    @JioCare @reliancejio ur sales person are doing fraud they sell by false claim the forcefully put postpaid connection instead of prepaid and no it's of slow speed I asked to change the plan that's not possible but ur engineer clai I can change plan after 24 hrs @jaagograhakjago

    @JioCare In my last call with the customer support the person disconnected the call when I asked him to escalate the issue for resolution. As a customer this is very disrespectful and frustrating!

    @JioCare I need permanent solution these things have already done. Your team came once a week before and they saw everything and they also know they cant do it so they are not coming and putting my complain on hold locally. Time to action now.I need a call from your engineer today.

    @JioCare Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 while the account was active, yet no resolution was provided till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups. Is it my fault that your team failed to resolve the issue on time? Account suspension later does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint
