    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare @ArunkumarJagad3 Nelson seriously? Jio velocity is reliance app not third party app and I don't think so that wifi ki speed device to device per depend hoti hai. Distence role play kar sakte hai. So please esi uska problem solve karo na ki tweet tweet khelo.

    @reliancejio My Wi-Fi has been down for the last 5 days. Customer service has been of no help, and the assigned engineer stops answering calls after 4 PM. Please fix this issue urgently. This is extremely frustrating @JioCare

    One of WORST JIO customer care experience I had with @JioCare representative name Shubham. Jio services r worst and their customer services is HORRIBLE. I’m using @airtelindia internet connection n never had any issues with them. But with #JIO it’s now and then you face prblm 😡

    @JioCare The network issue in Debipur (PIN 743502) still persists despite providing all the required details in private chat to Jio. Even today, we faced the same voice call and internet connectivity problems. No resolution has been provided yet. Solve this @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Internet down since yesterday, registered service request. Tried to reschedule for earlier instead of giving timings options it directly moved appointment to day after. No option to talk to any support executive. Time to dump your service. #Horrible #Useless #Pathetic

    @JioCare Team is providing execuses in DM. They are saying that I need to work just close to wifi for better connection. Also saying to buy speed extender for better speed. I don't expect these cheap excuses from Jio. I need to terminate the connection and my money back. @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare - why was there delay ..No response. Everytime there is an intentional delay and there is same standard comment. Why is an engineer without a degree never assigned on time ..there is no answer. This time I need an answer
