I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

@JioCare @KumarNavin82 Ha ha ha! Another example of such inefficient JIO service! Although, must applaud that they are fast at only replying to messages but not really resolving any thing even as simple as my refund for advance for postpaid connection.

@JioCare After porting from airtel postpaid to Jio prepaid my connection was working fine but after 2 months it got suspended and now unable to make or receive calls kindly fix the issue asap

@JioCare , since last 2 weeks day I am facing sudden drop of the broadband net connection. The local team either doesn’t pick-up the call or say ‘will call you back shortly’. The app based help chat gives same solution every time - restarting the router which clearly not helping.
