    @JioCare As you can see from my screenshot that I was receiving full network. I was well within city limits and still not getting enough speed.

    @jio_fiber 3rd class service. Worst technicians who are liars. No professionals. 5 days no wifi and the technician couldn't fix it in one whole day. He had the audacity to tell us not to call before 10:30 am. Now no answer. #shame @reliancejio #pathetic @DoT_India

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Hi team I have raised a complaint since 4 days and I haven’t received any help yet Everytime engineer is assigned they put the call on hold and never visit the location for resolution. I need urgent assistance to this matter

    @JioCare In our village (Dhanawati, Beruarbari Block, Ballia), whenever there’s a power cut, Jio network completely stops. Calls fail & internet is unusable. Facing this for 1 year. Paying ₹400/month for this—how is this fair for users? #jionetworkissue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Facing a serious issue with JioFiber in Kanpur for the past 15 days. Despite multiple complaints on the MyJio app, the assigned engineer keeps marking the issue as “resolved” without even visiting. Now the complaint is put on hold.

    It's been a week now, nobody has reached me. You guys are giving me false hope of getting my voucher back and resolution of the problem. This is rellay bad from @JioCare. I have heard 10-12 that you guys are working on my complaint but still nothing has happened.

    @JioCare Recharged ₹349 plan because it clearly promised “JioHotstar Mobile subscription for 3 months” under Jio Special Offer. After recharge, benefit was denied, and support now claims it was a “one-time offer” despite no clear mention in visible T&C. This is misleading promo.

    @JioCare I requested for Jio Fiber (wired broadband), but your team is calling and saying it's an AirFiber request, which I never selected. Please correct this immediately and process my request for Jio Fiber only. This confusion is causing unnecessary delay. Kindly resolve
