioCare Getting worse. Got a call from an engineer just to check if my connection is working. Nothing rectified till now but Request ID has been closed as per the status shown on app. Horrible

There is no network in my jio network since last 2 hours. The inefficiency in service delivery system leads to lots of problems. As everything is based on internet and gets stopped due to this. This is 2nd time in this month. Pin code -172104 @reliancejio @JioCare #jiocare
