    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    Worst service provider @reliancejio . I am trying to convert my jio sim to ESIM but still after a whole day i am not able to access that. No network in my jio sim. I have tried connecting to customer care but nothing got resolved. Pathetic @reliancejio
