    Now it's limit.I hv applied coupon for second fre months n still it's showing due date on 10.1.2023 wt is this neither my connection problem solved nor such another problem. I wantfto know where is my coupon if i redeemed then why it's still swng o/s @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio

    @JioCare Now I have decided as soon as my number activated the same day I will port to any other operator. I will also write a formal complain to Jio's head office and TRAI about the pathetic service and customer support team.

    I order a product from jio Mart it’s my first order from jio it received my scratched & damage I raised a complaint on 30 dec. they committed me 48hr to resolve but upto now no response it’s a world wide company it’s work of company @JioMart_Support @JioMart @reliancejio

    @JioCare Where is my SIM? Imported from Vi to Jio on 27th Dec’22 and was provided with a faulty SIM. Till date there is no service. And your representatives doesn’t care.

    @JioCare inspite of samsung f23 5g supporting n28 and n78 bands,in your website it is showing that device is not compatible with your 5g network.
