    @Tofan__Mahakur @JioCare @airtelindia is worse, their sales person booked a hone plan with me yesterday and today he is asking me to cancel it because they can not deliver the fiber connection in building while jio is already have fiber here... No doubt why jio is doing better than them

    @JioCare Staying without connection from past 20 hrs and more 24hrs wait now. Is this the kind of service we shall expect even after paying full in advance. How fair is this isn't this waste of my money. Will you add these many hrs to my plan.

    My complaint with service request number SR000013UKTG is still pending and no service engineer is showing up. I know jio is a good company but these kind of staffs spoil the reputation of jio. Kindly urge the service engineer to resolve my problem. @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber

    @JioCare I am unable to use Jio network in Reddiyarpalayam , Pondicherry. It is getting completely down when I step into my street and to my home . I have to come out and make a call or to use the Internet. Kindly do something .@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio We have been complaining from 19 Jan. No resolution has been taken from your end. Im all worn out with your customer care. I have no other option other than cancelling the service. Enough is enough.
