@JioCare 301139302769 is my Jio fibre connection number and i am not getting refund process done even after complain so many times. I got only message that engineer will come today but never came once. Such a pathetic and unprofessional people there in Jio fibre. #jio

@reliancejio @JioCare Today is 27/08/22 Jiofiber installed on 01/07/22 and disconnection request of the same registered by customer care on 28/07/22.Disconnection completed on 05/08/22.Refund money not issued in my favour amounting to Rs4240.92 so far. (1/1).

@JioCare Service request SR00001DFISU not resolved till now. Engineer visited but issue did not resolve till now. Really very bad service. We will disconnect your services. i do not want JIO FIBRE BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE.

@JioCare @B_Prantik My complaint raised is still not resolved. There is no 5g network accessible in any of the devices that I try to connect on phone/desktop. Going to change the connection from Jio to airtel due to such non customer centric service.
