    @JioCare , pathetic wifi service after complaint there is no response from your side to rectify. Parents are unable to use net facilities & CCTV cameras are off.

    @JioCare more than 18 days... no response. no service engineer is assigned for past 5 attempts . Customer care said I can not cancel my subscription and get back my advance rent paid. no service for but can not disconnect the connection. worst service

    I have one of the worst customer experience with @reliancejio all IVR loops, chat gives you same template answer and there is not literally a real human I can talk to. Also, they didn’t give any answer when my mom visited the office. @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with JioFiber serv. I raised relocation req & it was rescheduled today. No technician visited, bt request was cancelled remark "Cust Nt Interested." It is unacceptable. I'm waiting for the installation. Plz immdt help of req. #JioFiber
