    I would like to report a network issue with @JioCare While talking on calls, the other person’s voice suddenly disappears, and sometimes the conversation breaks or comes in fragments. This problem happens frequently and makes it difficult to communicate properly.😒

    @JioCare Hello team. I brought jio fiber connection 1 and half year-back. Now it is not working. I lodged complaint on seventh april , they closed it without reason. Now still the issue not resolved. I always pay my bill 3 months advance. I think jio do not bother about it.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Why there is no option to connect with a human agent via chat or call, please disconnect my broadband services for next 20 days since I'll be out of town. I've been trying to reach customer service for last two days but couldn't because of your boy response.
