    @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent:Paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber on 7Aug (UPI Ref:621901080229,Order No:NO0001F2PNRO). Payment is deducted, but support claims no booking exists against my number. Kindly schedule installation immediately or process a full refund ASAP. DM for details.

    @JioCare Shame to you people. Service request raised in the morning, scheduled at 3 PM, postponed to 6Pm. After this postponed to tomorrow 11 AM. You people are disconnecting the service within seconds after the expiry of subscription and postponing the service indefinetly.

    @jiocare was supposed to get five days Extension for the network not available at your end, and I was promised I’ll get it, but now that my plan is over. I haven’t received it. Please add those five days. Also, I have applied a voucher which I had in my account .. no one answers
