  @JioCare @reliancejio Day 4 with no internet. ~10 emails and multiple calls to customer care, zero action. SR00003EXKIX (initial) and SR00003F4I71 (escalation) still open. No engineer visit, no callback, no ETA — and I’m still being billed. When will this be fixed?

  @reliancejio @JioCare 5g problem not solved,some of your jio engineer met me at the site in danamarket site,apmc 2,vashi,navi mumbai, I asked them about 5g network,they told me some of part is not working do there is no 5g in this area,and the new Part not provided from jio

  @JioCare After all these no response ,My wife visited the JiO office and had ensured engineer is alloted and have this issue rectified.3 days no service will bill amount be reduced?

  @JioCare Still the issue is not solved @JioCare For high bills I ported it to jio but bill around 2500 for just a month is unacceptable jio please look into this matter as I getting sms from vi and jio to clear the bills
