Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

Technicians are unable to repair and don't come on time. On every customer service call they say that they will escalate my issue but they don't. DO NOT GET JIO FIBER EVER!

Raunak (@raunak113) reported@JioCare I also received a call from +91 22-35072677 to confirm whether my issue was resolved and when i said it wasn’t, they told me the router will be replaced and they have created an appointment for the same. But when i called the helpline they said no such request is there
