    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare I have booked a jio fiber on 23/03/2022 at Hyderabad executive sridhar his contact number +91 78159 50527 but he told me that he comes on 24/03/2022 he booked our connection but then he never lifted our calls connection was activated but as promised as 6m + 2m offer

    @JioCare I had applied for a jio fiber connection on 26th March 2022 and the pre sales service was at its best. Post receipt of money i was told that the installation would happen the next day 27th March 2022 . The date does not seem to have changed to 27th yet for the Jio team

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic customer service, put the call on hold for 10 minutes and no response. What should I expect frm u people.. illogical answers, pathetic experience. If I don't get the service then definitely going to stop using ur service and porting no to @reliancejio

    @JioCare don't you have any shame ! Frauds,cheating customers. Cant use internet due to no network 2 days in a row I have my data pack valid for more than 1 month, but i will burn the jio sim now. Irresponsible clowns, everyone is a joker in jio. Any abuse will be small for you.

    It took 5 tries to tweet 👆. Just think how much worse is tour service @JioCare . @TRAI please look into this kind of service. Why town people get good service and rural people will get worse service while borh are paying same charges @TRAI ??

    Jio Internet speed at Sindri Jharkhand 828122 location even unable to open you tube app. After complaint to customer care they just closed the service request SR00001A4KCX on paper but on ground no change in quantity of internet. @reliancejio. 1/3.
