    @reliancejio Lost sim card. 4r sim replacement, Jio store in New Sangvi PUNE insists for police complaint/sim lost report. When check with customer care, confirmed it's not needed but store not accepting & want over mail. Kindly confirm report needed or not and update store & me.

    @reliancejio lot of problem due to frequent call drops and missing of network after changing sim from prepaid to postpaid. Pls look into.

    @JioCare @shabir152535 I booked a new Jio Fiber Connection yesterday, I was promised to get 150mbps speed on 5Ghz,but instead I am getting less than 50 mbps downloading/uploading speed. Extremely poor service.I have been cheated by your team.@JioCare

    @reliancejio Worst network nowdays jio. Per day 1.5gb my plan I can't able to use even 100mb. if not getting resolve with in a week surely I do port all my family member number on other operator

    @JioCare while I absolutely love the non stop high speed broadband I've been using for a year, I've had an absolutely horrid experience getting a jiofiber STB box. Your service engineers don't seem to know the service or the engineering parts of their job.
