I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

I have been waiting for my security deposit for my jio fiber router and set up box since a month now. Tried calling the area manager, other local agents and the jio customer service but no action as been taken. Please look into this matter. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare 2 years have passed and the network of jio is not working properly. Also the internet is not working. This is not the case. Also, no problem has been solved yet. So our lost data in this will not give us back the jio or why not solve the problem yet

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare finally its time to say bye bye airtel and only god know how much i m happy now to leave airtel.. Worst network , customer care.. Its feel like i m using bsnl sim... I am happy to move in to jio network as i allready use jio postpaid since 2 years.

@JioCare the network is very very low at Kanameshwar 585325. I'm doing work from home. Even if I sat outside also I'm unable to connect data due to poor network. Sometime the network was totally nil. This is my complaint no MR0000WFKA3F. Hope the problem will resolve soon.
