    Idk but why Jio is having the worst support for their fiber services. For the past 1 week my broadband connection is not working and the service request is getting delayed everyday for no reason. Idk if this is only happening to me or other people too. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again false promises. No call. @reliancejio thanks for the prompt response and call. On track to have you install and switch over. My Airtel broadband is still not working

    @JioCare Your earliest is always taking 4-5 days, and it's not acceptable. I don't want this long delay. Please refund my amount. You are just eating the money in the name of an outage.

    @JioCare What the hell is wrong with you guys? I have been experiencing the same issue since the beginning of the month and yet it is not resolved. I'm always been told that it will be sorted in next 24 hours . I don't know how do you calculate 24 hours.
