    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    Fabulous, solution-oriented service by @airtelindia broadband team! Quick, efficient upgrade from copper to fibre. Meanwhile, despite assurance of 24 hour response (5 days & counting), @reliancejio not bothered to get back. Pathetic service orientation. U don't care, @JioCare!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a pack of 150 mbps. Still everyday the speed is 30-35 mbps. Your customer care is worst. Sitting in the next room while gaming where you should get 12ms you get 80 ms. **** service

    @reliancejio @KKRiders I have complained about interspeed...After 10days I cant get any soln. In my residence area anyone jio user can't use their internet because of no speed of internet...please solve my problem... #jiopoorspeed

Even after getting everything installed and paid for plans still internet is down frm 2 months and only reply we get is we are working on it but nothing is working #AbHarGharJioFiber is a myth because of your pathetic services
