    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    @JioCare jio fiber not working for more than 2 hours now and customer care says some would call me in 24 hours. This is hilarious isp issues in the smallest companies are resolved within 4 hours. Please fix it immediately my work is getting impacted #jiofiber

    @JioCare my jiofiber is not working frm ystrdy mring, whn I raised a complaint d said it's my router issue & engg will come to see it. After mre thn 24h they r saying it's a fault frm der side & it'll take again 24h. Poor jio service no prper assistance. Bttr 2 switch on #Airtel

    @JioCare I have repeatedly checked my bank account no payment yet secondly why should i have repeatedly brought this issue in SM if the amount had been credited in account. Can you console me by sharing the documentary evidence pls ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare they keep on saying that they can’t raise a Service Request or escalate the matter. Please listen to the latest call conversation with your team if need be. If I have paid for the #Service then why are you not providing the #promised service. (2)

    @reliancejio what's up with your internet. Half an hour into movie and there's a message 50 % of data exhausted. Another half an hour, 100 % daily quota exhausted. And after that the internet isn't slow like it used to be, there is just no internet at all. Worst service provider.

    @JioCare service request number SR000017A6V8 still not done as promised to do it today till 5 Pm, this is not the first time Jio has failed to honour its commitment, need it to be resolved immediately.

    @udayaprakash2 @JioCare Same problem I'm also facing. Raised the issue to Jio Care. But still now no response poor customer care support
