    @JioCare @reliancejio been a jiofiber customer for last 2 years and solely dependent on it for my online sessions..since yesterday morning my router has stopped working..talking to customer care only results in new request id being formed..no resolution..can you please help!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Today I visited for the second time Chakla Jio store for sim card, the air condition in the store is not working, It's getting difficult to wait even a minute in the store, and that's very unfortunate and worse situation for customer.

    @JioCare I don't have any problem to watch ott apps on my smart TV where all ott apps r working fine.. But ppl should know that what #JioFiber is doing with consumer to sell their products n it should be published in Media also. So will further waiting for ur response on @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare It's almost 3 days....I'm with Jio Fiber paying 1.1k subscription fee and since last one week I don't have a remote to use your services. Who'll compensate for this...its 3 days running after raising request with you....you are forcing me to abandon your service #JioFiber
