    @TRAI @reliancejio @Jiocare Please help to get rid of one sided policy or JIO. There is a wrong recharge done. Immediately I contacted JIO over Phone for refund. Since then JIO is sitting behind one sided policy for no refund. Please Initiate Refund and keep your plan.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio recently I have raised Port out request. I got call from one lady I forgot her name she Hanged up call while talking with me. This really poor service I don't know the your protocols but yes if customer talking with you u have to respond positively Tnkx
