    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare why is getting an air fiber connection from you turning out to be a herculean labour? There has been zero calls/sms/updates from your end. Absolutely zero regard for a prospective customer.

    @JioCare It has been more than 24 hours since I emailed you requesting the disconnection of my Jio AirFiber connection due to frequent network outages and the inability to reach a customer care executive through your overly complicated support system. Not only has the service 1/2

    @JioCare @Umangkundu SR00003AIRTV, in reference to this issue, considering our long term relationship, I had decided not to escalate the issue. But in recent time and days, fibre cust care intensionally create issue like my tv get closed without any reason.resolve the issue

    @JioCare please just refund my money. The guy who did my kyc is not picking up and it’s been almost a week since I paid my bill for 3 months yet no installation was done. This is trash service. Y’all don’t update me on what’s going on either. Get the installation done today.

    @JioCare No engineer has visited. Now it’s been over 48hrs and I don’t have internet connection at home. Guess it’s time to move on then to another better service.

    @JioCare Complain raised to 3rd July, until now no response. Airtel sorted the issue within 4-5 hrs. Can we request for the refund if 1 year amount is paid in advance bas on poor service ?
