    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @reliancejio @JioCare Really sorry to saying that to chip service from the jio fibre last 2 days my jio fibre internet is not working, I I raise a service request and the appointment was 10 fev 2022 on 9 :30 morning but still no engineer . Really too bad service- SR000018R3NP

    @JioCare You have got wrong information & your team is encouraged to harass customers & no action is taken against them. What is the issue with address, please specify. Your representative had visited my new address on 29 December. You know the problem then need for generating new request
