    @JioCare Again the same worst service. I had a jio fiber postpaid connection. But after calling the customer care he told me to pay in advance like a prepaid connection. So what is the difference between prepaid and postpaid connection. Also no use of redemption of referral code

    @JioCare Can't Jio findout on which tower now I am latched into? If you want to solve the issue ,then you can find easily. But no use if you just give excuse, saying give this, give that...o have already DM my address also .

    Just moved to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from @reliancejio I would agree that I made mistake. Such a pathetic network which too in city like Navi Mumbai, #Team_Airtel you need to do a lot of work to improve your coverage.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Applied for a new fiber connection on May 22nd. The service is terrible. Since yesterday, excuses have been offered with promises that it will be installed soon. The tech people and CS members are irresponsible and misleading. #Horrific

    @JioCare Really pathetic service, even after bringing this issue of carelessness attitude in Twitter Jio doesn't bother looks like. Now it's 7:00PM whole day gone but no engineer turned up yet.... really shows how concerned.
