    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    @JioCare What the hell is this. Still not able to set DND. Pathetic support over customer care and here on twitter. Tried almost all options to get it done. This number is ported from @Airtel_Presence to Jio. No one in Jio cares. Just feeling cheated here.

    @JioCare I have jio fiber connection at my house and the WiFi range and speed is too poor, I tried getting help from the customer care on the toll free number but she kept on hold and hung up. In this Work from Home period we can't afford slow internet.

    Please get me support and solution for this asap or I will have to discontinue the services as I have called jio customer care multiple times for the same issue and everytime it's same response. The support person kept me on hold for half hours and then hung up. @JioCare

    @Arun1520 @JioCare Worst experience from jio, last two to three years i raise complaint about network issue ( There is no network in my area). more than 20 times i contact customer care, Jio care but not yet resolved, Finally i decide to change network including my family no. also. #reliancejio
