    @JioCare Thanks @jiocare for your response, this issue is permanent. Address is near diamond apartment opposite new zaika restaurant Kalwad dhanori road pune 411032, we are continusly experiencing network outage problem in this area and due to this even calls are dropping.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioTrue5G #Jio #jio5g My Handset is SAMSUNG GALAXY F23 5G and in myjio app its showing Device as Galaxy SII PLS resolve this. Done all basic trouble shooting.

    Hii @JioCare @reliancejio team, There is an issue from last one month i'm facing issue with my number, 9/10 times my incoming calls are automatically disconnected before recieving the call, after connecting to customer care they are telling like a trained robot.

    Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare There is no update. I have one question? Why you started 5G service in India? If you are not able to provide quality service don't charge the extra money name of 5G service. 5G network is slower than 4G network l.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I was Airtel Postpaid customer since 2011. Recently port out in Jio Postpaid, but experienced very very bad and lack of support. Hardly 2 Customer Care Executives gave me right solution but still problem not solved. #JioPostpaid Upgrade your support system

    Jio network problem persists for weeks at Boriyakala Housing Board colony area in Raipur (Chhattisgarh). Despite repeated complaints, I fail to understand why is there no resolution of our recurring problem. There remains serious issue of very poor network of JIO services with frequent call drop, unable to make calls, not effective internet working and phone not receiving proper signals @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI
