  @JioCare What type of system you have developed within your customer care service? On Twitter someone is responding and asking information which was already provided and over email your team member is responding something else with incorrect details.

  @JioCare we have been without internet for 5 days and your customer service keeps disconnecting our calls or lying that the engineer will visit us but they don't. I need a resolution asap... emails are not being answered either.
