    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    @JioCare, Jio fiber Customer service is horrible and rude. if u complain dey cut ur call or nobody bothers to take ur complaint. Speed is also slow. The overall experience is bad. In addition, ur CS department has no clue what fluctuating speed means @BandBajaateRaho

    Shut off your services airtel on the name of fibre each day 4-6hrs shutdown on the name of maintenance never saw such kind of worst company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare #XstreamFiber

    @JioCare Jio mobile signal very weak from 9:30 Am at location 560003.Signal strength down to (-)129 dBm 17 asu as recorded just now. I have dual SIM and Airtel signal is (-) 91 dBm 45 asu at same location.

    @JioCare team, i am still awaiting resolution on my complaint lodged on 2nd April 2022. It's really pathetic to see that you guys are not able to provide resolution till date. Kindly arrange to collect my device and proceed further in order to provide security amount refund ASAP.
