    now a days, Is there any benefit getting registered in DnD ? @JioCare @reliancejio Have been part of DND but get unwanted calls then my required calls. Difficult to file a complaint to Jio and then no response. Is there any escalation matrix ?

    @ViCustomerCarei have been in Jharkhand for 3 days, VI net work is too worst. I really appreciate @airtelindia and @JioCare they network and constant coverage in interior part of Jharkhand. Ur claims on better network in all India are not satisfied. You really should work on that

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have cancelled the jio fiber connection due to non- installation. Request No. SRSR00001EZBI3 raised for cancellation and refund. I have already had enough with jio service and commitment. Kindly refund Rs.3500 asap.

    @JioCare Listening to my query properly and giving vague reply over mail. I also requested for cancellation due to these reasons and if Jio provides me option to downgrade plan then I am happy to stay. Pls take proper attention and resolve this problem.

    @JioCare is this the kind of service I am going to get after connection? Everyday ,the installation message comes, nobody shows up on doorstep and someone automatically change the installation date and time from your end
