    @reliancejio I've contacted you guys multiple times regarding the calls getting dropped issue there is no resolution given by your team yet can you guys look into this or do I need to port to airtel to get better services?Please let me know it's been more than a month now.

    @JioCare I received a call from a person from Jio customer care. He confirmed my bank details and assured priority resolution. I have requested him to share updates over mail so that i can point to mail with new customer care agents in future. @JioCare I will keep updating here!
