    @JioCare There's something drastically wrong wth #jiofiber today in mahim matunga west area. Been down from around 5am the mandatory sms promising connectivity in 4hrs comes & keeps coming after that. 1/2

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare My Jio services are down since 17 July 26 bt still no 1 has *** to support. This is very bad service dat too in Navi Mumbai. I m planning to switch to Airtel. Jionum:+91-2235415106.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I filed a complaint for this exact same issue last time. Your technician came to inspect it, and it worked fine for a few days, but now itโ€™s back to the same old state. What did they even do? Was it just a waste of time?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Last time your customer care executives came to my house, they put the SIM card into another phone, and the exact same problem occurred. Yet, they were blaming my phone's software. If that's really the case, why don't you fix it for me then?

    "It's been 4 hours and still no internet! Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare. Your support is non-existent and the downtime is unacceptable. How long do I have to wait? Sort this out ASAP!
