Literally I have to cry when I am using your network, and in most of the cases when it's urgent none of your network @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio support.

@JioCare Customer care says that whole area is impacted and refused to generate the complaint number. Windows of 4 hrs for resolution given around 10:10 PM. Surprised to see how outage is managed without incident management tickets. Bad customer experience.
