@reliancejio no 1 cheaters believe me. I have raised a request ES0000005D9N for the cancellation of the JioFiber connection in December 2021 till now we didn't get a refund deposit money. It's been more than 9 months, We contacted many peoples till now nobody got sorted out this issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio Was the 5G trial rollout news fake / hype? I am in Kolkata with latest 5g phone, with a recharge pack of ₹2397. Did not get 5g welcome offer yet. Customer care is helpless and said you are eligible, in coverage area but we cant do anything. Just Wait! Shame
