    Highly disappointed by @reliancejio . i was using a jio number since 2019 and never had any issues. Now in 2026 it suddenly stopped working around late march . I tried my level best to recover the number, went to their offices a thousand times and spent around 2000 @JioCare

    Wire connection of my JioFiber device is broken on 25th April.. I have raised complaint on 26 April evening.. Still i got no response..in my jio app is they re assigning engineer for this.. @JioCare @reliancejio can you plz resolve this issue as soon as possible

    @JioCare It’s been 48 hours—no stable network, no data, and continuous call drops. In 2026, being cut off like this without any corrective action is unacceptable. This level of service is simply pathetic. @JioCare @reliancejio
