I visited the nearest office, no one is there Team leads, service engineer all left the office at 2.30pm all enjoying wfh, no one is doing work. Now no one is picking the calls. Please look into their work what they're doing on the ground levels @reliancejio @JioCare

Want to port my airtel sim to Jio worst telecom. I wrongly opt for airtel. Truly unlimited mean nothing. I use ti recharge fir services free in jio @JioCare @airtelindia pIn code 248001. Happy to move to@jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare It's been 6 days no one doing the installation, they are giving excuses like team shortage daily. Worst experience please fire all the employees of IT park dehradun, so irresponsible people, they even don't care about customer. They are not interested in.

Jio fibre the fraudulent scheme, my number has been deregistered without my notice. Now i am not able to return that device worth 5k. Good fraudulent scheme by Jio. Such a pathetic service. The customer care is shouting on the customer. #JioFiber @reliancejio #pathetic_service

@reliancejio @JioCare Could you please help for JIo relocation.Their are un-necessary documents on your portal has been asked which any tenant can’t provide. On top of that their is no requirement of such documents while taking new connection. +91-8079653535 is my number.

@bisckut I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
