    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @SCDhirajkummar @reliancejio @JioCare Dont wait for jio, go for some local broadband provider, jio has the shittiest customer service , search for jio fiber in Twitter and you will see tons of complaints about their bad service, be it any part of India . My internet is down since 5 days , i am tired of complaining

    @reliancejio Jio is a cheater company. Your company has cheated me for recharging. Earlier used to support Jio a lot but not now. I will change the Jio number to Airtel's after the recharge period is over. 3rd class service.

    @JioCare I am not happy with the jio setupbox very average picture quality not much impressed with the quality and features on the setupbox. On the new installation i have received old version remote which make the process more complicated. Help me

    @reliancejio I have been trying to use my JIO sim from US just to get some incoming messages for the last one month. I tried various recharge plans and nothing actually worked. MyJio app says the sim is still active. Could you please help me out.

    Speed of @airtelindia 4G is so pathetic in Lake Town area in Siliguri that everyone who has Airtel sim should port it to @reliancejio or other mobile network services! Extremely disappointed! Stop saying yourself the best because you aren't! Not even 100 kbps! 45-50 on average!
