    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    After repetitive follow ups with @JioCare . Further I took another connection after jio sales person insisted to resolve the issue, the speed of that new connection is barely 30-40 MBPS as against the claimed and assured speed of 150 MBPS. I have been trying to get it resolved by

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your #jiofibre services just seems to be deteriorating by the day. In the last few weeks your service has been down in our entire area at least 9 times. #Jio started as the best in it’s league, now it’s a disappointing... Does #Jiocare?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I think highlighting an issue forced me to face n no of rescheduling. Now I think installation will take in another one more year. At least say no I you r not able to provide the service say directly we can't install we just sell

    Worst experience i am facing nowadays with @reliancejio . We were never expecting from your side this type of worst experience. Very poor quality of internet.
