@JioCare @fiber_jio Never expected you guys to treat customers like this. You guys promised to install the Jio fiber connection and took the money, however after 4 days you said that this cannot be done as there are no slots available in the box and carelessly refunded. Plz help

@JioCare Please rectify my bill 166000131575. I talked to Shweta in customer care and explained the issue, she's not able to rectify due supervisor absence. Dues have been added in this bill falsely, whereas I already cleared all bills till April 2021.

Calling toll-free @JioCare number 1800 889 9999 since almost 1 hour. There is no option to get in touch with Customer care executive in any menu available under Jio "Care" number. Looks like @reliancejio doesn't care about talking to customers who call from other service provider
