    @JioCare Internet is very slow since last few weeks.I have 2 jio numbers & both are having same issues.On ground floor inside the house we r even facing issues even to send short messages on whatsapp. Jio app is suggesting that u r in low network area but no step in improving it

    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

But instead of asking the govt to help them sell by subsidising handsets (and making the public pay for the subsidies), shouldn’t those greedy things give discounts instead? They see public funds as their personal kitty?

    @JioCare SR00017UA4X The resolution provided by jio executives is to cancel the connection. They are giving new connection in my society and are not resolving old connections. Please look into this.
