    @JioCare As you can see from my screenshot that I was receiving full network. I was well within city limits and still not getting enough speed.

    @JioCare How can you confirm that the issue was resolved. Are you saying that I am making false accusations to your company. Nobody ever tried to contact me regarding my complaint. Even after complaining again & again.

    @JioCare the internet isn't working properly and the speed for the past few days is terrible. The range has also suddenly stopped reaching my bedroom. Even with the lan cable there is no internet.

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid โ‚น50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid โ‚น807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare
