@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

@JioCare @reliancejio Since October last year, I have applied for jiofibre connect at my residence in Noida thrice (Oct'20, Nov'20, Mar'21) Each time, the connection could not be installed citing technical reasons (some power supply issue for an existing port).
