@JioCare @reliancejio I had opened a Service Request with ref no SR00001JKOWY. They closed my request without letting me know anything and on calling the customer care they are repeatedly disconnecting the call and giving slang words. Is this how you treat customers. Shame on you

@JioCare Worst customer service. One executive comes and promises one month free service if we pay 3 months bill one shot and when we complain about it,customer support team says it's not in our service. Now suddenly the bill is generated for 2 months together. Resolve this asap
