  I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

  @reliancejio Very sad with jio mobile service. I switched from bsnl to jio 4 days over till date not activated. Customer care response Pl wate 2 more days . All verification done on 20 Jan and assurance given by jio it will activate in 24 to 48 HR which is already passed.

  @JioCare very poor service, the burst part is customer care service, they will ask you thousands questions for issue. But not provide you solution. I'm facing continue call dropped issue in city (Kalyan) area. Taking follow up from last 2 weeks but no response.

  @JioCare My concern is that, as visible in the screenshot, I was assured that the connection will be installed by the said time, but no action was taken, and the services are delayed. When the customer is making payment on time then why the services are not provided on time?
