@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio #JioFiber Worst customer support and installation process. Installation scheduled first on 22nd Jan, then on 23rd and then on 25th. Whenever i ask for confirmation no one would give any commitment. And on 24th a guys calls for installation

@JioCare @TRAI why eat my hardworking money without given service? Where's the 4G data speed? 2G better than 4G said by a customer in 2021 so refund my recharge money or said before recharge don't recharge no data services area. It's a BiG cheat by Jio.

@JioCare I shifted to JIO Postpaid Plus from Jio Prepaid in hope of better services. But still facing the call drop Issue. Not even able to connect to customer care over call. And internet speed is the worse.

@kishan1003 Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to make fake advertisements I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys & decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare @RakeshG84640298 You and your team sucks, your service is extremely slow, i had complained about the speed issues to the customer care but my problem is not yet fixed, im just using your sim because of customer loyalty! Please improve your service!
