    Customer care is practically non-existent and completely unresponsive. Made the mistake of paying in advance. This isn’t even the first time—2 previous service requests were left unattended. Absolutely unacceptable. @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare After wasting three days you need a DM, even though every details like order id and request numbers are already shared over email, same is also mentioned here in the post, still you need a DM. Never seen a poor service like jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio had ordered a new Sim on 31st March. Order number- NO00015CMS9R. And despite multiple follow ups on Jio care, all I am getting is assurances. When I ask for a Escalation request number my chats are getting disconnected. Is this the service you provide?
