    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare We urgently need internet connectivity here. Students are forced to go outside just to attend their online classes due to the lack of coverage. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare The router has a continuous red LOS/Internet light with zero connection since yesterday. This means there is no fiber signal reaching the modem. Please escalate this and book a technician visit immediately to check the physical line

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please initiate the refund process for the bill I paid recently. It is very frustrating. No response, no reply. We kept on highiting the issue. Why there is no reply from your team? @JioCare is far better in handling issues and providing solution

    @JioCare And it is resolved without doing anything. Nobody did anything. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. You have bots everywhere and it's impossible to reach out to you. Do something as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio For the last 10 days, Jio 5G has not been working properly in my area despite having a 5G plan. Network and internet frequently disconnect. I have complained several times, but no solution yet. Please restore 5G service and provide a permanent fix.

    Finally, we can move away from FRAUD LOOTER FAKE 5G provider @reliancejio I am using 5G smart phone and never received 5G network from Jio. Lootani Fakaani people. They Bribed huge to @TRAI and @PMOIndia to SILENCE them. They are very RUDE and Never response for our issues.
