@JioCare I tried contacting jio customer multiple time but from there also i got no solution in return i got a feedback form asking me to rate the jio engineer who visited my premises, but no one has ever visited my premises to solve the damn issue that's shows how well you are.#farzijio

@JioCare I bought a jio dth n fiber connection on 16 may ny registered no. 9756133382, but after some time i was facing some issues with my jio dth i tried contacting your feild workers in Meerut your feild head in meerut tried contacting jio helpline this took 6 days but no visited.

@reliancejio @JioCare, I live in bbsr and I have been getting calls from Jio support from my locality. I am not sure if they are your true representatives but they are calling me and bugging about recharges and other stuff. Can you please look into it?

@JioCare Last week itself, i had alredy opted to jio. Today only it got activated. I just compared the jio and VI and enjoying the service and speed of Jio. Please maintain the same.
