    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    Based on my mail, @JioCare called requesting for bill softcopy which are generated by Jio. During conversation came to know that they acess to bill from their IT system, but wasting time by asking from customer. Feeling sad for such an #inefficient way of working.

    @JioCare issue is simple, your network keeps jumping when I'm travelling , not in mid of jungle or anything just about the outskirts

    @reliancejio @JioCare hi team, I just got a call from an number telling I raised a request that I want jio postpaid + and he was being rude kindly take necessary action.He said he's calling from jio mahalakshmi complex Bangalore this was the no 8861614274

    @JioCare The cancellation is already done but my refund is still pending. I received 2 calls from Jio where nobody said anything and the calls got disconnected, I requested your customer care executive to proceed with installation but he denied as well

    @reliancejio @JioCare What the hell you are doing with your customers. Internet is not working all the day. Whenever I call to 198, your bastard Representatives disconnect the call while conversation. They are not communicating properly in fact they are not listening my issues🤬

    @JioCare @relincejio I m facing data issue since threeee days I try chat with ur excutive through live jio chat buy only robotic reply recive.. If my issue not resolve then i will port go for airtel instead of jio. Thanx

    Registered a complain regarding network issue problem .Then I received a complain number and a message says jio provides customer service within 48 hrs in covid situation also,this was registered last week and jio is is saying that 48hrs is notcompleted yet @reliancejio @JioCare
