    @JioCare Still this is saying by your customer care while connecting call but not permanent problem solved yet ,so which Your back team working now here no improvement since 2 years, we are listening That from side.what is output you are showing to us?

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare has hotstar replied to my issue ? They unprofessionally stripped my account of the benefits. I also escalated to @TRAI on the issue. With this type of #fraud and #cheating , no one would like to be a member of hotstar. It should be rightly renamed as Flopstar.

    Curently living in a hostel in jodhpur rural from morning everyone is facing network issues, frequent call drops, slow internet, weak signals. Firstly i thought it's with me only, when asked to my friends they are having the samee issue. Kindly look into @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , For the past few months, we have been experiencing constant WiFi issues which have directly impacted my business. I have tried reaching out to the team multiple times. Each time, a technician comes, makes a temporary fix, assures me there won’t be any further problems, and then the same issues return. They even installed a brand new WiFi router recently, but the problem is still exactly the same. In our estate, several have already switched to Airtel, and we are also moving. Thank you.

    @JioCare So I am lying to you. Who is responsible for the issues that i am facing. Technician confirmed there is a problem, Jio is not working good here. Don't just check the speed assign someone to visit here to see the technical aspect as well. That's how you resolve root cause? Notgood

    My Jio Fiber is inoperative from 08th April 2026 and from last two days I am nit able to use internet services. I raised complaint on My Jio app & also mailed and call customer care toll free number but no resolution provided. My request id is SR000032XHMR @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare This is incorrect and irrelevant. My complaint is not about security deposit. Please address the actual issue: • Why was my connection suspended despite advance balance? • Why was my unused balance not credited within 90 days? • How was my money adjusted ???

    @nvnth_vijayan @JioCare @JioCare - This has been the case with #JioFiber in Chedda Nagar for a while now. For the past 3 months, there’s an outage every alternate day; 6-8 hours during daytime. Check your SMS logs from the last 90 days, the pattern is clear. You must discount our bills by more than 50%
