    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare Guys, this is without a doubt the worst shopping experience I had. 1. The extender is not working. 2. Went to service center at banaswadi(bengaluru) they were unable to help. 3. Made numerous calls to your phone support. They did send some engineer who couldn’t fix it.

    @JioCare 1 more issue which i am facing is.. I have done propwr recharge for my number u can check in ur DM box.. Even then i am gwtting sms and my jio notifications saying ur rwcharge is pending.. U dont have any valid recharge..why is that.. Ur customer care is not able to answer this

    @JioCare Service Rqst No SR00001FM8FP i received a text that appointment of technician has been rescheduled on my request but I haven't opted for any change in schedule. If service can't be provided within scheduled time, don't provide time slot while booking @reliancejio

    @JioCare Account is active but can't access the net. Shop peoples are told like internet will work after 24hrs. More than 4 days passed. Till now I can't access the internet. Showroom persons are uncooperative and adamant. Very very chip and poor service from jio store
