@JioCare Your engineers were here & they were not even close to the problem.Your backend team is asking to give call back when problem arise. Signal drops for 40-50 secs 6-8 times in a day. I am pretty sure that crew will not be able address the same. What will you do getting into my shoe

@JioCare I am hearing this statement since last yr"we are experiencing network issue in your locality and working to fix it" but no action so far. You are least bother about customer problem always replied with generic statement. @DoT_India @TRAI Can someone help with permanent resolution

My jio fiber connection is not working from Saturday 23rd oct 2021, despite multiple complaints no action has been taken by jio fiber service team till today. Now I want to disconnect my jio connection with refund for remaining service time. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare My wifi has not been working since the past 4 days and everyday i am just being told that “The engineer will surely be there in sometime”.But at the end of the day it is the same thing. I have tried customer support services but all they do is place new service requests.

Dear @ViCustomerCare Why my app is not opening sometimes though my data connection is on. Please fix this and call drop is happening more and while sending inbox msgs my connection got cut.. Solve these issues . otherwise i hv to port out to @reliancejio their service is good

@JioCare installed new Jio Fibre connections just 2 days back and its down since morning. The engg is supposed 2 come 2 check late afternoon. Not so pleased with the service and support.

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Team, It's been almost more than a month. My jio connection was cancelled and as per you polocy, the refund should be settle between 7-14 day. But still not settled and I was not getting proper response from your team and very rude. Pls resolve ASAP
