    @JioCare instead of 2500/- refund, I am receiving 425/- why there is no transparency? Customer care is not giving proper answer. Is this how reliance work?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am paying the bill of the postpaid plan of my wifi + dth but I am getting ads length 30-40 secs non skippable in Hotstar, sony, even in some tv channels like mtv beats, this is really a bad experience, I have a 100 mbps plan and paying so much still ads...

    @JioCare Nancy I told my problem 22 times in your customer care that I had dined my amazon renewal, they accepted that they wrongly impose amazon prime we will remove this amount from your bill and pay only your monthly bill, hope now you can resolve my problm

    @JioCare hi, I have jio sim with lifetime incoming validity (committed by Jio) but some customer care representatives whose phn number 9064430046, repeatedly calling to recharge otherwise they forced to disconnect . Is this mandatory now?
