    @JioCare There is no VPN. First day the technician had visited and done the troubleshoot and found the issue in the main box on the building on 6th floor duct.The main wire is having a problem and some other team will come to fix.After this nobody has come to fix the issue.its been 7 days

    Such a poor and horrible network by JIO. We are being duped by the so-called best telecom service provider in India. @reliancejio you people are giving 2G speed by looting the money of 4G speed. When would it stop?

    I have registered and paid for the connection of jio broadband . The service provider promised me to install it with in 3 days . It's been a week he isn't responding my call nor giving the connection . Worst service ever seen @JioCare @reliancejio
