    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare SR00001DLK00: If u don't give any solution today I'll put an end here. I don't hv time to chase JioCare to fix a billing issue for a month whr thr is no fault of mine. I'll throw this SIM card in the nxt 24hrs if I don't hv any solution, and nvr com bck to JIO again.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Nikita/@JioCare Today my subscription will get over and I hope I get resolution before that. Let me know if you want to hear call recordings happened with your customer care, so you can have an idea how frustrated/irritated I am from the service!

    @SuryahSG @JioCare Service is very worst. Call will get disconnected if you select the option to speak with the executive. Usually they will say the same thing for anything

    @JioCare SR00001DLK00: Plz respect the time of a customer, nd that will last the relation longer. Post paid customers shouldn't be in the suffering side. Always try to give a solution bfor suspending someone's number. You provided completely untrusted service which I nvr forget.
