    @JioCare How much more time does JioFiber needs to rectify a simple issue? Have been without a landline for the last 11 days! You expect patience from a customer but have no solutions for the problem faced by him/her. Take some corrective actions. Hold your assigned team accoutable too.

    @JioCare Still no attempt made in any direction to resolve the issue I have had with my internet connectivity. Above that when I call customer care they say i have to wait four more days. Worst customer service I have ever seen. THE WORST.

    @JioCare Hello Jio! I booked and paid for my Jio fibre connection on Monday and was told that it will be installed on the same day or next day! Nothing happened! Now, your executive is not even taking the call nor responding to messages. Is this your new customer policy?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Jio! My Jio Fibre is not connecting and only a stable red light is showing. Your robotic complaint system is a failure, showing the same message for 30 minutes that all our advisers are busy. Your local person is not taking the complaint and is abusing

    Now in my Mobile No.-9439363504 there is 1.39 GB data left of 1.50 GB. But I am unable to use high speed data. It is a regular problem. Contacted Jio Care, but they pay a deaf ear to this issue. It is very embarrassing. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
