    @JioCare The request has been in process, closed & reopened but there’s no change in internet speed or any technician showing up to look into the issue! So if u can do anything better than the app to make this request move ahead great! Else it’s the same story! Really bad experience!

    @TRAI bhai puch rahe ho ya bta rahe ho, Internet? even normal calls also had much problem in @reliancejio my village while we all are paying the same amt but there isa huge difference in services in comparison to cities

    @TRAI Yesss.... Unstable toggle between 4G and 5G ... I am complaining to jio @JioCare since ages..but they raise ticket and close with template that it will be resolved in 10 days... 🤬
