@JioCare I have raised a concern for the bill issue. None of your customer executive are able to respond back. More than a week it has been. No proper response. As a new customer to jio postpaid, It has become a worst experience ever.

@airtelindia Its more than 3 weeks since I contacted your customer support team for new broadband connection for my house (pin - 800014). I tried the same using your USELESS airtel app too but all in vain. @reliancejio Can I get jio fibernet connection in my area on urgent basis
