    Hey @Idea Internet speed is so slow around here and hardly able to make any calls. It used to work just fine before. I've been facing such issues for like a month now. Is nearby tower broke down or something. Using idea for so long but now i guess need to switch to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

    @JioCare Please note that if the connection is not installed today, I won't need your connection after. Please refund within 24 hours if it's not done by EOD today. No point in being unfair with the customer-you ask them to make upfront payment and then you run into all kinds of issues.
