    @JioCare Hello @airtel the Jio has the pathetic service in my area and also they do not respond to customer calls. Thinking to switch to your services as Jio guys are busy without work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber nagpur is full of inefficient people. Service engineer Piyush bonde talk abusive to us and senior suggest to return the connection against complaint.From last 5 days breakdown but nobody helps.#JioFiber

    @JioCare i pay for a 150mbps plan but get only 20mbps speed that drops frequently disrupting my work. Can you please address the issue? Will upgrading router solve the issue?

    @JioCare No Internet from last 3 days,Raised service request,multiple appointments has been rescheduled but still no one has visited.Pathetic customer support,Ain't got no help other then the reply Engineer will visit in 24 hrs.Waiting since 72 hrs to complete those 24 hrs.

    I have done many complaints regarding #JioFiber for connected/blocked devices are not visible and 5GHz account is also unable to find in the account, But not getting any response more than three days by @JioCare . This is disappointing service, Complaint number - SR000016TMF8.

    My @reliancejio sim is missing. I am go to near by show room. Jio person use bad words. They told no SIM available. Y you come this point. I am very very upset this movement. How to get duplicate sim. Please help this issue.
