  @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

  @reliancejio Since when are your technicians Kaamchors? Raised an issue yesterday & ur technician failed to show up. I contacted ur agent via the app & was told they will escalate. 36hrs later, the status says resolved but NO technician has visited & the problem isn't solved.

  @JioCare So do you expect me to go on finding favorable locations and then do my work from those locations? I am observing this issue since last 4-5 days. Due to this issue, I have done a recharge for 20 days only. In case there is no visible improvement, I will port to other provider.
