    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare The tower has been established in the village (Kareem Nagar) the complete village does not has the coverage, many subscribers in the village facing the issue. From Chegunta its 7km.

    The SIM id having problem. I have cross checked in another two mobiles. Same issue. Kindly get the SIM changed otherwise I will port to @reliancejio soon

    @JioCare Also facing a very poor customer service, people are lying told me that complaint has been registered and again new person said nothing has been registered. Making false promise to customer and lying to them.

    @JioCare Bhushan Jee, not getting any response regarding solving my issue so far. All the works are in pending due to negligence by #jiocare. It is frustrating, internet speed is too slow that reminding me of the age of 2G speed as used to be 5-6 years back.

    @JioCare Any update? No one has contacted me. Also there is no way of calling customer care as the number provided is only for new raising new jio fiber requests. From the my jio app also there is no way of contacting support. Only way is by droping a email which you people are ignoring .

    @JioCare Hello Team, I am facing really bad issue with Jio. My plan is about to end in next 5days and I know about that but jio is not letting me call. Whenever I try to call it continuously playing recharge reminder tone and asking me to recharge. Please resolve this.
