    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    @JioCare Sometimes it's slow speed issue, sometimes connection issue I.e.error getting as no access to internet. This is the 3rd consecutively. It would be of great help if anyone can look into.

    @NikuGoswami5 @reliancejio jio is helpless as their main focus is on Jiofibre its useless asking them for help they will ask to dm and further apologize and by chance if you get connection now in 2 months they will apologize for your village subscribers have increased so you don't get connection

    @JioCare Very pathetic service on jio fiber Internet down for business.twice this week. Last time took 2 days to fix. this time customer care said to fix tommorow. How much money will be looted from customer @airtelindia was fixing this in 1 hour. Apeal to all switch to airtel

    @JioCare Issue still not resolved. Do you want additional payment because there is a credit balance of Rs 1000 against my number. Pathetic services, you should actually stop selling postpaid mobile service
