@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

If you're getting slow internet speed so you can't Complain to @JioCare @reliancejio .Because they have lots of user and you don't have any rights to complain them. I have already dialled today 198 for low speed complain then what happened call automatically cut. #NoFreedomtoask

@AkuRoyal Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to make fake advertisements I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys & decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare Again got a mail with same content. All responses are stupid. What do I do with the connection when I am not even in town? Will disconnect Jio and get another connection once am back to town. Will then go for consumer court. You people won't understand, needs intelligence.

What is the duty of your customer care service???...to cut the call of customer without solving the problem...I face problem with jio from last 10-15 days...my data get used without using...such a rubbish network jio @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare The most pathetic service one can provide with standard cut copy paste ans. Cant activate use my ISD plan. Same crappy answer. DM'ed you too but nothing. Complete fraud info honestly @rsprasad in times of covid when ppl r WFhome this ppl rip us and have no answer.
