@JioCare False promises made by the sales team. Last month I booked new fiber connection and the sales rep promise me of 2 month free service, which I am not getting. Pls look into this mater ASAP.

@JioCare When you use word "SOON" Make sure its happen soon other wise we won't delay to switch to another network. there are alost 1000's of users in the area and most of them are ready to switch to another network. So make sure it fix soon.

@JioCare Your responce is as expected. Jio technician (Bikash Kalita +919365976095) also said that for relocation jio service is not available in that location (because of free service) but for a new connection it is always available.
