    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare Still this is saying by your customer care while connecting call but not permanent problem solved yet ,so which Your back team working now here no improvement since 2 years, we are listening That from side.what is output you are showing to us?

    @reliancejio In my area network is very poor. Please take action on it. We have 4 jio sim users in my family.

    @JioCare I think it's not you Cup of tea to resolve the problem, you guys are telling the diplomatic timelines which doesn't justify anything. Now I think need to approach Airtel or Act for the service. Really disappointed from Jio.Dis not expect this kind of behavior.

    @JioCare And once again your technician rescheduled my relocation appointment without contacting me! I’m getting spammed by your relocation appointment messages everyday. Is it possible for you to give me a time frame to resolve this issue or is it too much to ask for?

    @JioCare need your support on Jio sim +919820439369 (on name of my wife Reshu Khatri) which got migrated to jio 3 years back. The sim has unfortunately missed few weeks back and since then we are struggling to get the same reissued. 1/3

    @JioCare 2/3The problem is when we migrated the sim to jio, the name of my wife in Aadhar was Reshu Grover and now it has been updated to Reshu Khatri (my surname). Because of which your system is limiting to accept this request. We have visited Jio Care and written to jio Care.
