    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing a 8-month severe indoor network blackout at 700037. 8 Service Requests closed without resolution despite unusable signal (-128dBm). Registered formal grievance with National Consumer Helpline and DoT. Fix network! NCH Grievance: 9829547. DoT DOTEL/E/2026/0042630.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What’s the customers fault here? And what am I supposed to do with no internet and 0 to no jio support despite advance payment plan? If you can fix the issue (it’s been more than month today) please initiate a refund. (1/2)

    Such a worst service. First your so called oversmart guy came and sold me fiver with ott saying that you can change to normal only fiber anytime and now when i asked to change, i need to apply for a new connection. Fraud has also some limit but not you guys @JioCare
