@Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio Same here. Adding to that they are rude. They tell on your face nothing will be done. They threaten you to terminate your number if you don't recharge immediately within few hours. I ported out. It's all good now.

@JioCare @sunahuja I have got the same reply 2-3 months ago but still I am facing the speed issue. Whenever I tried to reach out to customer service desk they just come with a single answer "Sir, we are working on network improvement". Kab sahi hoga network jio ka ?

@reliancejio In my location 232109 jio service is very bad before 1month because it's tower running by electricity and electricity is give only 18 horurs in village so after 18 hours jio tower stopped and no start dg by the operator so its very difficult for ji use jio service Please help me
