    Frustrated with @JioCare. Paid for a premium fiber connection, but OTT app Google Gemini Pro can't able to subscribe at all. Even can't see banner on Jio App. To make it worse, customer support is completely unresponsive. Please fix this ASAP! #JioDown #JioFiber

    Ultimate customer service from @JioCare @reliancejio! My JioFiber (+91-7123141654) is down. One technician closed the ticket without fixing the faulty Wi-Fi connector, the new ticket is put "On Hold," the agent isn't picking up calls

    @JioCare I have recharged my number with 500 rs and this package facilitate 14 ott app but these apps are not working. Customer care advisor 3 time tell me that half an hour will work But till now not working

    @JioCare @reliancejio Really disgusting to see that you call center team is not enough capable to guide customer. Simple they disconnected the call. I have done my recharge against my jio fiber and still it is not reflecting. Can someone pls help me on high priority

    @JioCare I have made advance payment to my Jio Fiber account and it has been 8 days since my Internet is not working and balance not getting updated. Your team says to wait 48 hours every time but nothing happens
