    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    @JioCare My office is using Jio fibre enterprise, but there is an issue, due to some firewall or proxy issue at jios end. I am unable to access some of the sites like epson support,office 365

    @JioCare i have been trying to get a fiber connection from last 2 year at my home with 10 to 12 people who also wants to get the fibre connection in my neighborhood . Around 200m your box is installed at my position can you help me regarding this ? Or i need to go with Airtel.

    @arunbothra Sir So true, most of the customer care are driven by #bots and giving nightmares to customer like us. Recently I had miserable experience with @reliancejio @JioCare and didn’t get solution from #jio

    @JioCare Worst and very very poor service by Jio.why are you launching new products. Registered a complaint on 10 September still No response & resolution. SR00001DULV6, SR00001DS1D7.

    @JioCare worst internet and calling services..facing the same issue at my location every 2-3 months.... Support team also clueless and unsupportive... Finally want to PORT to some other network.. They are not trustworthy anymore

    @JioCare my user ID recovery is not working when wrote to ur team Aamir pathan writes We request you to open MyJio> Menu> Settings> and click ‘Netflix Username Recovery’ option. I said it's not working still he writes this

    @reliancejio @JioCare my wifi associated with 5223541286 is not working for last 5 days. Continuous calls to your service guys and they are saying that they will come tomorrow to check. Tomorrow hasn't come for 4 days. This is shameful... @Akash_Ambani
