Called @JioCare and the concerned tried to connect to the network team twice, but couldn't. Assured a call back, again no action. Tried porting, generated UPC. A lady called requested to hold t porting and assured the solution. Again no action over a long time. Fake commitment?

@JioCare I did not pay dues for a reason, my set top box is not working for 3 weeks, why would I pay for no services? Please atleast register a ticket for engineer visit. this is only thing I need. It seems impossible to even raise a ticket.

🚨 Serious network issue in Ayodhya (Tandauli, near HPCL 224161) @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavnCare Nearby tower (~100m) shuts down completely during power cuts → No Signal. 4G signal otherwise strong (-73 dBm), but 5G not available at all (NR false). This indicates tower power backup failure + no proper 5G deployment. Please fix urgently.

@JioCare @reliancejio JioJoin keeps showing “Please connect to JioFiber Wi-Fi and try again” even when connected. I even tried multiple handsets but the same issue appears. I joined JioFiber mainly for the calling feature. JioFixed Voice: 06685796695. Please resolve ASAP @JioCare.
