I received your email confirming that my Re-KYC was completed on 8 Aug 2026 and that my account was unblocked. However, the account is still debit frozen and all debit/UPI transactions are failing. SR Ticket No: 9068280 Please urgently check the backend status and remove the debit freeze. My funds are required for an emergency. Kindly resolve this issue instead of closing the ticket while the account is still frozen.

Did the support team finally found any time after 2.5+ months to work on my SR and found the right mahurat to release the refund which is my own money it is holding illegally beyond 14 days after return of the equipment.

I think its time to go to the Consumer Forum coz no one is serious about fixing the network issue. I will discontinue Jio soon.
