    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    @JioCare I have been chasing JioFiber customer care from last one month.. my refund is pending and no one from Jio is responding.. They just say DM your details.. I shared the details and there is no response...

    I booked a choice number yesterday morning at around 8 am.. and get sms for activation agent details yesterday. Still sim not delivered. I complaint and lunch a ticket, care team said 3 pm -6 pm in between sim will activate. But still nothing @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare issue persist even after reaching on X and on roll free number. Followed the steps still the same F6 activation error for watching live tv. Useless service from jio.

    @JioCare Can you help with fastening up with the resolution process. Also can you push for earlier engineer visit, as to a major case issue still not identified and with later scheduled visit will only delay things further.

    @JioCare There is impossible to directly reach a human through customer care options... While getting new connection everything is smooth.. what about customer care?? No chat options with human??

    i am facing slow Internet issue and reported to your team from past 10 days i first contacted to your team on 7th and till now no help 2 times engineer visited and went back but no help everyone seems unaware and rude . @reliancejio @RIL_Updates JIO AIRFIBER is worthless

    @JioCare @JioCare Today is Saturday and I still haven't received the replacement SIM. I've even offered to collect it midway again, but there has been no response. Happy to share screenshots and call records. Very poor customer service in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. #jiocustomercare
