    @JioCare Is demanding extra money by installation staff now a part of JioFiber service? My installation (Order No. NO0001E1RHPG) has been withheld for 3+ days after I refused to pay. Complaint No. SR000038LT4X remains unresolved despite multiple assurances.

    @reliancejio Yea yea yea... u are the most honest company out these, who has never indulged in unethical practices. Chomu kisi aur ko banao. Tumhare jhoot koi believe nhi kar rha. Many ppl have individually verified the claims/allegations against ur predatory move.

    @JioCare I am talking about network issue and you are talking about recharge, I will definitely recharge but when there is no network then what is the point of recharge

    @JioCare Thanks for resolving but please ensure this doesn't happen every alternate day. You don't refund for outage days then kindly manage your services properly to avoid frequent outages. This is the 3rd such incident in a week.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Need help regarding my JioFiber billing. I recharged under the "2 Months @ ₹707" offer after confirming it with customer care. Later I was asked to pay an additional amount due to billing cycle adjustment, which I paid. Now I have received another.
