    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    I purchased a premium @SonyLIV subscription on JioFiber but I am still getting ads.Complaint pending weeks without any resolution. Stop fooling customers with fake premium claims and fix this ,According to Jio customer care SonyLIV is responsible for the ads appearing @JioCare

    @JioCare I need immediate resolution. I cannot hold anymore now. Either resolve it or just disconnect your service because if service resolution is such a big hassle for you - i am clearly not interested in availing your services!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Will close all 10 connections.Entire Haridwar area is facing connectivity issues, Jio-Hdwr is incompetent,unprofessional. Technicians wasted whole day pretending & we were being sent emails for not providing access when actually nobody called even once.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I am fully aware that Order NO0001E9LGYC is cancelled. My only demand right now is to know the REASON for it. Please check your system and state the exact reason for cancellation so that I can rectify the issue before placing a new order.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber's after-sales service is pathetic. The internet on my JioFiber connection at GK-1 has been down for the last two days, and this issue keeps recurring every 15 days. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Please refund my two orders. There is no help of Jio fiber or airfiber. No call no email no chat. I am business user and I use 10 SIM card of Jio . But worse experience with fiber refund. NO0001ENKE50 & LR00001E3TPL
