    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm unable to cancel my Jio prepaid simcard order as the representative the order is assigned to is not cancelling the order and forcing me to buy the sim. My refund is also pending. I'll have to file a complaint if I don't get help. Order No NOO001EGFB48

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio network in my area for the last 24 hrs. 5G speeds = 3G level, barely 2 bars,4G = zero indoor. Old unresolved issue: during power cuts, indoor coverage vanishes completely and takes 20-25 mins to restore even after power is back. pin401305
