    @JioCare I've been facing high ping issues in most of the games. Above 150ms that too unstable. No response from all my attempts to contact you either. Same issue for other jio users. Thank god I'm in trial period. If you can't fix it, consider me out. Switching to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence The ******* internet service providers company.Its frustrating me lot.i tried to call your customer representative but did not connect.Please port my number or tell me the process. @JioCare i want to port my Airtel number in your company please respond.

    @JioCare Shared the details through direct mag. Let’s see what is the solution your are offering. Don’t come and say we don’t have the system to trace the payment and auto activation of service. Someone will do it manually and it may take 6 days.

    @JioCare 3 days, 3 complaints, 2 agent visits , still issues with internet not fixed. Your agents are good for nothing. They come, tighten the wires and internet works for couple of hours and then breaks again. Is there someone that can help me fix internet issues for once?

    It's been 3 days I have been constantly requesting to fix my jio fibre and the customer care has only one reply will get it done in 24hrs...@jio @reliancejio @jiocustomercare everything they speak in such a way that it will be done before time...but till now its not been fixed..
