    @reliancejio when fibre is not working why should you charge for that period. You should extend the down time period in monthly recharge or postpaid. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Ghatkopar East Kailash tower centre. I visited on 21/6 and 23/6 at 6 pm. Sim got struck in dongle. I took it on 21/6 if the centre can take it out.important issue is for customers of my age it’s possible that finger prints are feeble. What’s the solution?
