  Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Hey Neha, we had been through these multiple services requests but no luck and I do have call recording with jio customer care and jio officer from local office and they refrain from helping, I can share the screenshot again of speed that I see now for support Check and expedite

  @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
