  I have been very sad and frustrated for some time due to @reliancejio internet running very slow. As far as I think since Jio's keypad mobiles have been found Bhamashah card since slowed down the internet speed of Jio very much.

  @JioCare Hey, I’m moving my SIM from a JioPhone to a smartphone. My current JioPhone recharge isn’t allowing outgoing calls on the new phone. Do I need to "convert" the SIM, or will just topping up with a standard smartphone plan fix this? Please advise.

  Hey @JioCare, my router shifting request SR000034Q9ST (raised 30th April) is still unresolved in Siliguri. Engineer never showed up, customer care just reschedules and apologizes. Terrible start for a new customer! Please resolve this ASAP. #JioFiber #ServiceFailure #Siliguri

  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I have already registered a complaint 4 times since yesterday, but no solution has been provided yet. The internet keeps disconnecting again and again. Please resolve this issue. If it is not possible from your side.... closed my connection asap
