@reliancejio @JioCare It's been a Year when I raised complaint about Joi Internet/Data speed in my location and 4 months back again logged complaint SR0000132CBS but no solution even no callback from jio. Bad service ,I also visited Network Engineer . Any Hope for fixing it?

@JioCare my order number for jio fiber connection is NO0000GBBCHS. I have struggling with the Jio service team. It's been 5 days now. I have been given only dates for installation. But no one is coming. And the customer service is pathetic. They don't respond calls. @fiber_jio

@JioCare Jio is just cheating Indian and doing nothing. They blocked Jio customer care service number such that no one can submit complain. If somebody ask why network coverage is bad then Jio care say it's many people are using internet at same time. For any problem they have same reply

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio team My cocp mobile no not released by the jio team. Its issue pending from one month same as many time visit at mini DX store Bareilly and jio centre.but my issue still not resolved. And giving the feedback it's not pending from my end.
