    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    @JioCare Hi Same story from last week. If you don’t have all necessary requirements then you should not took my order. Also it was assigned for installation on 25 June but nobody came for it. Today 1st July still you are saying future date. Really disappointed with this kind of service

    @JioCare Almost 24 hours have passed but we are still not given any solution for the above issues of basic service like 4g internet and calling. You raised SR and your team has closed SR without any solution. Why raised SR? if you do not want to resolve customer issues

    @JioCare Everything is perfect. As previously said if you aren't able to give good and constant service take your product back. I am switching to Airtel. Every alternative day i am giving complain. Haven't much to time for giving frequent complain. Need permanent solution

    Very poor service. Assigned engineer not attending call. Service request is automatically postponed. Same fault since couple of days. No solution #Jiofiber @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare everyday all the time there is outage in my area (Pathankot, Punjab) - I don't see any compensation in your bills when the outage lasts for days. This is absurd and frankly extremely frustrating. If you can't handle any of it, do i need to switch to airtel?
