  Paid 6 months’ advance for Jio AirFiber, but the service has been down since 12 August 2026. Despite repeated complaints, no service engineer has visited for over two weeks. Payment taken, service denied, support unavailable.   @reliancejio My #JioFiber relocation request no CO0002MA6PPK raised on 16th, was attended to by your service engineer on 17th Aug & I was told it would be installed within a week at the new address, which was within 1 km of the existing. Not installed to date despite follow-ups?
