The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

@reliancejio The service of jio is disgusting. I'm not even getting 1kbps of speed despite of having data Balance in my account. When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

@Idea I left @reliancejio and connected in idea with oneprepaid and one postpaid connection. But now network is so pathetic that even showing full network my number shows switchoff. Thinking to move my both numbers to @Airtel_Presence, not sure if they can port me in lockdown.

@JioCare Hi Team, I am from Vandavasi, TN and living at kamban nagar, chetpet road. In my area, many families using Jio for calls and internet use. Last 2-3 weeks, the network is very bad and very poor connection. Pls help and fix. Jio is one of the life saver in remote areas.👍🏼
