    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    @JioCare I have been unable to reach a single customer service executive. This is seriously affecting my work. Kindly treat this as an urgent issue and restore the network immediately, or I will have no choice but to switch to another service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioNews Terrible customer support. Paid ₹2,221.46 for Order NO0001EOBIM6. Engineer confirmed installation isn't feasible. No cancellation, no refund, only chatbots & auto-replies. Even the Track Order link is expired. Kindly resolve this immediately

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My jio fiber is not working for last 2 days and no response from customer care. When I request a call back, I get a call and no one answers. What a scam is this? 🤮🤮🤮 If you want to #scam people, you can directly rob a bank, you have power

    @JioCare Today is the 6th consecutive day of internet outage. What nonsense are you even talking? SR0003CGD7L is still open for the past 6 days. Even 3rd grade companies provide better service than Jio. Go hang your head in shame for not being able to resolve the issue for 6 days!!

    @JioCare Part 3 Yesterday morning, I contacted @JioCare on X. An visit was scheduled from there as well, but again no engineer arrived. In the evening, I called customer care. I was told an engineer would call me within 10 minutes. Nobody called.

    I did onre more mistake with JIO. Ordered a sim online and paid for it... Now the delivery agent is saying your location has some issue, neither delivery possible nor refund. @reliancejio what is wrong with u, like u guys operating like super fraud..
