@JioCare Contacted customer care as service engineer visit is resheaduled multiple times, got an excuse that Jio don't have sufficient engineers Is this a customer's duty to maintain sufficient amount of engineers in Jio ?

@JioCare @reliancejio Trying to order home delivery of a Jio POSTPAID SIM (Port In) on Jio website. 3 executives called & denied delivering a POSTPAID SIM. They are happy to deliver a PREPAID SIM. Called CC, call disconnected. Worst response even before I got a connection.

Dear @JioFiberVoice @JioCare what kind of customer service so you provide before taking the payment u r completely smthng else n after taking the payment there goes you flip side. Your guy told me that the fiber BB would be installed within 2 hrs but after I paid it chngd cmplty.

2) On requesting again, it was said that the stock came 6 months ago, now it is over, while I saw in their drawer there was SIM available. I have been to Jio store many times, the same thing said again and again. Please help @reliancejio @JioCare
