    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    I have been trying to get in touch with Jio customer support through chat, email and phone..no luck whatsoever. Their customer service can’t be any worse..hopefully this can get their attention @JioCare

    @JioCare The point is not about booking, I am talking about customer services. So many people are telling that the executive came took the money and nobody came for installation. I have no problem in booking i just want to be assured that if I book someone will come for installation

    @reliancejio I port my postpaid mobile no from Airtel to jio due to bad network of airtel but your network condition is same ,most of app is not working plz do something about ur network

    @reliancejio pissed off with the way customer complaints wrt #jiofiber are catered. My work is completely hampered from past 2 days and no one is there to solve the issue of damaged fiber line. Worst experience #RelianceJio #customerfeedback

    @JioCare I am not disappointed, you should be. As, I shall disconnect all my family numbers from jio soon. This is not what we pay for. Shame on you again as you did not give resolution while it has past over 28 days...

    @reliancejio hi team jio I have a humble request to you to install a jio mobile tower in my locality as the network facility is very poor. I am a research scholar and since the lockdown started I'm back to my native place from my University but I could not work with my research.

    @S_A_N_D_Y_Bee @reliancejio @JioCare Well, honestly I have no problem with Jio service. I have been using Jio for many years now. The only thing I have a problem with is the pathetic subpar customer service they have.
