    @JioCare @reliancejio reached jii store to convert my physical sim to esim but person is not available and asked to reach at 11 am. One of the worst and f***ng service I found, I know no one will respond to this. Above words are describing my frustration towards jii

    @JioCare not able to use the internet in M.P. nagar satna (M.P.) since last night( very slow), called customer care twice and didn't get any satisfactory response, worst service by jio.

    @_reliancejio @JioCare You have been working on your network improvement since last 4 years, but still the network is not gud, we have called your customer support center more than 1000 times and maile more than 100 times but sometimes we do not get a satisfactory answer. Why so?
