    @JioCare @reliancejio Two complaints ready registered and closed.. Please note that I am so frustrated that I might not allow ur engineer inside my house as after coming they make a sad face and say they can’t do anything. I am not here to see ur engineers face.. they are not SRK.. fix the problem.

    @JioCare Two engineers already visted, after coming to my home they say its backend issue and they can’t do anything.. how come having a 3rd engineer going to help.. Please explain ? You proved again that @reliancejio doesn’t understand the customer issues at all ! Shame ! Pathetic 😡

    @JioCare My jio fiber router is been replaced saying it is faulty. The new router gives only 5G connection at home. Also if TV is connected it disconnects all the other net connections. No of service request placed with no resolution of complaint

    @JioCare That is the problem. Visit was confirmed on 22 july but no now came yet. On calling customer care they are saying the same. In JIO, 22 July not yet come ?

    @reliancejio jiofibre network is so poor that even fb, instagram are not working. Please look into the same. I leave in SIDDHA TOWN, Rajarhat. Thanks
