I recharged JioFiber plan for 1 year of 12k on 22 July 2021 in which all subscriptions were complimentary. But few days ago my Amazon Prime subscription expired. Tried contacting customer service but after lot of effort didn't get to even talk to specialist. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I've booked a engineer visit due to connectivity issue after several appointment been made nobody has visited yet. No solution has been found after constant calls and mails. Unhappy with the after sales service.

Your engineer calls, misbehaves on the phone and says will visit in 20 minutes, and doesn't show up. Your representative who sold us the connection doesn't pick up the call. Your customer care executives just says "we'll reschedule the engineer visit". @JioCare @reliancejio
