@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@JIOFIBER8 @reliancejio raised a complain "SR00001A13Z5" for frequent wifi disconnection on 5GHZ on 22 March. Still issue is not resolved. Engineer schedule was for 23march but till today no one came. Customer care is pathetic. They disconnect call when I ask about dely.

@JioCare While raising tkt on 23rd, I specifically told that internet is working completely fine and issue is with Amazon prime only. Still they raised DG alarm. So I don't understand how to communicate issue with C-Care. Please check recording of the call when tkt was raised.

@JioCare I don't want you to appreciate my patience. Just resolve my issue. Have not paid to be patient for 3 subsequent days. Don't just keep providing your monotonous replies for every single tweet. Show some results and resolve the issue instead of cliched replies. Pathetic service
