    On contacting @SonyLIV I am informed that this problem can only be resolved by @JioCare . But your team doesn't feel the need to provide quality service and assistance to the consumer. Kindly resolve the matter asap in case you do not wish to lose a customer.

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmba We registered a complaint for our Jio Wi-Fi on 09-04-2026 through the online portal (Complaint No: SR0000332D5T). However, today we received a message that the complaint has been rescheduled, without any proper resolution.

    @JioCare 8+ days without internet from JioFiber and still no resolution. Multiple false assurances daily no engineer visit and tickets closed without fixing anything. Escalating this to consumer authorities now. Enough delay @JioCare

    I regret choosing @jio_fiber! 😤 Less than a year in, and after their team installed AirFiber on my building top, they're claiming water damage and demanding payment for replacement. @reliancejio @JioCare, this service is truly pathetic! 😠 #JioFiber

    @JioCare, kindly disconnect my Jio AirFiber connection "+915412317021" because I found the cheapest plan in my region, Today my jio plan is expiring, so kindly request that you disconnect my services immediately, I would never pay any amount in future.
