And this is not first time . I faced more than 20 times this situation in 2022. You are still not resolving issue. If i not reachrged @reliancejio even I can't reachrge at that moment because of I don't have network to reacharge

@JioCare Hi, This is Shriharsha Kulkarni here from Bangalore and as I have placed an order to buy TV through the Jio Mart application but the saddest thing was that Jio cancelled both my orders stating some technical glitches.This is the very bad service i have ever experienced.

@JioCare Dear Team, Don't mislead people in the open forum , I am agree with only one thing that is minimum recharge requirements If someone's ph is not 5G or 5G network is not there, then he/she won't be able to use it, but what is the harm in service activation on no. that is my point
