    My mother's @reliancejio Fiber connection is not working since 4 days. They keep changing their employees and the one who gave that connection misguided about the plan.There is no internet connectivity and it is causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly check the issue and resolve.

    @JioHotstar @PhonePe_ @JioCare Still no response from your support team. I paid ₹149 for a 3-month subscription but after cancelling the AutoPay mandate in PhonePe, my active JioHotstar subscription was automatically cancelled even though the paid period was remaining.

    @JioCare This has been a very frustrating experience with Jio support and the technical team. Closing service requests without any actual resolution or engineer visit is not acceptable. Kindly look into this matter seriously and resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Have complained several times and the support team gives childish excuses and closes the complaint. The network hasn't improved yet I cant even used internet for a minute also kindly look into the matter
