    @JioCare your customer care promised that an engineer visit will happen today. it didn't. they said we have escalated the issue. then where is the resolution?

    Dear @JioCare, my Jio AirFiber connection has been down, and I’ve already raised a service request. Shockingly, the service engineer is demanding money to fix the issue. Or to wait 2/3 days. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber If my internet service is not restored by then, I will be forced to escalate this grievance to the Consumer Forum and cancel my Jio Fiber connection permanently to switch back to a local service provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have raised a complaint through your app regarding the poor network signal on my mobile, but I have not received any positive response. This is unacceptable.Kindly send your network engineer to my home to check the signal strength and network frequency.
