  @JioCare Update: 29+ hrs since SR raised, zero repair attempt. Just “technical delay” excuses until 9 PM tonight. Finally got a named engineer + slot — but for tomorrow 3–4 PM. Total time to resolution: ~47 hrs. Nearly 2x TRAI’s 24-hr fault-repair benchmark. @JioCare @TRAI

  I recharged my Jio number with a 5G plan, but my phone is still showing 4G+. The network is extremely unreliable social media apps often don’t load at all. Even when the signal appears normal, the internet simply doesn’t work. Jio Disappoints. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio I’m from, Rajasthan, not Gujarat. For the past few days, when I call someone and they don’t answer or disconnect, the recorded message plays in Gujarati instead of Hindi. Same on incoming calls. Why is this happening? Please fix it. #Jio @JM_Scindia

  @JioCare Even jio is not helping me in social media platform as well where their users are looking in to it every day I am escalating zero empathy towards their customers straightly help me to connect to ivr why I am not getting an option to connect with them for me wasting 200 bucks
