    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    @JioCare Mr Dipesh, when I met your support staff, nothing like this was said... and I was told that it would continue till July 1... how did you stop it midway. I have the recording of the entire conversation. @JioCare

    extremely disappointed with the service regarding my SIM order. The SIM has still not been delivered, despite repeated assurances. To make matters worse, a person claiming to be from Jio called me and requested an OTP, saying that the SIM would be delivered immediately @JioCare

    @JioCare Worst network service. Not even getting stable 2G-level connectivity in my area. Every time I complain, your team asks me to DM details, but nobody replies there either. Please resolve the issue instead of sending automated responses. #jio @reliancejio
