    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @airtelindia @TRAI Extremely disappointed. My Wi-Fi issue (Ref: 11032003992) is unresolved for 7+ days despite multiple follow-ups and escalation. No technician, no communication, no accountability. After 15 years with Airtel, I'm ready to move all services. @reliancejio?

    dissappointed by jio air-fiber @reliancejio @JioCare i bought the 100mbps plan and now it not even delivering 10% of it, i ever let their technician visit offered him tea lol and it is still fluctuating, this slow internet is fkn pissing me off never had this worse of a experience with a wifi

    @JioCare Every time I schedule an engineer visit for a specific slot, the engineer either does not arrive during that slot, visits before the scheduled time without coordination, or simply puts the service request on hold.
