    @JioCare How can I believe that you guys are really working. Just let me know if you can't fix I will buy another connection. Just because of this my job is getting affected. You guy's just care about money. My money and time are getting wasted. Won't recommended Jio to anyone.

    @JioCare Your engineer has scheduled from yesterday. Hope my installation would be done by EOD. Or else process my refund. Also ask ur executives to inform customer that u ll provide services in first come first serve basis.

    @kamaltyagitg There services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @nirajvasavada @reliancejio Since then, I am facing issues with speed what they claim. Their engineer said, your router is on the balcony, if you install it in the middle of the house, you will get the speed. (2)

    @JioCare we are tried to connect with customer care to create a ticket but they refused to create. Please check & fix the connection asap. It's also effect my WFH.

    @JioCare Sir, everyone use data. When ever they want. While using data, every one face same issue as like me.only option is to improve coverage. That gonna not happen by you.

    @JioCare Hi! I understand that how disappointing it must be. I would like to inform you that sms service is not available in recharge of Rs.49/79 and 19. To enjoy the sms service along with calls and data, you may recharge with any of our unlimited packs. #airtelParasite.

    @JioCare Thanks for quick reply. I will wait for 1 day for resolution of my grivience. If no solution I will port all my numbers to Jio.
