I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours

Either cancel my internet connection and refund my remaining service advance, or fix these persistent issues for once and all.

What kind of customer service is this ? You should have resolved this first and then should have responded with resolution and apology for delay but this is odd.
