@JioCare After 20 days followup through jio customer care and 4 days of continuous followup in twitter, still @JioCare can't tell any update or date of pickup. Can't tell more than how bad service you are giving to customers. Tell me, How many days you need to close this??

@reliancejio @JioCare @JIOFIBER8 I have been lodging complaints repeatedly about non availability of mobile network since 12 April. Last SR - SR00001AWC1V raised was unilaterally resolved on 13 May even anybody confirming the status.Very poor service.

The people who called back have no clue. No one was ever able to solve my problem so I was told to get a new line with STB and cancel the older line. Jio is not cancelling my older line #JioFibre @reliancejio @mymalishka

@reliancejio Being harassed by customer support team of Jio and not getting any help whatsoever. I had to get a new connection in order to get an STB as not even Mr Ambani knows in Jio to get an STB added to older connections
