    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since Saturday and today is Tuesday. I've emailed Jio and contacted support many times, but the issue is still unresolved. Is this the service Jio provides? Please don't force me to switch to Airtel. Resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare Just raising, scheduling and rescheduling tickets doesn't solve the problem. Move out from your seats and resolve the issue for Christ's sake

    @Asklavleshsingh @reliancejio @JioCare My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare With great difficulty today I called the engineer and got the line repaired but the problem could not be solved properly. Darshal technician started by putting a connector in the same cut wire which will cause the problem again in the future...

    It's 6th day still nobody contacted me to give sim and u people have swallowed my money and time.. totally ****** experience from Jio even before joining..glad I will never join Jio.. happy with Airtel..@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Order no. NO00015F8HNL. #Port.

    @JioCare If the above is not the case, then I am afraid there is a drastic loophole in your system where the customer service team members are unable to understand the ticket handling process in Jio.
