    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare our internet has been down since past 2 days and no engineer has come to fix till now despite multiple calls. What is this customer service? Absolutely pathetic

    @rutu609 @JioCare A good decision. Giving 50 extra for good service is most worthy than having a recharge with no use. @JioCare i did complaint many times but no resolutions provided. Internet speed as well as signal strength is too much poor. Inside home i can't get or make any call.

    @Kamal52328673 @JioCare @reliancejio Even if you get it installed their tower will be down all the time. They are post office of internet (server nai chal raha!)

    @JioCare Sir I have many times DM my grievance but of no use. Your reply will be the same we are looking on it , then a phone call providing no solution. It is for the last one year

    @JioCare Let me be absolutely clear: I will not pay a single rupee for the period during which your service was unavailable or repeatedly disrupted. Charging customers for a service you failed to provide is unacceptable.
