Hey @JioCare why the internet will renews on 1:07 AM everyday. I m facing a huge problem. Plz solve this problem faced by me. Try to renew on 12:00 AM. @reliancejio .

@JioCare please initiate the refund, I took the free trial of Jio fiber connection on October 4th and cancelled before the trial expired and also submitted the jio box and necessary refund documents to the local team, it's been more than 15days I didn't get refund, please help me

Horrible experience with Jio customer care! Waiting for Vodafone upgrade in my area. That was the only reason I moved from Vodafone to Jio. Vodafone had great customer. Never was I stressed even with prepaid connection as well. @Jiocustomercar7 @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio slow speed internet and buffering & fluctuating signals and no quality in calls waste network in my area. Jio says in your connectivity is limited so please wait will improve the network but after so many months also same issue there is no change @reliancejio

@JioCare since yesterday morning you are not able to deliver my STB. Service request number SR00001BRR67. The plan started yesterday, but your incompetent executives have wasted 2 days. Request is rescheduled multiple times a day & no one turns up!
