    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare Dear Team - connection no +91-5462352668 is not working I raised the concern with ticket no SR0000384GM1, tried to connect with local assigned jio technician however they are not entertaining my query, please help me here to fix the issue.

    @sushilpathiyar @JioCare @reliancejio I use normal fiber cable which is good service in Udupi, from last 1.5yrs. Good experience, may be airfiber has issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F has a resolution timeline of today, yet no call has been received from the escalation team, engineer, or service manager. Service remains down and LOS light is still red. Kindly provide an immediate update

    @JioCare 18hrs has been passed but till the time I haven’t received any update that in how many month your required to assigned engineer & how many years you require to resolve the issue

    @JioCare Extremely Pathetic Service at Kalapathar, Cuttack Area(754009). We are facing 0 network connectivity in my Home, whereas the other networks works fine. Even the Kalapathar Main Market network issue happens all the time since last 1 and half years. Pls resolve this asap.

    Said will appoint new technician when I called 3 times and in last call they said see for 1hr and reschedule it to tmrw Again tomorrow at 12pm the slot has been booked Now been with no internet for a full day and with 5G data too reached end Worst to the core @JioCare #Jiofiber
