As you see Dharmendra Sahu has been assigned for a home visit since 6th August. @reliancejio is a huge company in this country ,don’t you guys have enough power and authority to simply tell your own engineer to visit the place and resolve an open ticket? Vishram Meena (@vishramina) reportedThere is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare
