    @JioCare @reliancejio from my jio app i tried o book a sim for home delivery. Payment was done on 20may 2026 and ordered . 6 days passed but its not yet delivered. Followed up with the delivery agent and the customer care but no luck so far.. Booking code 9F5295EDEE

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare , Are you interested in refunding my money?If yes, than what is the problem. Every time you are telling you are working with the team ,if you are really working then why it's taking these many days. Previously I was told that I should get the refund by 25 (1/2)

    @JioCare Again it's happened. Yesterday evening 7:40 PM it stopped working as there is no network. I think again it will start working nearly 8:00 AM as it was working from last 15 days.

    Hey @JioCare no signals at my location since last 7 days. What you guys are doing sleeping? You go on hike prices for your plans and unable to provide proper service. No Proper maintenance to the towers. Take action ASAP or else get ready for mass PORT requests.

    @JioCare My issue is not speed there is problem in router but the jio customer support always mention as speed issue .

    Agreed @reliancejio @JioCare i wish you people put efforts like those annoying calls i get after every other day of not recharging phone(thats coz i have recharged my fiber poor internet anyway. you people should stop making those spam calls for recharging

    @JioCare I am tired of this. Resolve the problem or else I will now scrap the router and all. This is beyond my patience and pathetic service that you guys are unable to solve a simple problem. Even someone from your side told me to format my device that too I have done . Now I am tired.
