    @airtelindia i am just tired of this network, not even a single day has passed in last two months when I felt satisfied with this network. Can’t even take calls properly due to network issue, switching to @JioCare. Thanks.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I have made many complaints about the Jio network and every time Jio sends me a standard message but no solution till date. My phone is shown as out of network coverage area. No solution till date.

    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

    What are doing to overcome this never-ending signal fluctuations which nowadays have become more prominent in my area? Really frustrated with the service quality, especially the mobile internet connectivity. I really hope you take this seriously and resolve it asap. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad reminder no updates from Jio customer care. Money deducted on 25 May. No recharge still. No replies from customer care. No number where I can call only IVR which doesn’t understand.

    @jio @reliancejio @JioCare very f* service. I asked about slow internet speed and cust guy told me you have maximum number of user in your area.WTH! I am paying you full amount and you are providing this kind of service.If we do not make recharge on time then you stop our service

    @reliancejio @JioCare isn’t there any number where I can speak to some customer care agent. I have made a recharge on 25th money deducted phone not recharged. No way I can get help.

    @JioCare would like to know how to get the fiber installed in the society . I stay in a largely populated society and can share the address or details . There are many people following up individually from here and would like to get Jio fiber installed for themselves. Plz help!

    @JioCare Internet is very slow since last few weeks.I have 2 jio numbers & both are having same issues.On ground floor inside the house we r even facing issues even to send short messages on whatsapp. Jio app is suggesting that u r in low network area but no step in improving it

    This is the standard of service by @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup. Taking money in recharges and then providing no response if you call on toll free number they will decline to take request and ask to raise request via chat and them on Chat systems don’t work.

    @JioCare Still no update @JioCare @reliancejio This is very irresponsible and ineffective that you guys cannot fix a wire in 3 days. My office hours are going on and i have to sit at someone’s home for the internet. BTW i had to get data add ons worth 250 in these past 3 days.

    @JioCare internet service of jio in orai up is very low speed,. It is very tired process to surfing. My jio app also not working properly because there is no speed. Also signal problem in the main city area.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber services in Hyderabad is totally disappointing. My new internet connection isn't working for 4 days and no one is there to rectify it. Poor unsatisfactory service! Regret having installed Jio Fiber!
