    @JioCare There is still no action on this. Is it so difficult to align an engineer to fix it? It's been 10 days now and this is sort of IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR is unacceptable. CANCEL my connection ASAP!

    @JioCare since last 2 days I’m complaining on mail, service request, office visit but all of these is of no use. Please do needful and check on the issue. Such a poor customer service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare , Its been more than 1 Year was waiting for Jio Broadband. Its been more than 6 Months that Jio had laid Poles and Cables for Jio Fiber. Unfortunately, No JioFiber Service yet. Please do escalate the issue and provide Jio broadband.

    @shyamboom Fake ads and promises, what's the use if you are not getting value for money! I will suggest port to Jio, check with @Jiocare they can help you with the process

    @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani Its great to hear about the 5G plan sir, but its high time to get the Customer service team to be more responsible in resolving the issue. I used to love Jio Fibernet, now have a completely different opinion post my recent experience with Jio customer service

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001E6B1J, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +916 is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises. fake information fake service all door open

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service ever i have experienced with jio network. I request everyone stop using jio simcard. From last 2 hrs there is no network at my place. Not able to call or msg. Using internet is another worst part of jio. #Jiodown #stopusingJIO

    @DoT_India Please order Broadband providers to set up a human help customer care, the automated bot help most of these companies like @reliancejio @JioCare provide is of no help to consumers. No one gives even proper info on service outage, forget thinking about problem resolution.

    @Vsmart20 What's the point if you are unable to get the service you pay for, I feel you should upgrade to Jio @JioCare
