    @JioCare @reliancejio the service executive literally said that yes sir there's an issue with our network in your area. Still i received a message saying no issue. I would like to get a refund

    @JioCare My complaint was put as weak indoor coverage, which is not true. Jio does not have power backup in my area. Whenever there's a powercut Jio network COMPLETELY GOES OFF for few hours. My issue showing as resolved, it isn't resolved at all. Fix the issue or I'm portion to Airtel.

    @JioCare Using 2 Jio SIMs in different phones. Both, since yesterday have the same issue. Receiver no hearing the voice on the other side. Pls help urgent. Both are business phones.

    Two company same problem, The number you have dialled is invalid and the call connects after a minute, call drops and drops. Not just me but hundreds of my friends I know. @airtelindia @reliancejio #calldrop
