    @Idea worst network from you..dnt know what is stopping you from providing you good network. The Irony is that even to tweet this I had to borrow the internet from @reliancejio. Guess need to switch to Jio.

    @JioCare Network at Embassy Park (Quadron) Hinjawadi, Phase 2, Pune has become pathetic since last 2 weeks. Calls not clear, internet slow. Now don't ask questions like how many bars, exact location....you guys can check that out through your engineers

    Hey @Idea Internet speed is so slow around here and hardly able to make any calls. It used to work just fine before. I've been facing such issues for like a month now. Is nearby tower broke down or something. Using idea for so long but now i guess need to switch to @reliancejio

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I have made many complaints about the Jio network and every time Jio sends me a standard message but no solution till date. My phone is shown as out of network coverage area. No solution till date.

    @JioCare Please do not write rubbish old stuffs in response over DM, the person didn't even bother to read my lodged complaint and responded with some old stuff to teach me that issue can be with cellphone. I am repeating again it's the issue with network in that particular location

    @JioCare became a paid service However now that users have become completely habituated to it Jio has turned its network into such a fiasco that people are unable to access even 3G speeds, let alone 4G Could you please take the trouble to explain what the solution to this issue might be?

    @JioCare None of the OTT platforms included in the recharge, such as Hotstar, Zee5, or Sony Liv, are working. If your support team was actually helping properly, these services would have been activated by now. Please understand the inconvenience being caused.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team Jio This has the reference to Complaint Service request no SR000035FAO9 dated 8/5/26 and many earlier requests of frequent breakdown of internet 🛜 connectivity which is persistently occurring. I have also apprised your several service engineers that the problem lies in the junction box as the wires get disconnected due to wind or when other connections are attended to by your technicians. I have been told me that they will change the junction box, which has not been changed yet. And the problem is not yet solved, I along with other residents of this area are also facing the same problem.

    @JioCare It’s been 15 days and neither Jio mobile internet nor AirFiber is working properly in our area. Repeatedly contacting customer care, but every time we’re only told “network is down” and given 3-5 hrs wait repeatedly with no resolution.

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber plan through the link provided in text messages saying i will get 1 month of validity free. But after recharge it is mentioned nowhere. How do i confirm this claim ? Kindly help.
