    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    @JioCare Pincode:-400601 There is a connectivity issue. Internet is worst than 3g. Please check and increase the speed of internet. 4 months of slow net speed is very bad for a company who made a promise of giving free and everything fast.

    @reliancejio @JioCare recharged my Jio postpaid number with Rs 719. The data was not restored with the reason that payment has been made as postpaid and not pre-on-post. I talked to customer care, they declined to help. Why there is no arrangement to convert or refund the amount

    @JioCare service request is getting rescheduled frequently today.. First service engineer should have come at 3 Pm then reschedule 6 pm then 7 Still none attended

    @JioCare This is now the 5th day WITHOUT any connectivity !!!! The last I remember this never happened even with MTNL or any other service provider I know. The cherry on the cake is that there is zero empathy or concern to the issue that the customer is going through.

    @JioCare Once again in condition of bad network.... For continuous 3 days speed is not more than 15 to 11 kb.... Please do something about it.... Increase in charge rate will not make network good.... Bas paise badhao network ka condition nahi @reliancejio

    @JioCare What amazing customer service jio fiber provides.Internet service is stopped since yesterday 9 PM & customer care is still saying it will take another day to have an update.I could not do work from home today & my family hasn’t been able to watch tv since yesterday night
