I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

@reliancejio Plz make your BHUBANESWAR staff watch this, as they were having Chai Sutta at 4:35, wherein I requested to complete my installation by evening after paying 6 month value in morning, now still awaiting and assist.manager barring communication. Kudos to service.

@Rohit75977720 @JioCare I have decided to stop taking the worthless internet services of Reliance JioFiber and go for Airtel services. Their customer care services are much much better & superior than this hopeless JioFiber.

@reliancejio The worst customer service I received is from jio. I did recharge of 555. The amount got cut from bank but recharge didn't go through. It has been 8 days and every day the customer service says wait for 48 hours. Clear thieves and fraudsters. People should get jailed for this

@JioCare @reliancejio, I have been following up for relocation request for Jio Fiber (7313581016) connection in same city. Your service team is forcing to take new connection & buy equipment again (~Rs 2,000). Is this the official policy to harass customers?

@JioCare @reliancejio Really diappointed with the services of #Jio I applied for new SIM card in MyJio app 4 days ago, but yet to get it. Why simply making advertisement in the appa not delivering to the clients. Any other network ready to deliver sim at door step?
