    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @AmitKum20877204 @reliancejio @JioCare This is because, they don't have the needed airwaves, they have too much active users, their per BTS bandwidth saturation is higher, every wireless devices have limited capacity to serve concurrent users. that's why everyone gets slow speed most of the time. Location varies.

    @JioCare hi, there isn't Volte service in my area from more than 12-14 hours now, not able to make any calls or receive just the internet is working.
