    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals @RanveerOfficial Jio installation person told me i’ll get 2500 deposit refund whenever i return my connection. I returned and jio gave 1500 citing reason 1000 is connection charge. The person who installed is at fault but who faced the loss? The customer :) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON’T BUY JIO.

    @JioCare @GautamK___ Can you please stop minting customers at any given opportunity? Let your services help us decide to opt for your network, can you? I've not heard any good overall feedback of Jio services too. A very bad way of luring customers!

    @JioCare service of jiofiber is worst.Service engineer didn't come even after 50 hrs of registering service request and in my jio it's showing ur issue is resolved.u lost my trust.I will not recharge jiofiber again & take another broadband connection.

    @JioCare That is not the problem i have raised request on 19th april for cancellation of my jio service which was within my 30 day trial period. that request has been closed and now the request is raised after 30 days period and my refund is reduced. Please solve my that problem.

    @reliancejio the worst network of jio that I feel. not only my connection but there is my family members network connection. please ASAP try to solve problems. if u not solve this problem I have no choice to change another network & also a my family members.

    @reliancejio facing internet issue any where in jio, I think jio is unable to provide the high speed internet... So as a student leader I am receiving lots of complains against jio... It will be never Tollarat by us... So let's go a head trend this #changejio @TRAI @narendramodi

    I am not interested in continuing service of #ThugsofHindustan #Pathetic #JioFiber @reliancejio Hope not to listen from @JioCare on last date i.e. 07.05.2021 that since you are agree..... We have closed the request. Refund my deposit. @Suhelseth
