@reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

@JioCare Its been quite a while since Jio Fibre has been in my city but so far it hasn't reached my area. I would have liked it if it was sooner cause I have been waiting for it for years. And I have bad internet in my area. So JioFibre would help me a lot.

@JioCare This is the same text I have received day before yesterday, yesterday and now even today. Please let me know know whom should a customer reach out from Jio team so that the issue is resolved. If you have shipped a defective product am I not entitled for a quick resolution?

@reliancejio @JioCare From past 24 hours my JioFiber connection is down for maintenance. I have made 3 calls since yesterday to the customer care executives, each time recieving false promises of connection getting restored. Is JioFiber so unreliable?

@JioCare My jio number 7861888100. My issue is that you have invested so much in new tower at Rajamau, Tiloi, UP but tower is not functioning yet. Why getting delay in starting this new tower. Signals are so weak that it's difficult to connect a call forget abt data.

It's high time for me to port from @airtelindia to @reliancejio, dude if you suspend services and blocking all incoming and outgoing then atleast send bank's otp on customer's registered mail addresses. Doesn't planning on otp handling and putting forward dumb services, I'm done.

Someone needs to come in and disrupt the Mobile Service Provider industry. Wait... @reliancejio did that already. What is more to disrupt? The Service, responsiveness, professionalism, keeping systems in check.
