    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is network outage in my area and this is not the first time it occured. I enquired with my neighbours regarding the same. JioFiber is working but Jio sim doesn't. No signal bars. Contacted jio support via chat, did all the troubleshooting.

    @JioCare As expected,opened a random ticket, played around for few days to show they are "investigating" and closed out after getting bored at their will without ANY resolution!Even if I reopen this, some unskilled employee in @jiocare will repeat the same drill #corporateredtapism

    @JioCare I am not able to download internet bill. Even I am not getting the bills in email on time. Your jio support is of no use. Could you please help me with this urgently?

    @JioCare is saying that my whole neighborhood should go to that store and get sim checked but @JioCare will not accept the problem is on Jio side.

    @JioCare Expressed interest in installation of Jio fiber in OMR IT Expressway in Chennai in the midst of IT Companies. But shocked to hear that your company is not able to provide service in that area. Particularly by an executive sashikala murugesan in CHENNAI.

    @reliancejio So I am in a situation of losing my mobile number. Even WhatsApp could not be used. Like Airtel the network is tie up with the local network here.
