    Hello @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Despite many tries, im unable to contact my service provider. I made the payment for a new jiO fiber connection. I was told it’ll be done by today at max. I cannot delay the installation as my WFH started today. Pls install it today

    @JioCare Hi Team, I tried to call 198 to raise a complaint but AI based voice assistant asking me to choose a num from 1 to 9 for different options like Prepaid offers, Postpaid offers, New connections etc.Where is the option to raise a complaint/to connect with Customer care executive

    @JioCare @VCKANANDVPP Trying to contact my family but this stupid network is just not connecting. I spoke with customer service on the 3rd day of using jio, regarding same. They said "we will fix it in next 24 hours" bro you guys are 120 hours late i guess. I'm so pissed off now.

    @JioCare @VCKANANDVPP Jio has the worst network ever. This is my 1st week of switching vodaphone to jio network. Can't even connect with the customer care on 198. There are full signals on my phone but everytime I'm calling to someone it's not connecting. Worst service with worst network. Missing VI.
