Nor there is any warning while u apply referral voucher tht ur prime membership will b revoked. Non-transparent policies – wish u were customer friendly. I am on 999 & never downgraded my plan. The only mistake I did was referred my friends 2 JioFiber. 2/2 @reliancejio @JioCare

So my @JioCare Fibre is dead from morning. Apparantly everyone's connection is fine in my apartment only mines ****** up. Reason. "Low power in S2" , can someone help me understand this technical label. Why exactly does my connection only faces it?

@JioCare Hi Team, Thanks for the support. The relocation request has been fulfilled successfully but it took 17 for the completion. 17 days without the service which is more than half of a month. Hope this doesn't gets repeated in future. Thank you

Struggling for connection with Jio fiber , service request SR00001BXUHC not resolved yet . Followed up 10 times @JioCare , @reliancejio no result. Can't trust jiofiber any more .
