    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare 4th day complain SR000013AB5H every time we call on customer care, executives says booked new slot to you, technician will come, we wait for time no one appears, again we call, and same procedure again and again.... is this how jio works, 4 days customer no connection
