    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare Still this is saying by your customer care while connecting call but not permanent problem solved yet ,so which Your back team working now here no improvement since 2 years, we are listening That from side.what is output you are showing to us?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN โ€“ not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    Jio fiber is worst. I canโ€™t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio
