Till date, there is no proper solution to our problem. Now all of us villagers have taken a collective decision that if internet and calling service is not restored till 20 January 2023 , then all the villagers will port out from @reliancejio together.

@JioCare I have been calling customer service for 2 days for my Jiofiber issue but the ticket is closed with the issue being still the same. I find your customer service not capable of solving any issue and they just keep on buying time without looking into what the issue is
