@JioCare My complaint of High ping has not been resolved and it has been a long time now. Because of High ping on JioFiber from 12/05/2021, and bad customer service I want cancel my subscription after this month. come and collect your router and refund my amount.

Dear @airtelindia I know I made a mistake by opting your services and even a bigger mistake by recharging for 3 months. I am sorry but now I am rectifying my mistake and porting into @reliancejio . Bye bye... worst services ever, I suggest you fix your 4g network b4 u launch 5g

@reliancejio @JioCare Aplied for jiofibr connection but the office near me denied to provide the connection even after paying the instla. Fee of Rs 1500/- according to them they can't provide service to my location but same connection is present in my building. Follow in comments

I get 4g plus networks and terrific speeds at my hometown (mithapur) but in rajkot at my hostel @reliancejio and @airtelindia both sucks , not even getting 4g speeds. Have complained it before also but the problem till exists.
