    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare Still this is saying by your customer care while connecting call but not permanent problem solved yet ,so which Your back team working now here no improvement since 2 years, we are listening That from side.what is output you are showing to us?

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare Voice Calling and Internet Issue is too much in Vill- Madhopur, Post- Bansdih Road, District- Ballia. Uttar Pradesh. Even nearby village Jio tower also able then also I am facing this problem from last 20 days. Still you people not done anything.

    @reliancejio Hi @reliancejio I had complaint multiple times about internet speed and there is no use of it. In my area we R getting 4G at one corner,3G at another corner, if we are not getting smooth 4G int speed at home in each corner then what is the need of launching 5G. @JioCare #5GIndia

    @reliancejio @airtelindia #vodafoneidea got another way to earn money from middle class people. Indian Telecom is totally fail in Big metro cities like Bangalore Noida, Delhi etc. Where Techies stays and works. Their 3G/4G doesn't work till today as per acceptable speed

    @JioCare 1stly I ported from Jio to Airtel owing to ur poor network service & repeated non resolving of the complaint.2nd u have connectivity issues in many parts of India. At least with Airtel I get to call. So, No more porting.
