Worst case, while payment UPI, phonepay, gpay everything works but when refund they need the bank details in a specific way in a specific format which does not exist!!! You call yourself a customer company and you have the worst people on staff - no help whatsoever. @JioCare

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber router is blinking red since today morning, I have called to area incharge and raised my complaint, it has been more than 4 hours, no response. Very pathetic service. Poor customer care. I couldn't work whole day due to your poor service.

@JioChat @reliancejio @JioCare Jio has been worst fiber service provider ever. I have faced network problem in jjofiber more than 10 times in just 1 year. What kind of pathetic service is this. Your support services are also disappointing. I think its time to switch to airtel.
