@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@JioCare @reliancejio There is an issue with network. I am very frustrated with the service. After restart the phone, it works fine. It is happening from 1 months. Tried to contact customer care but phone auto disconnected. What a woeful service.
