  @reliancejio How come such big company showing error in billing amount on their app where payment is already paid by customer.Billing cycle is of 1 may- 31st may. Bill generation date-1st of june Payment date -4th June Account Number-100498388104 On app right now overdue shown

  @JioCare I don't understand why it is taking so long to provide resolution to my service request of relocation ?? How much patience you want to test of your customer. If you can't simply say you can't and return my advance amount paid. This is very disappointing from @JioCare .

  @JioCare I used the free Amazon prime (mobile) subs via jio recharge! Couldn’t upgrade the plan by myself. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!
