@JioCare Today is the last day of my 299 ₹ #recharge, and the internet speed is 0.001 Mbps. This issue is going from day 1, I switched #jio service. Pls look into matter. Regards Rohiet Paatil, Daund

@KumarRoark @reliancejio @JioCare They keep send all fake messages no one come. I waited more than one year . Later i went to their bloody jio center and throwed their ****** setup box and wifi router. They said max to max with in 15 days I’ll get refund. Now it’s been more than one month no refund

@JioCare I don't have any other option, just to keep patience. @reliancejio #JioFiber has my money and I need my refund for 178 days. Jio is making me go in circles. I paid fr 6 months Internet and OTT and had to terminate d connection due to false/incorrect information from sales team.

@reliancejio It's been 3 months my jio phone is not working,i searched everywhere online offline to buy new jio phone in the market bt its not available anywhere & jio VOLTE sim doesn't work in any other feature phone, i HV generated UPC code @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please help in MNP.

@JioCare But on calling 198, it was told that due to using service of many users here, it is short term short term inconvenience which will be rectified in some time and you are saying there good joo coverage

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I have made so many complaints regarding connectivity issues with my jio fiber but no solution provided neither anyone bothered to do so, such kind of customer service is not expected from the largest company of the Country.. #patheticservice
