    @JioCare Nah. This is still not fixed. Why are we not sending your best engineers to find the root cause. What is the point of taking your service if all the time customer has to be behind you. Such a bad experience. I am parallelly checking with Airtel as well. I am frustrated now

    @JioCare I have made a port-in request to Jio on 27-4-2026. Even after three days I have not received SIM card. I even visited Jio Digital store but no help.

    @JioCare your customer care is so bad at service. They made me wait for 15mins and then cut the phone and yet no solution has been made. Very Frustrating.

    @JioCare Refund for my cancelled AirFiber order (08.04.2026) is still pending even after multiple follow-ups via email and tweet (Apr 22). No proper response yet. This is poor service. Kindly process refund immediately. Registered Mobile Number: +91 97510 16226 worst ever service

    @JioCare 40 hours is not temporary issue. And why instead of pre-warning and providing proper timeframe when it will get fixed you guys are giving notice every 6 hours.
