    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @JioCare I have disconnected my jio fiber connection and I have scheduled about 4-5 appointment to take the jio devices so that I get the security money but nobody has come to take these devices.A very bad experience from jio fiber

    @JioCare The Engineer has not yet visited nor called. "Service Request Number : SR0000196NFP Appointment date and time : 12-03-2022 : 10:00:00 On closure of service request, you will receive an Order Completion Code. Kindly share it with our Jio service engineer."

    @JioCare Call drops and very bad voice quality indoor with Jio We have to go outside house to talk. Do VC meetings from sitting in car. Make hotspot outside in the car. Why can't you increase the signal strength in Sheikh Sarai Phase 1 Pin 110017 ?
