  @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

  @reliancejio In making your life prosperous, we are being cheated by the Jio Mobile App. My data of 2gb was consumed overnight when I opted to chat to complain about this incident, bluntly it ended in between. First you guys steal data and then you ignore a complaint against it.

  @DoT_India @JioCare my jio sim is hovering around emergency calls, no service and zero network since 4:30 pm yesterday and jio is doing nothing from their end to fix this issue. Their copy paste replies are getting on my nerves. This is my primary and only number.
