    Hey, I redeemed a voucher but still my services hasn't started yet. It is still showing that no charge is being processed. Ur executive told me this got unsuccessful why? Can you please help me with this? Check DM for the proof. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare that is the whole issue....since yesterday about 4-5 technicians have changed and the timing too....but no one has turned up or tried fixing the damn thing

    My Jio gigafibre is not working for 3 days now. Technician who visited is saying router needs replacement. Router is green but majority sites not working. Have raised service request again but nobody arrived. Look into the matter @reliancejio @JioCare

    I have four Jio SIMs. The recharge for one of them just expired, and in the last four days, I have received four to five calls from Jio customer care regarding this. I live in Palghar. They keep calling me repeatedly to recharge. One of the representatives even spoke to me in a very rude manner, demanding that I recharge. Do I have to face this much pressure? Are people going to pressure me into recharging, otherwise my SIM will be disconnected? I want to convey this message to Jio India and the concerned authorities at Jio—please forward my complaint to Jio. @reliancejio
