@reliancejio Iam one of jio user Iam not downloading anything but 1.50 GB is completed. How is possible ? Every month this is done by JIO but since 3 days continuously 1.50 GB Data is completed. This worst service & cheating the customers. Jio is started fraud 👏

@JioCare Yesterday I registered complaint that my Jio fiber internet is not working and today the customer service closed my complaint without informing. This type of service is unexpected. Resolve this.

@JioCare I don't understand how is your team working , multiple calls/chats since yesterday but no one even asked that what is the exact issue that I am facing , neither did anyone give any troubleshooting tips. Just told me to wait for 23:59 hours before raising any further complaints.
