    @JioCare @anshX0018 From last 2year i am facing too slow internet, network coverage only one bar is visible. I have continuously complaint but dont resolved issue till now. I have in free of rs 349 at every month. How shameless jio service providers.

    @JioCare Utterly useless response. 5 days resolution time for an essential service is unacceptable. How can that be the earliest resolution time. Why should I pay for your incompetence?

    Idk but from yesterday my internet only working when its 5G. But as soon as its 4g nothing works @airtelindia. Before yesterday this was not the case. @airtelindia give me resolution instant cause in 2 days my recharge will end, so its also the best time to port to @reliancejio.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is down for more than 21 hours. Constant delays in resolution time are unacceptable. The router still shows a red light. Need an immediate technician visit!

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. My Jio AirFiber connection has been disconnected since yesterday, and despite repeated follow-ups(30 times), there has been absolutely no resolution.

    @JioCare What happened to previously open requests. Is there any timeline upto which these service request issues will be resolved? When not then why claiming it's being attended or initiated. Jio customer care services are ultra poor.

    @JioCare I have been a JioFiber subscriber for a long time. On 06-04-2026, I lodged a complaint (Service Request ID: SR0000357QR3) regarding the disconnection of my JioFiber (No. +91-3817960450).  The scheduled date for the engineer’s visit was 7-4-26, but no one has come.
