    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @HashTagCricket @JioCare @reliancejio I requested for relocation of Jio fibre (Registered mobile number 8249236686) on 30/September/2021 and received the message written below, I receive appointment for 3 /Oct/2021 But again today I received another message of reschedule on 6/Oct.Too poor service

    @JioCare Writing mail from last 11 months. U r team always says your location not covered nd work in progress.Last time says in within 120 days network issue resolved but still no improvement.soon port out all jio numbers in VI India.

    @JioCare spoke to Sinora on call in evening explained my issue she was unable to resolve my issue she said will get back to you.But till now no reply other by agents Again and again u guys are saying same thing no solution no answers to my questions on call jus will get back to u

    i am facing network problems from 6 months and i also complained many times at jio care but there is same issue my parents and me all are facing same issue unable to make or receive calls unable to use data we don’t know why we are paying for recharge @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare They have now closed the request saying customer is not happy with the plans! This is false reason and no such thing was told from our side

    @JioCare My connection is down from a month. And you ask me to recharge without resolving my issue?How pathetic can your customer service get?Not a single call I have got from your end even after complaining a million times. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you guys give me a connection?
