    @JioCare I took your jio home fiber network today. The entire equipment is faulty and the network keeps disconnecting every 5 minutes. Response haa been not existent. Really disappointed with the service. Where can I apply for refund??

    NO0001EX6E4K is pending installation from 4 days , no call today at least to check availability, installation guys are not professional, they never come during the scheduled hours, if you are not interested in having a new customer, pls refund my money @JioCare

    I am facing jio airfiber disconn. every 3rd or 4th day. I get message that conn. will be restored in four hours. It is affecting my work. Biggest services provider in the country cannot solve problem for 4 hours or provide long term solution. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare JioAirFiber - I am facing internet connectivity issues every 2 to 3 days. Whenever this happens, the internet remains unavailable for 5 to 7 hours, which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly check the issue and resolve it permanently as soon as possible.

    @JioCare I got my new #JioFiber connection only last Sunday. Today, my internet stopped working around 11 AM. I initially thought it was a temporary issue, so I waited. When it wasn't restored, I contacted customer support.
