    I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

    Worst experience with JioFibre The internet goes outage every next month with no permanent solution. In addition, you guys dont even have a 24/7 customer service? What kind of company are you running ? Its worst talking to your automated customer services. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio We opted for Jio home installation but it never happened and received cancellation message on 28th Jan,2026. But still the refund is pending from branch person. Order details : N00001B6J26Y

    Please sent someone to fix this issue ASAP, it has been two weeks jiofiber is not working, tried to create support ticket they asking thousands of question, waste of time. ? if you cant sent someone then take the useless product back and initiate a refund @JioCare @jio_fiber

    "@JioCare I paid for a new JioFiber connection on 28th july (Order ID: NO0001F1T6GO).& Reuest no.SR00003EKURL KYC done but installation is not done.I have sent a cancellation email cancel don .But refund money not complete Within 7 Days.Please refund assoon as possible. @JioCare

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare my wifi is not working since yesterday morning and i raised a complaint. SR no is SR00003F90XP. I've received NO update yet. Assigned person is not picking the call. Could you pls look into this and provide an update and timeline to get it fixed.
