@JioCare As you can see from my screenshot that I was receiving full network. I was well within city limits and still not getting enough speed.

@JioCare @Mahanteshcr777 I was just going through the chat from jio. It’s so disgusting.same reply by jio and how incompetent to provide proper service. People should be taking this to TRAI or ombudsman. Jio esim service is so waste compare to Airtel. Today server is only down. JIO is a JOKE

This issue happened the last time I was in West Bengal as well, which prompted me to get a @reliancejio Wi-Fi connection. Considering my job requires a lot of travel inside India, should I get a new SIM for each state, if I continue with Airtel?

@JioCare had very bad experience with packet loss issue it was resolved for 1hr only and after that issue started again and no engineer visited and they are taking no action and according to me there servers are overloaded
