I've requested to close my postpaid connection on may 30th and the issue was closed without resolving. I couldn't connect to customer support because there is no such thing for postpaid connection, even the reliance digital at keelkattalai branch people couldnt connect @JioCare

@JioCare I am able to send the SMS but won't reviving the SMS from any number. Coz of this facing issue for online transaction even OTP also not receiving.
