    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare your service personally restored the fibre service yesterday and was insisting on otp for completion of service saying everything is fixed ! But from today afternoon the connection is again broken !! In the last one month I hardly used the Jio fibre due to technical issues of your end ! How will I be compensated for the loss of service ( prepaid connection) and when my service will be restored? Very pooor customer service and technical support

    @JioCare @JioCare and your field executive is welcome to visit at any time to inspect and resolve the issue. We have been facing frequent internet disruptions for a long time, and the service has been completely unavailable since 29 May. 2/3

    Dear @JioCare I'm using a 5G-supported device and regularly recharge with your 5G Unlimited plans, but 5G is never available in my area. Cuz of this, I have to buy extra data packs, and 4G data gets exhausted very quickly.Plz improve the network coverage or provide a solution.

    @JioCare I am abroad & need a replacement for my SIM. Your team asks me to update my email via MyJio, but I cannot access MyJio because I lost the phone & SIM, login requires OTP sent to the same number. How is a customer supposed to recover access in this situation? Please help

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a service request since 17th May! After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service. I don't know how much I have to wait for getting support from Jio. This is not acceptable. I am paying for what is not in use because of no support. Pathetic service.

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.
