    @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged with ₹707 for my JioFiber (Fixed Line: 063-44796628) on 27th March 2026 after receiving a WhatsApp offer for a 2-month subscription. However, my internet has been disconnected after only 1 month. This is misleading and very disappointing service

    Dear @JioCare, every time it rains, your network completely collapses. If you can’t manage the network or provide a stable data speed, stop selling the service. We pay full price, and we get terrible performance. Why should we even recharge if this is the result?

    @JioCare Please note that if the amount is not refunded within the next 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this issue and file a formal complaint in the consumer court for deficiency of service.
