    @jiocare the airfiber was under network outage frm 25.8.26 till 1.9.26 6pm. Hence change the recharge date of 6th September asap @reliancejio

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio This also happened with me then I lodged complaint to consumer affairs helpline. After that I received my money back.

    @reliancejio And Jio can't keep rolling without giving services. I can't get signals in IR. All operators forbidden. When will you resolve the issue?

    @JioCare and what about the complaint against the person , because I am pretty sure if the payment even comes back than that guy is not going to return that to me, so look at that side as well

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    @JioCare Mr / Mrs Shirin Machine.. respond here with a permanent solution. You have been continuously having issues in giving services. If you want to prove you are a world best company, please into root cause analysis & resolve it for good! But you hv failed all along last one year!!

    Currently, only Airtel and Jio have a monopoly in the country, and recharge prices are increasing day by day. They have very skillfully eliminated all other telecom companies by offering them for free first. Now they have started such recovery for their three months of free service that it's unbelievable. Monopoly in any field can only lead to inflation and helplessness. If Vodafone, Idea, Tata Docomo, MTNL, Aircel, and other companies existed today, Jio and Airtel wouldn't be able to dictate terms. The government also seems to be standing in their favor. It appears the government has handed over everything to these selected companies. Who will treat these predatory companies that offer 28 days of recharge in a 30-day month? Other options for the country's citizens have been deliberately eliminated. This is absolutely not right, and I strongly oppose this monopoly. @PMOIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare What are u lying,does ur system work for u are u working for system,what is the restriction & who made that restriction,for simple issue I have to Wait for 10 days,it's already 3 days passed
