    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since evening. Multiple calls to customer care, yet no resolution or ETA. I work from home and can't do my job because of your poor service. This is unacceptable. Restore my connection immediately or escalate the issue.

    Amazing job, @reliancejio. A little drizzle and 5G drops to almost zero for hours across many parts of #VasaiVirar. No backup when the network fails, but a 1-minute delay in bill payment and calls plus internet are blocked instantly. Great service. 👏 #Jio @TRAI

    @agra58843 @JioCare I am also facing jio fiber wifi disruption since last one month. But even after raising multiple requests i am not getting any solution from jio. Engineer is not visiting at my location. I contacted escalation team as well but no use. Very pathetic service.

    Poor jio airfiber internet and it has been 15 days since complaining, no improvement neither any support from Jio. Jio fixed voice number+91-5274357585 Account number 778711833991. The worst telecom company in India. do hell with your services. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Our entire area is struggling with poor network connectivity; forget about 5G, even 4G networks don't connect here, and calls don't go through either. Location: Nayagaon Khurd, Post: Kanawar, Bayana (321401), Bharatpur. One jio tower needed We provide land @reliancejio @JioCare
