    @JioCare Ticket raised on 7th July, today 10th July till issue not solved is this good service ? Didn't get single call from Jio and your engineer didn't pickup my call. Today Jio care number is also block for me. Just spread bot message. Is this good service?

    @JioCare I have already shared all the requested details to cancel my AirFiber (Order No. NO0001EBZUJS). The connection is still not installed, and despite contacting several times, I have received no response. Please cancel my order and initiate my full refund at the earliest.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare You can shove this feedback up your a**. NO ONE CALLED. NO ONE CAME. BUT THE TICKET IS MARKED AS CLOSED/RESOLVED. Am cancelling the connection. Not gonna put up with this crap everytime when I need service. ONE CONNECTION THAT WAS NOT WORKING SINCE THE LAST 3 MONTHS AND ANOTHER ONE STOPPED WORKING LAST WEEK.     @JioCare @reliancejio, ur service is an absolute joke. 5 DAYS NO INTERNET A XSR00003AE7Z1 is completely ignored. Service engineers r rude, unprofessional, and ghosting my calls Toll free makes me wait 5 min to talk to a human, automatically CUT d call.

    @JioCare I already raised complaint about jio fiber 22 days ago, not solved still, now they can't allow to connect customer care number. Automatically cut the call even tried from different number. what a worst setting on #jiocare

    Congratulating whom? Yourselves for trying to provide a better network in our area? That's exactly what we're paying you for, so thank you for confirming that you haven't been able to provide it until now. Even today, there are frequent call drops and internet disruptions inside our apartment building. Your engineers themselves have told us that we need to move near the windows or the sit-out area every time we want a stable signal. Is this the quality of service you are congratulating yourselves for? Same with @JioCare and @BSNL_TN But atleast, you, Airtel people are sending this message!

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio that’s really pathetic and unbelievable that you guys are sending the message for more than a month now. Also, a got a message that bill is generated. What should I for for when the services are down. How you are going to compensate for it??!!!
