    @JioCare Not sure if changing the modem will solve the issue until it is done. The engineer mentioned that only if you close the previous ticket, I can raise a new one to change your modem. (2/2)

    @JioCare For 3 months, I've faced poor network coverage, call drops, and extremely slow internet. Multiple complaints to 198 have achieved nothing. Stop sending scripted responses and fix the issue immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.

    Here's a shorter version: Frustrated with @JioCare AirFiber! No speed, constant disconnects, TV/Wi-Fi down. Techs visited 5-6 times but just reset router. Zero support. Fix it permanently or refund and close my connection! Mob: 8770302215 Location: Rewa, MP @JIOAIRFIBERIN
