    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare Still this is saying by your customer care while connecting call but not permanent problem solved yet ,so which Your back team working now here no improvement since 2 years, we are listening That from side.what is output you are showing to us?

    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst service ever. If you can't handle service requests in Tier 1 cities like Vijayawada, there's a serious issue with your service, and you'll face significant losses if you don't identify and fix the gap. This is the service request—SR0000373Q063.

    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare JioFiber 1135560382 faced repeated outages for over a month, including 3 disruptions in 7 days. Despite multiple complaints, visits are missed,only temporary fixes provided.Several users on same junction boxare affected. Kindly ensure permanent resolution.

    Does the Jio network only function when there is electricity? If so, this issue needs to be addressed. If not, then why does this problem repeatedly occur in Balenga village in the Bastar district of Chhattisgarh? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Moreover it's been a week I'm trying to get my network issue resolved but they only tell their is technical issue.. nowadays even govt entity also inform like municipality say no water during this time, train service say there is block anywhere around

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart Don’t harras us like this. I know no body can escalate this in any manner, it was my mistake to order for jio mart. Irresponsible, worst app ever I have experienced in quick commerce segment, I am facing this experience third time in a row. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio fiber internet down for 36 hours. No resolution on your end. @jiocare not providing solution. Please look into this immediately. Otherwise need refund. Don't cheat customers. SR0000380833.

    @JioCare I received a recharge offer call from 79-84903309. After I asked the executive to proceed if the offer was valid, I received the response: "Hamna kai kai bolai jase." Such language is unprofessional and unacceptable from a customer service representative. @reliancejio
