    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare my postpaid sim is activated but i am not able to receive or send any sms as it shows an error "mms service has been disabled by network provider" Due to this I am not getting otp to login on myjio app

    @reliancejio I am a big fan of Jio,and also waiting for your 5G,but still my area has no 4G+ (Carrier Agreegation) in my area, even there is very bad network coverage in my area.Already complaint about it many time,but no solution till now,waiting from 2 years.
