Very poor service from @reliancejio @JioCare for #jiofibre Our internet has been down for 3 months, we recharged it to get it repaired but it seems we are donating money. Field team told there is some issue with the box and OEM to come and repair. But no update after that.

@JioCare my router doesn't broadcast 2.4 ghz SSID.I have even did hard reset, however the problem still persists. Hence kindly replace the router on priority basis.

@JioCare third class company full of incapable people. Could not resolve a simple issue. Internet is still down while the recharge meter is on. Feels like maine ambani ko bheekh mein paise dediye hain recharge ke.

@JioCare Nope. No VPN or Key sign on my screen. The router restarts automatically without power cut. There is a red blinking light on the Router all the time. Assign someone to fix this ASAP or I surrender the connection and get a new one from Railwire or Airtel.
