No action, no follow-up, no improvement.

We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

Someone keeps rescheduling appointments without any intimation and customer service is helpless refusing to refund excess balance for discontinuation.
