    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio from where we can purchase jio 4g keypad mobile which is used to be purchased at 999/ earlier. Nowadays why this mobile vanished frm market. Now jio sim has become waste due to that. Can u help me out

    I’ve also tweeted for the same to which I just got a msg to confirm the service I’d,engineer’s name and number. Today in the morning also I called in the Jio’s customer care they still have no update regarding their engineer’s visit. What should a common man do.? @JioCare

    Just recharged my airtel no. in order to do UPI transaction outside of my home. Jio 4G is getting as awful as it could be, in terms of doing just transaction in majority areas of my town. @reliancejio @JioCare

    How does Jio this one? Without using data, daily limit of 2.5 GB exhausted. Interesting is that no customer care assistance is available, only chat boat.@JioCare

    And if a common man can’t afford to take new connection by paying 2800/- everytime there’s a problem then you have to bow down before the system like I’ve been treated by Jio’s most efficient and hardworking employees for last 4 days.thanks jio “apki seva ke liye” @JioCare

    Since 30.12.2022 jio fibre not working I’m on leave since then. I’ve called Jio’s customer care not less than 20-25 time everytime they are saying engineer will visit but not a single time he has visited. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup
