    @reliancejio Dear Team, I have a Jio SIM card with Number 9115009533. I Came to UAE before 10 month since then I want to recharge it now but it is giving error that "Please enter a valid Jio number". Kindly help to fix this issue.

    @JioCare Recharged a wrong prepaid no by mistake. Customer care replies that Jio doesn't have a reversal mechanism. Highly disappointing!!!

    @JioCare internet down over 30 hours. 5 service requests raised SR00001BI3VU SR00001BHWTQ SR00001BHPN1 SR00001BHLRD SR00001BHEOQ. Still no sign of field engineer even with escalation. What is going on? Why is your deliberate shoddy service?

    @JioCare Worst fiber services ua providing- nor ua router nor ua jio app is working well . Soon will switch to other 🤮

    @reliancejio one of the worst Internet service provider. There is very poor service if there is any breakdown. From two day there is no Internet and no one turned upto redlove the problem. It is worst then local Internet provider. I would recommend not to take jio fiber.

    @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon pathetic @reliancejio service. In this WFH time hw m i suposed to work without internet. Service agents r not picking up the call evn aftr complaint. they r just fooling me.

    I'm facing issues with jio fiber to connect internet from 4-5 days. I tried to connect with jio customer care but no response to correct the issue. Please do the needful action right now otherwise payback my entire money.. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare #jiocustomer #jio

    @JioCare I not sure why Jio keeps telling me the subscription and Itr story while I made it very clear that I have a valid subscription but I am unable to watch Republic Bharat channel. If still can’t help, it’s a humble request to refund and close the account
