    @JioCare @JioCare I can't even receive or make calls inside my house due to these low signals! How am I supposed to coordinate with your team? My work and daily life are completely paralyzed. This is a total service blackout. Give me an SR number and a technical site visit!

    @JioCare Kindly share UTR/ARN details immediately and confirm the exact status. If not resolved within 48 hours, I will proceed with a complaint on National Consumer Helpline and escalate further to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Expecting a clear resolution. @JioCare

    @JioCare No contact number provided. Means ur agreeing that ur team has removed the connection of existing customer connection and installed new customer installation. Can we raise a request for disconnection ?

    @JioCare @JioCare It has been 17 days now, and all I keep receiving are apology and assurance messages. When will the actual work be done? If you cannot provide the service, then please inform me clearly so I can switch all my devices and SIMs to @airtelindia.

    @JioCare @JioCare Disappointed with the service. Shared details multiple times via DM & email, yet no proper response or understanding. Network works only when electricity is on; during power cuts it drops to “No Service.”Still no resolution. Please act responsibly and arrange a callback.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio why you people are not helping people with genuine issues. Engineers not coming in time we are suffering without wifi. Kindly help to expedite , evwryday new slots and then no support no engineer its 4th day we hav no wifi connection.

    @jiocare @reliancejio 20 days since my Jio Fiber stopped working in Bhachau, Kutch, Gujarat. Multiple complaints on App, Email & X but no resolution. Now requesting full refund and escalating to Consumer Forum.
