    @JioCare issue public notification2larger consumer base if it is affected bt no u will just write com templates&that2 nt even read wat customer is asking. It's been more than 19 hours jio airfiber is completely down,it's complete outage.who is accountable for this @JM_Scindia 2/2

    @JioCare and also recharged on my existing sim but it's still not activated. Money is taken but service not given please check and fix it

    @JioCare Since yesterday, I've been receiving the same message that rest assured engineers will visit at your premises between the given time frame, but the visits keep getting postponed. If this is the quality of service, I would like the WiFi services to a different provider.
