    Literally I have to cry when I am using your network, and in most of the cases when it's urgent none of your network @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio support.

    @JioCare My neighbours also use this JioFiber they also facing the same issue it means problem is with your DNS Resolver server side. Not in your physical wired infrastructure or router. Please escalate this issue with team dns resolver server.

    @JioCare Ref: NO0001F7OA0I – Need immediate cancellation and a full refund to my original payment source. Engineer Sahil misled me regarding Fiber availability, delayed installation all day from 10 AM to 6 PM, and now casually asks me to cancel.Please process my refund right away

    @Ajaykumaarji @JioCare I am on same train. Next month, i go to Airtel. Paying 349 for 5G and getting 4G capping is criminal. Chat support seems to keep saying "We are expanding" each time. This time they gave me a 120 days timeline to fix this issue after my second complaint since they closed first.

    @JioCare Do you read? Or you just respond My internet is down since morning today & the Engineer visit is planned for 16th Aug. That's 48 hours just for the turn around time for internet restoration? Please fix that immediately

    So after giving so many chances to @reliancejio to fix network stability in our city as we are paying for 5G & still getting 4g most of time I've decided to port all 10 sim cards of our family to @airtelindia let's see how it goes.

    Dei @JioCare SR00003DWWPP was raised on 12 Aug, and somehow a simple internet issue has evolved into a full-scale engineering expedition. 🫡 A technician visit finally appears scheduled for 14 Aug, 12–1 PM. MF still didn't show up, WTF is this #JioFiber #JioCare #CustomerService
