    Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    I purchased a new @reliancejio SIM from a #Jio Store, but the number is still linked to the previous user's WhatsApp and bank accounts. This is a serious privacy concern. I want to surrender this SIM and receive a refund, but the store manager is refusing to help. @JioCare @TRAI

    Incident no.3 #jiofraud - again jio fiber net stopped working from today morning and your customer care guys are not resolving the issue. @JioCare I want the full refund or the issue resolution by today before tomorrow 11AM IST.

    @JioCare Leave it, I don't think you are trying to solve the issue, otherwise I don't have to explain you same issue. It's better to port out. That will be easier for me, you took 90 days and still asking me what is the issue? First issue is customer support? First improve it.
