@JioCare Worst service from jio. Not able to make voice call nor able to receive calls in my ph 9830066737 which has a jio sim. Repeated service calls and mails/chats give only evasive replies, not addressing problem at all. Helpless!!

Network conjunction problem in my village sule 425311 from last 1 year every time when i contact to officials they said "hoga 1 -2 mahine mai " we are around 350 user wo are facing the same problem i have also requested for porting now thank you jio @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

So I searched for Jio customer care number on the net and called up 18008899999, where I was informed that the money that once goes into the pockets of Reliance Jio is not refunded. So now my money rs. 2399 is locked with @reliancejio for 1 year without any interest 6/N
