    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare Still this is saying by your customer care while connecting call but not permanent problem solved yet ,so which Your back team working now here no improvement since 2 years, we are listening That from side.what is output you are showing to us?

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare @JioCare looks like jio team is so non technical that they are unable to find issue mentioned in my service request, neither they are to speak to support engineers who already visited my house,nor jio team want to connect with me and understand the issues.

    @JioCare is getting worst . I had complained about wifi issue and wifi was having less speed. The man came from jio and made it more worst ,that my wifi totally stopped working and now I rescheduled it but they are just wasting my time. Resolve my issue.@reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare I called customer care. They have raised yet another ticket with number SR00003DX8RF without resolving the last one. Unfortubately, I will have to cancel my port to JIO and also report to Gujarat Appellate and CPGRAMS.

    Dear @JioCare, I spoke with my local Jio AirFiber executive today, and I was informed that they do not have the required equipment/material available for installation. My question is simple: If Jio does not have the necessary equipment to provide the connection, then why are your staff collecting booking amounts, completing KYC, and activating orders? I paid ₹2200, completed all formalities, and my app shows the connection as installed, but no installation has been done at my home. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please provide a clear explanation and resolve this issue immediately. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #CustomerExperience

    @reliancejio very bad customer service. I applied for the SIM online on 8th Aug still it is not delivered. I ported to jio now i have nowhere to go. Pathetic service of Jio. Home delivery of your Jio SIM has been initiated for Order Reference Number NO00015IT7NL.

    @JioCare Alone with we are demanding upgradation of 4G to 5G connection... Please make sure about ours rights or else we would have to transfer all the customer into other SIM network....@JioCare
