    @JioCare @reliancejio The backend team is closing the ticket without even connecting or checking with the user of what the exact issue really is They just went ahead and pasted a generic answer that was paster 7 months back as well See your condition

    @JioCare I have recently installed JioFiber my wifi is getting disconnected every now and then after complaining 100 times also no one from jio came to check the problem

    @JioCare I have been complaining for three months and every complaint I have has worked and been closed, but why isn't the network fixed and why isn't the problem resolved? And you keep saying the same thing every time.Your complaint is being processed.

    Took a corporate connection on 25 Feb 2026, cancelled on 26 Feb after paying for 3 months. Still no refund despite continuous follow-ups—only “issue escalated” responses. Very disappointing service. Request immediate refund. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Technically you can’t deny. discontinuing for another reason, I’d understand. But I’m unhappy with your very poor service. You should refund the remaining plan amount. I can go to higher authorities, but I’m not. I am ok with it so, Kindly proceed with Jio AirFiber disconnection.
