    @JioCare I had asked for a relocation with air Fiber connection. It wasn’t done due to no connection in my new area. I have paid 1200rs for this and I haven’t gotten the refund as well! Pathetic customer care!

    @prakharashukla @JioCare What’s even more frustrating is that they’re now claiming the visit couldn’t happen due to “extreme weather conditions” in my area. I’ve repeatedly raised this with customer care, but the response is almost comical: “Please be patient, engineer apne aap visit kar lega.” .

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I’ve already shared all the requested details, but there’s still been no response. It’s been almost a day without internet. My relocation request was closed without resolution, my old connection is disconnected, and the new one is still not activated. Please resolve

    @JioCare Moreover, what has been incredibly frustrating with the whole experience is that there is no way to reach a human customer support. Every time I called your IVR number, it disconnected my call saying your request has been canceled successfully. 1/2
