I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

@JioCare What kind of joke is this? Paying ₹3599 for “5G” and getting 27 kbps max speed for the last 5 days. The network keeps shamelessly switching back to 4G on its own. Not just me, the whole Hathkowapara, Azara area is suffering the same nonsense.

@reliancejio Utterly disappointed by Reliance Jio service...the network and internet is too low unable to use the 5G internet and customer support also do not take complaints for the issue... I am frustrated and stuck, very poor service...
