Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered.   Dear @JioCare, The network in Kanhawa Thana Bela, via Parihar, District Sitamarhi (Bihar) is extremely poor. Internet is barely working and calls are frequently dropping. This issue has been persistent for a long time. Kindly look into it urgently and resolve it.

  @JioCare The service is so pathetic. I want to cancel the order and I raise a request to get a response saying data voucher will be credited? Why would you send me a data voucher? I need the amount credited back to my bank account.

  Jio STB uninstallation (SR00002KHWOW) scheduled on 14 April 2026 has not been completed. The assigned engineer is refusing to visit,saying the job is not assigned to him,despite multiple calls. Your customer care does a lot of nonsense and very little work. @JioCare @reliancejio
