    @TRAI Obviously... Network is very very poor alongwith internet speed as well. Also, there are tremendous call drop problems with @JioCare . But no one is listening. Still, the rates are being significantly increasing time n time again. Do something and try to fix the duopoly.

    @JioCare The issue seems to have resolved now at backend . But customer should have option to raise incident if issue persists for long time You can close this thread

    It has been more than a year but Jio's service has not improved. I am sorry to say that I will have to change the operator. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi Akshay, I am available all the time, your technician is not coming as per the scheduled time. Also I am unable to see any details of assigned technician and hence unable to call him. Kindly help and assist in resolving this on priority.

    Absolutely pathetic service @JioCare Registered for #JioAirFiber, called the provided number and was promised an installation today. Not only did NO ONE show up but now they are completely ignoring my calls. Is this how you treat new customers? @RelianceJio #CustomerService
