    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    @JioCare pathetic customer support. I called up to complain on network issues and calls issues. But your customer care representatives disconnected my calls 2 times without taking any complaint. Very much disappointed.

    @reliancejio I am going to port my jio number because every day from 6.30pm to 9.30 pm there is no network. I already decided don't need to contact. I have to jio Sim and I'm gonna....

    @JioCare part 2 - Customer may not get service . Your job is secure . Customer's children may not get online classes . But who cares . You have no loss. Continue your worst service .

    @GTPL_Care, GTPL network is always non stable, 1 day it will work than after 10 days it will not. Tried to connect customer care but they are not supported. Area - Bhavnagar, Sardarnagar. @JioCare kindly spread jio fiber to our area, so we can use good service of yours.

    @JioCare So it's better you people give the option to disable the unwanted, interrupting feature The same goes for data usage message as well (atleast it must be at the discretionary of the user whether he wants such alert or not) @TRAI U need to look into this small but annoying issues

    I have tried contacting senior officers regarding the same issue but no one is helping...it seems the value of 80M fibre cable is more than an active user to them. WTF is wrong with your policies? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare #the ever wrost services by jio , they do spam with customers . I have already a 1 year valid prepaid plan activated on my number , but every times try to make a call anyone at any telcome network firstly they tell your prepaid plan have expired recharge immediately 😡.
