    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    Pathetic customer service and support provide by jio fiber from last 2 days continuously they are providing TAT within 24 hours &hours but now it's more than 48 hours, still my problem not resolved, and they are saying 24 hours customer. Service discnt cll @JioCare @reliancejio

    @SandhuKamaldeep @JioCare I got jio fiber and paid 4500/- security. When we shifted state , we requested for transfer of connection. Jio refused., we asked for pick up from new state. Jio refused. So we paid security deposit and got new jio connection. Enjoy good service. Forget refunds.

    @reliancejio @JioCare complaints registered for internet connection reestablish and after 24hrs no any single support received. Very pathetic service support

    @JioCare Such a big brand but solution to one single problem is not there..trust me you can try calling managers here T Dehradun location and you will see their excuses or the way they respond..now they are suggesting me to get the refund and this is What I m going to do.

    @reliancejio Now I am fed up with Jio network, so I will port and leave Jio, the thief network is Jio, Finish the daily net very quickly, My data ends only after using the internet for a while, Jio make as Fool.
