  @JioCare When I book a connection, @reliancejio people don't ask for some time. When I cancel why you need 7 days? you take any number of days, as I am not using it, but refund my full money, you should not deduct any money from the day I raised cancellation @VijaySingh.

  @reliancejio Hello your staff service is pathetic I called Jio twice first time the girl picked up and refused to take the transaction id via Google pay of the payment that I made for 1177.64. I asked for a sup she disconnected. I called again some to a gentleman he also didn’t transfer

  @JioCare @reliancejio I asked her about the solution, she simply cut the call. Is this your behaviour towards your customer? I have four jio users at my home I am porting into other operators if I will not get the resolution in next two hours

  @JioCare I have been using Jio fiber for over 1.5 years. The cable was cut due to construction work. I tried to get and engineers visit to fix the problem which took me a month and numerous chats and calls. No I have been told the connection is illegal. Pls help
