    @JioCare It’s alright. I’m honestly tired of explaining the same issue again and again. Called support 17 times for one single problem and still ended up here. But thanks for finally showing concern anyway. Hope no one else has to go through this experience.

    @RIL_Updates @JioCare "It seems like a standard response that I receive every time. Every time there is a network issue, your team gives the same excuse about 'temporary issues in the area.' It feels like a way to avoid addressing the problem seriously. I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia It has been 3 weeks since I raised a complaint regarding a new SIM purchase. The SIM has neither been delivered nor has any refund been processed. Despite submitting all the required documents, there has been no proper response or resolution.
