@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

@reliancejio @JioMart Nothing will changing in field ( like no tower signal, and poor service etc) but you are getting too much RICH. Be control aunty.... Future will tell you a lesson. Earning is not important than a GOODWILL. You and your MOM was lucky cause you got in RICH family.

@JioCare Yes , i know how to recharge and how to check active plan.. my query i recharged but it not reflecting in my tran history, i called customer care they told yes we received payment but it decline status.. so u recharge again now second time I recharged no refunds yet for first one
