@reliancejio very poor customer service, more than 24 hrs have passed since the complaint was lodged for slow speed of #jiofiber yet only new appointment messages have been received from your tech team, in last 18 hours 5 revised appointments.

@airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

@JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

@JioCare @reliancejio too bad support. Have uninstalled the service of jio fiber last month.Modems and setup boxes has been surrendered to the jio rep however till date money is not returned. Have been calling jio customer care and they promise to refund in 24 hrs but no luck

Look at my problem: I was facing some problem in my @HPIndia laptop. So I called @HPIndia customer service they tell me to download the 8gb file but I dont have that much data,so I called @reliancejio fiber,but after postponing for 5 days they r saying they cant install jio fiber
