    Isn’t it amazing when a tweet on Twitter can solve your problem in few hours? Raised a complaint against #JioCare for the problems I faced with my router. Hours later they sent their engineers to check on the malfunction of the set top box. Now everything is smooth and solved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please make your servers resilient, I have been getting response that server is not working to allocate e-sim 3rd time in row in Miyapur Hyderabad Jio store, person is busy in call as server is not responding.
