@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@JioCare Network coverage issue in my area. No network indoors. Outdoor coverage is also very poor -128 dBM. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP. You are not giving service for free. You are taking money for that. So why don't we get good service ??

@JioCare Where is my SIM? Imported from Vi to Jio on 27th Dec’22 and was provided with a faulty SIM. Till date there is no service. And your representatives doesn’t care.

@reliancejio JioFiber was installed at my address on 25/09/22 but my jiofiber bills have wrong address on them and my employer is refusing to pay for reimbursement. jio customer care is pathetic, Service Request No. SR00001G7C84 successful but address still incorrect. Iam switching to airtel

@JioCare @JioFiberChennai - My jio service has been installed with such poor service. The tech told me all the lies and installed my services. Strict action has to be taken. They did not offer me 30 days free trial which is listed everywhere. I need a call back 9841958426.
