@JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

@JioCare Netspeed and mobilenetwork problem is coming more than 1 week on my location but till now no solution of the problem has been found. The complaint numbers are MR00011QTZLS, MR00011T7KBN, MR00011QDPG6, MR00011ROY19. Jio has become useless, I am going to another operator.

Recharged wrongly 2878 instead of 2879 for Jio so getting only 2GB/D instead of intended 2GB/D+ Unlmtd calls for a year. Customer care is saying there is no way to revert or upgrade the plan and I have recharge again with regular plan for the call. Plz help. #jio @reliancejio
