    @JioCare This is clearly understood that you guys are not following either the issue or these post for clear n complete info. The services were never taken and cancelled beforehand, partial refund of 3437.46 is credited and balance 807 is pending. Hope this clears, now refund ASAP.

    @JioCare I am getting the similar response for last 3 days. I made a mistake buying jio. Will I get full refund if I cancel the fiber plan now as I already paid for 3months plan.

    @JioCare I have never asked to suspend or remove the connection from my premises. You are failed to resolve the problem and forcing us to withdraw connection. You have no resolution and failed to resolve the problem and make connections in order. @AkashMAmbani @Akash_Ambani

    Day 3 of total JioFiber blackout for my elderly parents in Jalandhar. Local tech diagnosed an outside pole issue on July 2nd, but NO network engineer has been dispatched since. Standard support is useless. @JioCare please escalate this immediately! Details in DM. #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare My JioFiber issue has reappeared just 7 days after “fixing” it, which is unacceptable and shows extremely poor service quality. I want a permanent resolution TODAY, not another temporary patch or reschedule. Please treat this as urgent and assign a senior engineer immediately.
