    @JioCare No, this is not acceptable. It’s still not working, and it has already been almost 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are asking me to reschedule again. I need a clear commitment on when this will be fixed permanently. arrange immediate resolution without any delay.

    @JioCare I replied by DM as you suggested but my issue was not resolved after the pass of 72 hours. This type of service is not acceptable from any reputed company. #shameful service #jiocare

    Hi @reliancejio , Id booked a jio fiber connection and was promised the same day installation. However, until now no one reached out the technician assigned has his phone switched off. Can u help.

    @JioCare Does JIO FIBER advice customer to Recharge ONLY AFTER Switch Off ? Because earlier if the customer recharges, his monthly active period is reduced automatically by JIO FIBER ? I had recharged 4 days prior and Company reduced my active period and Reset new dates !
