    @JioCare I have received a message from your team,that my issue got resolved it's not resolved from your end.Still,on jio order it's showing..Order on hold due to technical issue.I don't understand,how many days you require for this issue?

    @JioCare the problem is that from 15th Sept you r repeating the same thing and the level of lies ur customer care agent is providing is commendable, they said that i have rescheduled the date of device pickup. At least don't cheat and tell lies with ur customers.

    @JioCare I have already got multiple generic and absurd responses on SRs including SR00001DZGNZ, SR00001DPOGN and few more ..moreover support team closes the ticket without consent or resolution..hope the same will not be repeated...am chasing @JioCare since 15 days..

    @JioCare Internet not working for the last 3 days. No technician visited till now. Customer care executives are blank having no answer. Somehow managed to get a technician visit but he is reluctant to visit today. Terrible Services, no one bothered to answer.
