Arjun Kishor (@Arjunkisor) reported@JioCare I am a Jio Fibre consumer in Lucknow. No: 05223574280 No internet since 10.30 AM. I called jio helpline at 11.30. She told there was some technical issue, she's processed it from her end and the internet connection will be restored in 30 mitunes 3 hrs hv passed.

Mukesh Gaur (@mukeshgaur_1980) reported@JioCare The issue needs to be properly resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modemโwhich I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.
