@JioCare I recently relocated from Deoghar to Dhanbad in Jharkhand. I have been requesting Jio Customer care for relocation request since last 10 days. But you response is quite pathetic.Moreover your app and website is hardly functional. Thinking of switching over.

@JioCare Hi Team, Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible its been 19 hrs since the issue was last raised. We dont even get a single extra minute when our Plan expires. And since we are working from home we can afford to miss our days work.

@airtelindia replaced rs49 pack to rs79 just to keep incoming/outgoing active for 28d and it doesn't have outgoing SMS.🤬 Now you have to recharge with 129 pack just to send port SMS. WTF😡 Bye Airtel it's time to port all my numbers associated with airtel to @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio we are sending up paying more amount of money for internet because you are not setting up box in our apartment. We had to pay amount to the other apartment ppl for getting correction from their building. What kind of service you are doing to us

@Airtel_Presence Upon my complaint of no incoming calls, someone called me n ask me to switch off cellphone for 15 min... however there is no improvemnt after ur jugaad technique, i m still loosing my important calls. @reliancejio Hw can i port my 3 postpaid connections to #Jio.

@JioCare Jio does your team actually care? We installed Jio Gigafiber yesterday & it didn't work & we called the team after that & they created a ticket citing inhouse damage. Now the guys who installed aren't picking up our calls.
