@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@RajatKishor5 @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio I am also facing the same issue,in my case even the installation of my Airtel DTH is done after 7 days of payment that is too after complaining so many times. Many fake offers was committed by the sales person during connection.

@JioCare network has become poorer. Everytime we need to switch to flight mode to receive calls, sms. Not only on one phone, but many phones of my known. Pl make it better.

@JioCare Jio fiber service in my area going from best to worst. Complaints not attended beyond 24 hours. False promises. Escalation of complaint. time to shift. SR00001BIMDM yet not attended and escalated to 0100 pm today then 0700 pm today now tomorrow
