@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

@JioCare Order number NO0000GZ7DEI. @reliancejio fibre Installation still incomplete.Your engineer told sir there is problem with pole itself someone will come tommorw.That tommorw is now 3 days no one turned up. Money you took,3 days of my validity also counted. Amazing service.

@JioCare I'm having the worst possible 4g internet speed. Most of the time I get the speed less than 50kbps. And I'm getting full signal strength as done troubleshoot on Myjio app. Please Help if possible

@JioCare It's a false statement because if it was working fine then I would have not got an option to raise such service request numbers since 2018 to 2021, 4 years, im making this complaint using a different service providers 3g internet which is better than @reliancejio in my area .

@JioCare @reliancejio What nonsense is this? Ported in to jio from airtel. Network of both providers gone. Not yet completely ported but airtel network gone. @JioCare very poor.
