    @JioCare Still I am waiting and looking at your side, I am not getting proper speed, I am getting the upload speed is only 0.50 to 0.90 Mbps. Please show yourself human as humanity and solve my above problem

    @JioCare worst network mene itni bar companies ki uske bad bhi wahi situation h . Itne users badha kyo rhe ho jb service nhi de skte to. Next month i am going to switch another network.

    @JioCare 3 days multiple complaints but still no resolution regarding my jio fibre issue. Thrice engineer visit scheduled but no one showed up. Senior engineer not picking up my call. Need escalation of this issue and expedited resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why can your network users not transfer already paid money amongst plans? If a user wants to activate another plan with same paid up money, s/he should be able to with the adjustments. Very archaic system in place.

    @reliancejio Worst customer service. In last 3 months 4th time having connectivity issue. Everytime there is delay of 24-48 hrs in attending. Have to call customer care multiple times. Today's visit was scheduled at 6 pm. Nobody called, no update. Big mistake choosing Jio.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio What did you do? I provided all the required details. The signal didn't improve. What should I do now? SR000012KYR5, SR000012LO27 .....like this tens of SR's from last 4 months. Signal never improved. What are you doing?
