What you get is What you pay.. I went to hometown for two weeks. After 10th day I got a call(human) from @JioCare and informed they noticed zero traffic from my gateway. They wanted to check whether it is due to any issues from their side. Keep it up! #JioFibre

@JioCare I am an NRI and subscribed for Jio expecting world class support looking at @_MukeshAmbani and the service is out from more than 24 hours at my home. No one is responsible. I made atleast 75 calls and local managers also don’t pick the calls. Created SRs and no response.

@reliancejio @JioCare Had installed jio fiber last week , have alot of issues in connection , raised complaint since 3 days , no visit by engineers Today prateek from jio fiber customer care called me, i told him to disconnect the connection and refund me amount . (1/2)
