@JioCare Hello, why do you guys promote referral schemes when you don’t intend to give… there is referral voucher in the account and unable to redeem… called your customer service several times, every time some one new gave me all stupid answers and no one knows how to resolve.

From last 48 Hours there is No Internet of Jio fiber. Red light Blink Whole Day and Doesn't turned into Green in Router. Yesterday I called several times and Requested to fix, But no technician came and fixed that. Fix it soon #JioFiber #MyJio @reliancejio @JioCare

How do I talk to a customer care executive to log a complaint?? You list out different numbers but all lead to supid IVR with no option to choose to raise complaint! Garbage customer care!@JioCare

@JioCare Ma'am I need a same number I was Jio's customer last from 8 years & suddenly you disconnected my number without intimation. This is the way that you treat your customers..? You must have to give an intimation before disconnection but u didn't that's mean @reliancejio is liable

@reliancejio @JioCare I will porting sim in jio from Airtel but sim seller give me a bad sim card. I went to jio sim care by tells sim seller but there 425 RS was demand by jio staff for sim restart and staff behavior is bad. I'm very worried please help me. Mob no 7561917130
