    @MyyeaP @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani well tech support is non existent they will send you trouble shoot video or else disconnect call!! I will be surprised if they would have ever used jio to help out other customers!! unfortunately jio doesn't bother as long as they get bills paid!!

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to make calls and use internet in from my Jio number. It's showing emergency calls only, tried all things from my end. Kindly help and resume services asap. Thank You in advance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio U've informed me regarding my unstable jiofiber connection & initiated a complaint booking from ur end. Though i was unaware about that fact. Very impressive service upto that point. But no engineer has visited to resolve my problem.

    @reliancejio not recieved refund of IC charges of broaband yet..you guys take customer on DM so that you can reply as per your convenience..don't know what's wrong with #reliance when it comes to refund customer money #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio : We are facing continuous issues with the jio fiber since the morning. It is frequently getting disconnected. D customer care no. in google is also not correct and is not working. Pls check on this ASAP

    @JioCare Where was it mention that 5 times only the data can be transferred in cycle. How does the customer know about such thing if not mentioned anywhere in my jio app. Whose month cycle is it.
