    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare @JioCare Plz tell me how many days we will keep patience for the network issues. In my village almost 90% people are using Jio service. We want solution. Otherwise we will try to another service provider. In that area only Joi have problem other network is working well.

    @reliancejio Greetings - I have recharged my Jio phone number, unfortunately I'm not getting invoice.. I approached jiocare also it's poor support response.. even though entering valid OTP it's not connecting to jiocare .. Need your support to solve this issue

    @JioCare It is still not working even after receiving SERVICES RESTORED sms yesterday night. No call received from jio official for 3 days of no service. Local internet operators are much better.
