    @reliancejio @jiofiber Worst service ever experienced. Subscribed for 3 months plan and sonce 20 days no internet. Their service personal is not picking calls not even customer care. Not buy it if you're working from home. No body is listing why my internet is not working

    @JioCare A gentleman from Corporate is in touch with me . Serious issues in Ghana with IR partner GLO ...they have migrated all local customers to Airtel Tigo network except IR customers ...all Jio customers are suffering ..but my issue is in safe hands .Dedicated person handling

    @Airtel_Presence The engineer visited and said all Nokia modems from Airtel are facing this issue. He did not do any checking but taken the OTP to close the ticket. The modem got rebooted 2 times this morning. Please let us know if this can't be resolved. Time to switch to @reliancejio

    @JioCare It’s not cancelled due to wrong add. it is cancelled due to ur mistake you guys not able to install here so started blaming me. Installation engineer came twice to me and said FAT is still not activated in 4 months so installation not possible. See your internal problem @JioCare
