@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@reliancejio Never been through such pathetic services for the last 10 days. The customer service team is the worst team i have ever seen, they're disconnecting the call. Before and after relocation I have been harassed, still the same thing happening. #jio #Internet #reliance

@JioCare Hi, I’m facing difficulty with mobile data nd calls after the upgradation in my phone to 5G,data goes off frequently nd calls are not clear ,is the problem for me or ur already aware of it ? I’m using iPhone 13 which is 5G compatible. Could u pls check wt is the problem.

Is there any way to talk to a person @ @JioCare @reliancejio? I paid for a setup box and my payment went through but due to internet issue, on app i lost the page and now there is no option to do anything. I have tried calling the toll free numbers and app bt still nothing. Help!

@JioCare our broadband connection not working and the service engineer visited yesterday and said will take by evening.. but till today nothing progressed. Why do u charge if things won't happen from ur end of time. If we fail to pay even for an hour u won't provide internet.
