    @TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

    Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

    @JioCare @saurabhbatham17 Hahah nice and streamlined joke. Jio has been telling me the same for more then a year. Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

    @JioCare I am jatan from ahmedabad i had per book @oneplus 7pro 8gb/256gb variant. From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

    @jktailor @reliancejio @JioCare Same issue here...I have been call multiple times to jio Care...they are saying we are placing booster to your area to increase internet speed .I don't know what kind of booster they are talking about..#frustrated #Jiocare

    The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Everytime We ask whats the resolution but we get a message like what's the issue and they always raise a new ticket which give 90 days again. Please let us know how many days or months you really need to resolve this issue.dont lie us that we will resolve in 90 days

    @JioCare i have frequently called jio customer care but no one are answering and even denied to register complaint.i have recharged 401 plan on 22th july and also i got confirmation massage for same and aslo seen this plan in my jio app but suddenly it deactivated, why??

    @JioCare It was promised by @reliancejio @jiocareindia that within 90 days network issue will be resolved. today 60 days completed but no response till now.can somebody from @jioauthority look into this on priority basis.

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare My jio sim was registered on my late relative’s aadhar , i have been using the number since last 10 years, have the My Jio app logged in, E- sim active on my apple watch. I want the number to be reissued on my name - i have my relative’s death certificate, aadhar. Help

    @JioCare @JioCare Different representatives are giving different scripted replies despite screenshots already shared. The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service
