    @reliancejio what kind of customer care are you running?? Yesterday I recharged for international roaming and still it's not activated on. I called customer care and they are saying that's seprate department and they don't have any details.This is how you treat cus?

    @JioCare @reliancejio if the recharge plan expires, not even a second you give the service, but when it comes to customer, you are least bothered in attending the fault or closing the account. Do TRAI or @ITS_MoC interfer in regulating operators on the account closure process by making them pay....

    @JioCare Just now Sms received, But it would be resolved 100%? With reference to Service Request Number SR00001CUP5L for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912235054864, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 19-08-2022 : 14:15:00.
