@JioCare I am getting frustrated every passing hour .... today also engeneer visit did not happen, it's been a week now. Are you guys trying to make fool. I got msg today that visit will happen but nobody turned up. Can you please tell if you really want to resolve the issue or not.

@JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

Jio post paid plans are scam dont fall in their trap its a complete scam in the name of free ott apps.... Their customer care agent are rude they dont talk properly or even cut the calls ....I want my money back and dont want to stay in jio anymore @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

@JioCare jio always leads the way when it comes to poor customer care and resolution. For saving cost no live complaint number is functional, IVR bots have been put in place to ward off people and evade giving time bd response. Not expected from a responsible entity like Jio
