    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

    @JioCare Internet is very slow since last few weeks.I have 2 jio numbers & both are having same issues.On ground floor inside the house we r even facing issues even to send short messages on whatsapp. Jio app is suggesting that u r in low network area but no step in improving it

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I have made many complaints about the Jio network and every time Jio sends me a standard message but no solution till date. My phone is shown as out of network coverage area. No solution till date.

    @JioCare @OfficialJioTV @fiber_jio The pathetic service which I encountered by JIO fiber. Service complaints not taken care of. This is fraud done and taken money on.Doing complain and no body is coming. Time of JIO will go let Allen musk start his service.
