@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

@JioCare it's been two days my jiofiber internet is not working due to outside cable cut, i raised a service request (SR SR000015L0B5)and it's been automatically resolved ( actually the engineer did this to get another 1 days to resolve the issue) worst service ever, #JioFiber

Interestingly, My @reliancejio plan ends today and all the outgoing calls r barred in the morning only! While I recharge, the plan says its for 28 days & logically I am getting 27 days service! This is happening for every recharge. How to address this? @JioCare @MeeraRaghavendr

@airtelindia worst Network useless,not working properly, always network issue. Logged complaints many times but no one is responding.Going to Switch to Vi r @JioCare but not continue with airtel if Vi or jio will give me a good service regarding network rest of things ill manage
