    @Geeta_Basra @VodafoneIN I have never experienced 4G speed in my area. Sometimes it goes out of network. So taken 2nd SIM of @reliancejio and same is providing proper 4G internet at same place.

    The solution given by your customer care executive is change the sim I changed it but it doesn't change the speed issue . I request you to please give ambanis children Jio sim experience then only you can understand our problem @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India

    @VodafoneIN Farewell VF. It has been good run for 18 years but I have had enough. Moving to @reliancejio. Your merger with @Idea sucks with pathetic network. Roamfree was only reason to stay and changes to that now suck even more.

    @JioCare There is no proper network in my area..I have been using Jio network for last 2 yrs but last 7-8 months it's terrible..Can't hear anything on call..I can hear but otherwise can't hear anything.complained 5 times no response but got standard response the signal is weak.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia No doubt @reliancejio best 5G speed, but what about call. I was facing a problem while making a call and during the call from last November. After 2 or 3 min my call got disconnected also some time unable to make a call. I also registered a complaint 2 times but no resolution.

    Adding to it, i never faced any issues with @reliancejio with regards of Call Connectivity and Internet. Let’s see if you make the service better or i go back to @reliancejio after 3 months.

    @JioCare Team still no solution.... From the day i have installed this #jio broadband i am not able to attend calls from my laptop 4g connection is always showing "no internet" Fix this or increase your pop capacity as you have given so many connections from single spot

    @JioCare gave a complaint at 7.00 am morning as wifi not working, was informed that service engineer would attend between 3pm to 4 pm, now further delayed to 5.30 pm, so customer service takes nearly 10 hours! Lack of staff or too many complaints or going the MTNL way!
