    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare Well I faced issue for almost a day ,then I went to jio store, Actually the given SIM had some issue ,so there they replaced the sim and issue was sorted ,yesterday. I wish this doesn't happen to others who may have important calls and SiM doesn't work despite active status

    @JioCare But it's not getting adjusted to the monthly bill. I have tried to raise a complaint through the app and call but they just disconnected saying that there is payment pending. I've written an email stating the same. I was not getting the internet even when my account has advance
