    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare Congratulations on the announcement of Jio 5G. I know that one customer won't harm your business but this is my last month using any Jio services. You have just made a mockery out of me, nothing else.

    @JioCare I am using this sim for many years, never got any problem but this is a problem of network since month, my office work is not working and I have 4 Jio users in my house, everyone has the same problem.

    @JioCare I'm from Jodhpur Rajasthan. My jio fiber connection is not working since last 5 days, i have already did the complaint 4 times but problem is still didn't fixed yet. Service request number SR00001DGS8Q Really very bad experience with Jio Fiber postpaid.
