    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare U just fool us by saying u hav a good service. Actually u r even more pathetic than local ISPs.I shifted my location, ur technician doesnt pik up my calls, I placed so many relocation requests nothing has happ till nw. Want to surrender really fed up. Jio no - 2235917765

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please let me unbundle my black plan. Looks like I have to be a airtel user forever or can't even change my subscription plans if @reliancejio doesn't issue me the old sim.

    @JioCare whenever i tweet or ask on customer care they say the rest 1000 rs. Will be refunded within 2-3 days its been more than a month when will i get my rest of the money back i have reached out to u many times and the same story u say !is this customer service u guys give!

    @reliancejio I am facing network issue from last 1 month at my home in Kothrud, Pune. Raised many complaints but every time I got same reply, it is temporary problem and will get resolve in next few hrs. Which never get resolved. How come 1 month issue is temp?

    @JioCare @reliancejio NO0000J7T3S7 is now active with JioFiber Voice Number +911135626011 Repenting to choose jio fibre over other. Pathetic service, instruments installed but NO connectivity. Ground staff not responding, not taking calls. Shame on the name of Reliance
