    @JioCare Today marks the 13th day since my JioFiber service stopped working. Because of this, I have been forced to recharge my Vi mobile connection with a ₹50 unlimited data pack every day for work. In 13 days, I have already spent ₹650 (₹50 × 13) on mobile data.

    @JioCare There is only one signal bar in my phone inside my house therefore I can't make or receive calls properly and internet speed is very poor. Please enhance signals in my area

    @JioCare If my issue is still not resolved by then, please disconnect my JioFiber connection and refund the remaining balance of my prepaid plan. I will switch to another internet service provider, as this level of service is unacceptable.(4/4)
