@JioCare @reliancejio please refund my money as your team can't do anything other than fool the customer. First do the survey, everything is fine saying that installation charge is taken, now when it comes to install the set up box, it says that there is no cd, the slot is full.

@JioCare Thanks Shridhar but major issue is denial from the local team by saying that DP is not free although offline ask for 1500 rs extra cable charges to take connection from next pole.

@JioCare The pain of follow ups with @JioCare continues. Jio has defined how the customer care should not be. 2 months of follow up for the refund which Jio claims to have processed and my bank statement does not have any entry for it. Clearly a technical issue by who cares for Customer
