    @reliancejio No one responding when you call complain to appellate no. Very poor customer service resolution. Internet is not working since yesterday & despite service request nobody attended today.

    @JioCare why is it really difficult to actually talk to jio customer care reps to clarify things? I am switching between existing customer care numbers and jio app but still not able to find a single option that doesn't send me to infinite AI chat bot loops!

    @reliancejio i have a jio wifi router which is prepaid. I wanted to ascertain whether it is active so that i could recharge it. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.
