    Requesting @reliancejio @airtelindia @actfibernet to please offer your service at Zeta 1, Greater Noida! I had to spend almost 10k just to install Fiber connection from siti broadband but they have very poor support. The area is expanding so why is there no service here?

    @JioCare To the WORST customer service team ever!!! Please mention the level of patience expected, what is the current status??? It has taken me 3 months to chase the store contact and now more than a month since I have been following up on Twitter and yet no sight of any update, refund!!

    @reliancejio why i am not able to access Amazon prime and other applications in My Jio Fiber subscription even having Gold plan and above, and there is a call hold of 20 mins over phone query resolver. Not happy with the service.
