@JioCare Entire building is still facing issues , no network, no internet customer care is giving standard answers, team is working , 2 hours will be resolved, then another 4 hours and so on so forth. Have provided all details in DM, no resolution yet. @reliancejio

@JioCare without providing resolution why you are closing ticket. I have raised disconnection on 5th march ticket as SR0000146PTF was open and now I see its marked as closed yesterday evening . No resolution provided and no security money refund. Asap look @reliancejio @TRAI
