    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Team, Request SR00001DYR4V has been opened 17 times by call center agent and have been closed forcefully by backend service team 17 times without resolution. I am tired of calling jio support or dropping mails. Someone please help me fix my issue.

    @JioCare is worst service for Postpaid Users. No proper communication. Call disconnect by front! I am not getting the data speed.

    @JioCare A while back I had a talk with the Area Service Manager. He spoke very well and understood my problem. But the quality of the employee is poor. You have to take some action against him! Bad employees ruin the whole company

    Jio fiber in Mangalore provides pathetic service. They don't show up to fix issues, keep postponing the service everyday. @JioCare

    @JioCare I am calling 18001806785 which is rajasthan govt toll free number. However I cannot, it says "Sorry, your line is barred for free phone service" and ends the call. Can you help please!??

    @reliancejio @JioCare New scam from Jio Fiber. Their representatives ask you to convert from pre paid to post paid promising 4 months service against 3 months subscription. But, you get only 3 months. Outright fraud by jio representatives. Be careful.
