@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

We are facing a huge problem in calling via jio network in our area. Everyone is facing the same problem. @reliancejio team please do something. We are not getting anyone calls and not even can call anybody. Only the internet is running perfect. @reliancejio @JioCare
