    @JioCare Almost 42 hours since there is no internet. I haven't heard from either a technician or your escalation team. It's making it worse. I have never thought of this experience from Jio. I need an immediate escalation and call from the nodal officer or the escalation team @JioCare

    @JioCare I know how to track it. Any update on when your person will visit? The engineer is saying “take Airtel, it’s better.” He says he covers 5 sectors and I’m the only one here, so he won’t come today, only Monday. Is this the kind of service you provide? @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your ground team takes advance money (Order: NO0001D9HO9A) but leaves installation pending for a month! Then they fraudulently mark tickets as "processed" without anyone showing up. Why is there NO cancel button on MyJio? Is this an illegal fund trap?

    Requested Jio AirFiber installation 8 days ago. Every single day customer care promises a technician will arrive between 10 AM - 12 PM, but nobody shows up. Terrible service that too in Bengaluru not sure what happens in smaller cities. @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates"
