    @reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any update on site installation as it is more than 2 months and network issue still persist at my office. It was promised by @JioCare that issue will be sort out asap (90 days) but till now no update on this..please look into this asap.

    @JioCare I am jatan from ahmedabad i had per book @oneplus 7pro 8gb/256gb variant. From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio Network problems are never ending, coverage in my area is pathetic We all jio lovers forced to switch to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN Raised many complaints but no action by JIO. My area is Shivalay Residency Kudasan Gandhinagar Gujarat Jio num : 8200343256

    @airtelindia @Airtel I am using Airtel since 2003. Since a year Airtel's network is deteriorating in my area @ Shivalay Residency, Kudasan, Gandhinagar Gujarat. Please take this seriously and fix the network at earliest or ppl will switch to @reliancejio in no time M :9898654224

    Absolutely pathetic network @reliancejio @JioCare My WiFi is down, so had to switch to mobile network but it is absolutely ******! No network coverage since 7 PM!!! Forget 4G, not even 2G!!

    @reliancejio I have relocated within same city I.e Ahmedabad. I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

    Reliance Jio (@reliancejio) says all off-net domestic voice calls will be free, starting January 1, 2021. All calls from Jio, to any network, anywhere in India will be free Alert: Till now, customers have been charged for off-net voice calls due to IUC regime
