@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

@jiocare its been more than week jio said that my installation charge will be refunded..i used trial fiber for just 8 days and returned the device safely but still no progress of refund.. no customer support…is this the service of great jio

@JioCare No internet connection since 09 Sep, raised a complaint without any resolution till now. Called Customer care several times. Received message that service engineer will reach at 1 Pm, but after 1 pm received message as 5 pm, and after 5pm received message as 13 th 1pm.
