    I done recharge from my jio app of 448rs and done on wrong number of mine only. When I contacted care they said after 30 min you will get the cancel button but I didn't got one Tried calling but ai didn't trasfered the ca to care plz look into this Id:- BR000CV3ZVJZ @JioCare

    @TRAI Ofcourse, I live in the prime location of delhi, I & my family members have many sim cards of @JioCare and @airtelindia but both network are worst. Internet to door ki baat hai even calling is not possible and both the service providers are charging High prices of recharge.

    Stuck in the middle of nowhere because @JioCare @reliancejio on-device eSIM conversion failed! Now my physical SIM is dead, eSIM won't download, and I have ZERO network signal. Can’t even call customer care. Extremely frustrating. Please DM and fix my number ASAP!

    @JioCare Don't lie that you have tried calling me. I have been waiting for your call back from the day of internet outage. Even I have contacted your local service department no one is picking up my call. @JioCare I'm facing worst service provider ever.

    @TRAI Network is sometimes as poor that calling someone becomes difficult. 5G speed is just for name. Both @reliancejio and @airtelindia probide below average service but recharge plans are very hight.

    @TRAI Worst internet ever Experiencing in my area since last 1 year dear @JioCare and They charged every month recharge of Rs 399/- What a joke !

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Details shared via DM, including the engineer’s details. Your technician came when my internet was already slow, cut/disconnected the wire and left, then refused to restore it and told me to call an electrician. It’s been 10 DAYS. No more excuses. FIX IT.
