@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

@JioCare This kind of fraud I have never seen before. You are not giving me the option to use sms services through my main balance but you are asking me to do another recharge of ₹199 for sms services! I already have calling and data benefits with existing plan and for sms I
