    @JioCare I prefer all communication regarding this issue to be in writing via email only. My case has been pending since 22 Jan 2026, and all required details and proofs have already been shared. Kindly provide a written update and resolution instead of requesting phone calls.

    @JioCare For the last 2 weeks, very very poor Jio network coverage inside our home. We are unable to receive calls properly due to weak/no signal. Everyone in my family uses Jio network and faces the same issue.
