    @JioCare @reliancejio I still not get statements and after downloading it is showing 0. I need to submit bills today else it is loss for 14155 rs due to jio incapable to send me statements. Worst company ever. I paid 14000 in advance but not able to get statements for this.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare worst customer care! Ritu and Suchanda both cut the phone and are not ready to hand over the call to their superior. Not ready to take our complaint, and provide complain number. What are they sitting there for? Kill flies?? What sort of care?

    @JioCare Every evening this problem occurs. For this reason we cannot use about 40% of our data. Because of this we have difficulty in doing even the daily necessary work. Like banks or online classes. Who is responsible for this? 😞😞😞😞

    @reliancejio Yesterday I went to Delhi I'm found anywhere 5G signal in 5G phone (Xiaomi M10i). I don't where jio launched 5g !

    @JioCare Send an email saying what? You want me to work even more? I pay for a #Voot subscription, which is backed by reliance, and then you don't show it on Voot. Millions had trouble watching #FIFAWorldCup on #JioCinema Fix the lag. Fix the buggy app. I want to watch the matches today.
