Ram Maurya😎 (@mahtoG01) reported@JioCare @sanjeev91686640 My Jio SIM got deactivated. I'm in Maharashtra, but Jio says I must go to Delhi, where I got the SIM, to fix it. Spending ₹5000+ just to reactivate a SIM is ridiculous. Why can't any Jio store handle this?

It takes them 3 days to send an engineer and on the 3rd day engineer doesn’t show up and there’s no communication from @JioCare. They force you to download the app to track service request, which doesn’t show up on the app. ******* useless
