Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

There is another jio connection in our apartment with the same issue and even theirs has not been resolved. No engineer has condescended to visit either place.

My Jio AirFiber has been down for over 7 days and your team is only sending copy-paste replies without fixing anything. Stop fooling customers and resolve the outage immediately, otherwise I will disconnect Jio permanently.

I’m completely frustrated after 7+ days of poor service and useless replies. If this is not resolved now, I will remove and throw away the Jio Fiber connection permanently.
