    @reliancejio is providing worst internet service ever in our area, we are more than 400 people using #jio connection and everyone is facing very very low internet speed. Customer care just apologies on call but actual action zero. We all are planing to port in other network.

    @JioCare Just to let you know that I’m switching to Airtel or BSNL. You network sucks, leave Internet i can’t make a normal call with such a poor connection.

    @JioCare Mobile Service is worst in Puri, Odisha. It’s showing 5G, but in real terms it’s worse than BSNL 3G. But you can’t complain. No scope. Will somebody in JIO respond? Can’t do any work. Regret coming to Puri.

    @JioCare Going to disconnect the service tomorrow after many years because I can't talk to a real person to fix a silly and stupid issue. How difficult can it be to provide an option to speak to someone. Useless service! @airtelindia ... Want a new customer?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio's network in Hisar is getting worse every day — call drops, no signal, and zero indoor coverage. I’ve called twice, mailed, even tweeted — still no resolution. We’re all switching to BSNL now. At least it works very bad sevice. #Hisar #Jio #BSNL

    @reliancejio Your network is horrible in Mangalore. Pls don’t justify stating the jammer reason. Calls never go through and no data connectivity. If Airtel , Vodafone & BSNL provide stable network why can’t Jio? Made a mistake porting to Jio from Vodafone. Highly disappointed.

    Been an @ACTFibernet user from 5 years now. But for the last 2 months we have got pathetic service ans every time there is an issue. It’s an office connection despite requesting them to rectify the service is so bad. Time to switch i guess @airtelindia @JioCare #bengalurustress

    @JioCare Hello. I have two questions. 1. I used to pay 149 rs for 3 months when Hotstar was with Disney. I recharge my jio number with 1299 netflix plan with which I get hotstar for 3 months. Should I cancel the previous 149 rs autopay? Contd.

    Then I called the appellant compalint number for Jio Fibre where I was cut off from line during my talk with the concerned officer. These downtimes are very much disturbing me and thinking of moving to @airtelindia or @asianet fibre. I am a continuous customer of @reliancejio 3
