@reliancejio @JioCare am working in saudi arabia my jio sim was working properly and getting Otp and messages properly yesterday suddenly the network gone and it’s showing no service it’s having valid plan and I recharged sim with roaming pack and another plan 749 still problem

@airtelindia worst ever broadband service.. Numerous outages in a month. The strange part is both broadband and data(cellular) don't work at the same time in my area. This is completely blocking my work... Thinking to go for @reliancejio

It is a running trend in India for companies like @JioCare to exploit customers with no after-sales service. They make it virtually impossible for people to contact them. Some regulations need to be created to manage this. @pib_comm
