    We will get in touch with you to schedule a new appointment. @JioCare Stop spreading lie the service engineer visited and couldn't resolve the issue and said some other team will visit and rectify the problem. Will @reliancejio adjust my plan amount wasted in all this mess.

    @JioCare From last night unable to call or send sms to anyone. Happening with incoming calls and sms as well. And it seems many of my friends are also facing the same issue. Already restarted device and re inserted sim card. Telangana region. Please fix.

    @JioCare there is no option anywhere in the app to raise a ticket if facing internet issue(jio fibre). Live agents are never available. Facing connectivity issue and WFH is hampered. Horrible experience
