    @reliancejio In my area network is very poor. Please take action on it. We have 4 jio sim users in my family.

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    Jio customer care is absolutely useless. Same scripted replies, zero action, and the problem remains unresolved. This isn’t customer service it’s just wasting customers’ time. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I mistakenly recharged ₹2,000 on my Jio number 7985303239 at 3:54 PM on 26 Aug 2026 via JioPOS Lite for a 365-day plan with 365 GB data, unaware it had no voice/talktime benefits. Please cancel the recharge and refund the amount.

    @JioCare Extremely poor internet speed despite Jio tower being barely 300 metres away. This issue has been persisting for the last few months. Multiple complaints have been made, but no effective action has been taken.

    @reliancejio seems to be enjoying the loot, tarrif charges keeps on increasing but not the service. Everyone can now notice frequent call drops and related issues in all location. ******* at @TRAI are sleeping 😴
