    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    It’s been 48 hours since my Jio Fiber WiFi has stopped working and every time you call the help line they say it’s a technical issue in your area and it will be resolved soon.Can’t imagine what problems users may be facing in India when this can happen in South Mumbai @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had raised a disconnection request for Jio Fiber since I am moving out and I have a flight to catch. Your engineer doesn't come and every day I hear excuses. I cannot cancel or reschedule my ticket because your company doesn't respect punctuality.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Reported several times to Customer care over mail and phone call but unfortunately got irresponsible response from their end every time. kindly arrange to check the problem practically at the spot and do the needful to solve the issue as soon as possible.
