Hey @Idea Internet speed is so slow around here and hardly able to make any calls. It used to work just fine before. I've been facing such issues for like a month now. Is nearby tower broke down or something. Using idea for so long but now i guess need to switch to @reliancejio

@reliancejio Tried complaining multiple times and each time support says we are working on it but nothing is fixed. I even took Jio wifi for 2600 ₹ but that is also use less. No improvement at all. Now customer care ive syas we are not available. Really pissed off with this
