Ticket to fix SR0000159GNE was raised 2 days back. Team came after 2days not able to fix. With 2 couplers they were loosing power so they asked me to go for new connection with nearest s2 they can't terminate my existing connection to nearest s2 again I pay 2500 @TRAI @JioCare

@JioCare @fiber_jio Jio fiber is down since one day. Ticket is logged but no one came till now to fix it. Just checked with customer care as per them ticket is still not assigned. Does it take 24 hours to assign ticket.

@JioCare @reliancejio Had to turn to Twitter as a last resort. This is not the kind of service we expect. Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

@JioCare I have jio pre paid wifi connection. My experience is that once recharge every mnth its works perfectly fine but d moment you do it for 6 mnths they take customer for granted nd don't even care to attend calls. I guess Mukesh Ambani is surving on cheated money only.
