    @JioCare Hats off to your service, still now no response from your end to rectify the problem. But when the balance is zero u immediately disconnect the connection. Really disappointed.

    As usual worst and pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio customers care service. Pretend that they are so eagerly want to help customers but ended up giving copy paste robotic replies and teaching how to use phone. And never ever on earth Jio itself has fault, it's all customers fault

    @JioCare Mr varun Kumar kindly check my complains regarding jio fiber complain since i have taken connection of ( jio fiber ) If we do recharge of amount deducted from bank but it won't get credit we keep on giving complain but joi doesn't have time to solve problem of coustomer

    @JioCare @reliancejio -Team, post raised complaint multiple times your Network coverage & Net Speed didn't improved, 1k of CX are facing such pathatic service, which is not accepted anymore, pls don't force us portout- add pin 731244, Natungram, Bishnupur, wb

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had requested to convert my sim to esim yesterday.. Post giving consent, I am yet to receive the automated call even though it said I shud receive it shortly..!! Please help get this done ASAP
