@reliancejio 761008 pincode area is prone to very very low network. Since 3 months and more very low network quality. No smooth internet. Ex: opening of google page takes 1 or 1½ minutes approx. and random call drops. This forcing me to switch to AIRTEL NETWORK.

@JioCare @reliancejio There is a big glitch in your system that sends recharge reminders to alternate linked numbers previously linked even after the primary has migrated to another service provider. I get 4-5 sms everyday even after setting DND to full. Need urgent fix.

@JioCare I didn’t say I am being charged, I’m saying I can’t access the service (Amazon prime) which I should be getting with Jio fiber (which I’m paying for). Why can’t I access it?

@airtelindia Even after repeated complaints, networks are not fixed. Placed ticket gets closed every time without any improvements of the service. Very disappointing. I have 10numbers in my family plan. @reliancejio how to port to your network?
