    @JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

    @reliancejio I recently applied for jio fiber installation and the agent asked that it may take 15 days which was ok . But after some time agent total denied to install the fiber at my place which is really not helpful because I need high speed internet to teach classes any help

    @reliancejio Customer commitment has no value.. installation request was scheduled today and your engineer did not turn up...whereas for registration your service was prompt to collect the money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear Amey, Prashant, Yogesh etc..any update on my compliant. Simply saying we are working on it doesn't help. Neither to you nor to me. Please understand after sales service is as important as normal service. Frustrated 🙏

    The jio 4g network in my area is terribly slow. Now download speed never exceeds 100kbps limit. @JioCare
