    Using @JioCare since 2019 Worst network experience in the Capital New Delhi For 1 year I’ve been complaining, but no improvement. Today I had to stand 30 minutes at a shop just to make a simple payment because your network FAILED. Imagine the embarrassment #JioDown #FRAUD

    @reliancejio @JioCare its been 10 days since i paid you guys. No installation till now. Your guys don’t pickup calls. You office at sector 34 Chandigarh is always closed. Congratulations on being worst company with worst service records. Guys please stay away from jio.

    @JioCare today again appointment was shared , technician didn't visit. Tried to close the service request and i reponed it. You have the worst support and zero accountability. Your escalation matrix is also of no use.

    @JioCare Wow what service the technician instead of attending to complaints says it's not in his line of duty and did not turn up. It should not be Jio but Jao. Lousy service and employees they don't care as they feel there is no other choice for people. In India you can get away easily.
