    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    "In our village, Chhanchhada pin 767032 whenever the power goes out, the Jio network goes completely dead. Even though there is a diesel generator at the tower site, why does this keep happening? Please look into this and fix the issue as soon as possible." @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Shireen, what's update on my SR00003C5U11? I am fad up by handling of refund situation, return of equipment from 2.5+ months. What's going on internally no longer my issue. Trusted u guys, I have been taken 4 granted. AlI I care refund back 2 my account no matter what?

    @JioCare I have shared. He has threatened to cancel my connection twice—first on 6 August and again today, 8 August. I have not requested cancellation. Please investigate this urgently and ensure my connection is not cancelled without my consent.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, network in our area complete get's shutdown during power cuts and we have climb on terrace for calls, such horrible experience after charging these money from user's. We have about 7 jio connection and looking forward to switch airtel,if not resolved

    @reliancejio Worst experience My internet is down from 5 days Still no service man has appeared There is no basis easy method to connect One simple service call request required days of waiting And Worst part is there customer executive are even worse @reliancejio #jio #jioairfiber

    @JioCare I specifically asked him whether he had received any call from your social media team or higher authorities, and he confirmed that he had not. This makes it appear that your teams are only giving assurances to create an impression of resolution with no meaningful action.
