    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare after repeated attempts to try to get in touch with your customer care, here I am, why is Jio fibre not showing apps online today? When would the issue be resolved?

    @JioCare Nothing other than "we are here to help you" given by jio care. No actions no feedback no investigation @JioFiberChennai @JioCare. How long it will take jio to look into a customer issue ?

    @JioCare Yes I know upc code is mandatory. But there should be more ways to generate this code. I have to recharge my Vodafone no with 155rs just to generate this code by sms @TRAI if you are aware about this and not doing anything, this is bad. if you are not aware, are you sleeping?

    @reliancejio @JioMart @JioMart_Support This is there service, sending product which is going to expire in 10 days. That's why I don't trust them, neither they mention expiry of product on website not they send fresh goods, also no response of email.

    @TRAI please took strict action on @JioCare .i did MNP request to change my jio network to some other number .it has been last 5 my network is not changed and when i call to support they put my call on hold for long time .i am so much frustrate.i also reach to chat support they

    @JioCare No use sending DM auto reply is coming. Your Bank services should improve a lot. Customer service also important than only money minting. Pl go through my earlier DM and see it is resolved.

    @JioCare for few hours, we can not make a call. It shows server unreachable. And internet gets blocked completly. Anyone gonna give resolution. We've been following since months.
