    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    @JioChat @reliancejio @JioCare i am not able to make and receive call and sms from 25th January, i received a message on 25th staring my number upgraded to 5g (i never requested that) and post that everything stopped. As usual your customer care team is clueless as always.

    @jain17deepu @ViCustomerCare I had left this n/w a huge time ago,due to this issue nd my colleagues also who are using this n/w have ported out to @reliancejio because it allow its users to subscribe any plan via its main balance,some of my colleagues r planning to left it as soon as possible

    Worst network coverage even in postpaid. Moreover they have parrots as customer care representatives. Airtel is much better than jio @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia problem is you guys are not reading msgs properly to address the issue , just like auto response you have sent me the DM , and @reliancejio solved my issue for my other number in flat 2 hrs no wonder #airtel is loosing market share
