  It has been a pathetic experience with JioFiber despite paying for the highest plan. The connection is not working since 3rd August, multiple service requests have been raised which are closed without any technical visit. The connection was taken for a WFH @reliancejio @JioCare

  I have jio air fiber connection. #jio has no high speed plan to work smoothly and customer care say we have plans. But there app doesn't show high speed plans. Kindly positive response to me for this issue. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare But the whole problem is of the delay which I'm facing I got the message that service request has been raised a reply will be by 25th August? The whole point of the complaint through X was to fix the problem asap. That is AIR FIBER INSTALLATION simply ? What's so hard in that ???
