    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    @reliancejio what went wrong with your services. There is very wrost network at my area. Is this your digital life? calls are disconnecting very poor internet surfing. It's like wrost 2G connection in the 5G era. @JioCare kindly look into this.

    @JioCare There is communication gap from your ground staff. Next problem is non accessibility with the team. You know cable work at terrace done for 2 months. Connection must be done from your end. Nothing moving. You must take help from our members to make understand other bldg. (1/2)

    Wrost experience with jio fiber network, last week I'm requesting for relocate my connection, but that service engineer cancelled my request not visiting my location atleast. And then I have raised complaint, but they are also not proper respond .@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I had DM then enough times my number and location, same reason all the time that 4G users increased, toh refund my money? 0.8mbps is 4G speed? Frequent call drops, network not consistent even in not so peak hours. If customer support has same reason users increased. Then refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I am totally fed up of your services and your customer care people. I took jioSTB connection on 27 nov 2022 from the same day it was not working i logged too many complaints to get it replaced but getting only one answer wait for 24 hours.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was denied Jio Fibre connection at Byculla, Mumbai due to my blindness. This is a blatant vilation of rrights of persons with disability under RPWD Act, 2016; hence a cognizable offence. I therefore request your intervention to resolve the issue.
