@reliancejio @JioCare I have raised my jio fiber relocation request 20days back, till date just getting excuses. No executive has ever visited. The way you follow up for recharge, follow up the same way for customer support. @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare This is the 2nd time service person/technician visited my premises and was unable to resolve the issue. Clearly he has no clue. As per him "it is an issue at the backend and nothing he can do". Will it ever get resolved???

@JioCare Yesterday I raised a request SR00001BJ9NS dtd. 13-Jun 08:25 am & I was informed that technicians r going to visit between 2 to 3 pm. None came till now even after repeated complaint on customer care. Pathetic customer service. Need to think on switching to @airtelindia
