    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @reliancejio In my area network is very poor. Please take action on it. We have 4 jio sim users in my family.

    Very disappointed with @reliancejio @JioHotstar @JioCare. After subscribing, I was told that the plan supports only mobile devices and will not work on TV screens. Such hidden conditions mislead customers. Requesting an immediate refund for this purchase. Even customer care

    @JioCare I have been facing extremely poor internet connectivity for the last 5 days. The network signal appears normal, but internet speed is very slow and browsing, streaming, and other online activities are barely working. Please look into this matter and resolve it asap.

    @JioCare Nelson pls tell me what is your definition of resolve this issue ASAP? Is it today tomorrow, person's this or next life? Tell me? Vague answer doesn't help. Pls answer. Even if refund don't get release does it affect you? NO. Give answer fix time by tonight or tomorrow reply me
