@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@JioCare Kal mera Jio AirFiber install hua, lekin installation proper nhi h. Used material laga hai aur outdoor device sirf plastic ties se temp. fix kiye gaye hain, jo weather me toot sakte hain (injury/property damage risk). JioJoin app bhi work nahi kar rahi. Please resolve

@JioCare Still no resolution even after the engineer visit. He told that it will be activated after 30 mins and it’s more than an hour. Wifi is not showing in any of my devices.
