@JioCare Internet has not been working since morning. I raised a complaint and was told resolution in 5 hr 44 mins. Now it's night and still no fix. If you cannot provide service, refund my recharge amount or I will port to Airtel.

@JioCare Do whatever you want to do but I want results soon otherwise, I am ready for legal action and please do not make such promises which you cannot fulfill. My experience so far is very bad.

@JioCare Still no refund after 14+ months. At this point, it clearly feels like Jio is not serious about resolving customer issues and does not value long-term customers. Despite repeated follow-ups, proof of payment, bank confirmation, service request, and multiple assurances from you1/3

@JioCare Kindly provide a clear resolution timeline and ensure the committed high-speed service is restored without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and register a formal complaint. Regards, Neeraj

@JioCare We want to stay with Jio, provided we are able to get permanent solution for our issue.

@JioCare Stop closing my complaints without fixing the issue. Connection is slow, but your engineer just checks speed and leaves. Now he’s not even showing up. I need a real solution, not just a closed ticket. @reliancejio @TRAI #jio

it's been over 20 days, neither I got my money 1200 rs for relocation back nor any resolution .And while we call customer support daily to provide resolutions, they keep saying you will get the refund amount 4 days , 1 days , till this date, @reliancejio

@JioCare Are u agreeing , ur team disconnecting existing customer connection and installed new for other connection ???

@JioCare Please reread the issue. I cannot keep repeating myself. This is a deliberate attempt by @JioCare @reliancejio to tired out the consumer so that they'll not keep following up on the complaint.
