    It is so frustrating to use @reliancejio now . From the long time network is not strong at many location, i have tried in many location. This time of Jio is not as better as 2G network was. Browsing speed is only upto 10Kbps, then what you think about watching YouTube.

    @JioCare @reliancejio All the devices in my house have Jio sim and even Jiofi but since midnite d network has suddenly been out of service. Pls fix this asap otherwise so that I can attend my online class today. Humble req Location:AG Colony,VKS Chowk,Shastri Nagar, Patna, 800023

    @JioCare @reliancejio that's the problem Akshay, applied and paid 720 on Sunday and appt was fixed for tuesday, plan changed on monday itself without STB, again voucher redeemed on Wednesday, second appt was Thursday, no one turns up. Your app has a request also. Where's the disconnect

    @reliancejio @JioCare For the past two months i am facing issues with my Jio Sim ..23 hours and 30 mins in a day there is no signal .. Going to jio care but all they are doing is making changes in the settings but not giving a new Sim .. Switching to @airtelindia tomorrow

    @JioCare During call, at every few minutes interval, call goes blank, no voice is audible..... facing voice call issues since many days here at Kitadih West near East Point School, Jamshedpur-831002... Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest!!!
