  I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

  AI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

  Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this! 😡❌

  @reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioAirFiber (+91-6422351675) 100 Mbps plan gives only 1–2 Mbps. Browsing & CCTV app are unusable. Engineer takes OTP, marks it resolved, but the issue returns within 1–2 hours. Please fix it permanently or refund my recharge and take back the AF.
