    I was trying to pay for recharge on #MyJio mobile app, but the app expects me to be connected to a jio network for it to happen. Why such restriction ? @JioCare @reliancejio This becomes an issue when someone urgently wants to recharge sim but not connected to a jio data network

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since yesterday evening after a wind & rain storm the network and data have been a complete mess in the Pokhariput area in Bhubaneswar, Odisha PIN 751020. Many people cannot talk over calls due to bad quality and even the data is down. Customer care is worse

    Since from 16th March i am not getting any resolution jio only raised SR and asking to wait.If customer asked you to wait if recharged delay for just 5min will you wait?? Pothetic customer service from Jio never expected this kind of service.@JioCare @Mukesh_ambani_

    @JioCare Actually I have two issues 1. Speed issues I am already shared images above 2. Please activate 5g for one of my number 70101xxxx (poco x5 pro 5g) I am already send 30times for interested for last 10days Please slove all these issues
