    @reliancejio sir jio network in this area is very poor, its Internet spped is 16kb/s .before 6 months it was good but right now it's network is worst

    to improve. 3 sal me to birbal ki khichadi ban jati but @JioCare ki service nhi sudhri. Call v thik se nhi hoti. We will move to other companies if @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we Don't at least 1mbs speed.

    @JioCare Yes ,I have received your revert and this is very general answer. I have raised same complaint 6-7 months back as well. You are just passing the buck. Not any efforts involved. Worst coverage. #poor4G @TRAI #Telecom #worst4G

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio sim which is registered on my father's name. Now I'm officially 18+ so i want to change ownership of my sim. I called jio customer executive, he told me that you have to go jio center with aadhar card and other documents with your father.

    @JioCare please solve internet slow speed problem otherwise I will change my Sim. Because in this network I can't send a single text message in Insta. In youtube 144kps quality video can't play. @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare Your internet is very slow in my area network tower is full but internet very slow. In 4G dpeed pack I can't send text in Insta or WhatsApp properly or any pic download. Two days ago I was call customer care he said cause many of users this issue found. @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What type of service you are providing ? No message is going even after the recharge , no phonepe message . If the problem will be not resolved today ,there is no use of this sim card . It will be best to port in @reliancejio

    @JioCare I just received a message stating that the technician visit has again been rescheduled to 27th May between 6-7 pm. Are you serious? This is the worst service I have ever received. I am definitely going to change my WiFi provider once my subscription ends.

    Took JioAirFiber expecting quick installation, but since installation wasn't done quickly, I want to cancel the order. But, there is no proper cancellation option available. Every number provided only gives installation status updates, nothing for cancellation support. @JioCare
