  Not sure about other places but in Ahmedabad @JioCare is a scam. A big time scam. Earlier I had a 30MBPS plan at my home which was not working properly so I upgraded the plan to 100MBPS and guess what, I don't have a speed of even 50MBPS. @reliancejio

  @JioCare I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉

  @JioCare I am facing issue in every website whether it is google, jio, toi or speedtest showing a message that you are not connecting to internet where I can see a single bar and recorded a video of it and send it to you but you guys never check it.

  My jio wifi has not been working since morning and there is no way I can talk to the support team. None of the number gives an option to talk to an executive. This is so helpless and awful, how can wifi not work for the entire day?. @JioCare @jio_fiber @JIOAIRFIBERIN

  @JioCare @JioCare Are you understanding the issue or not? I just need a confirmation whether internet can be accessed with inverter backup during a power outage. I've been asking the same question for 3 days, but there's still no clarification. Please stop deviating from the main issue.

  @JioCare 3 days, still no internet. Complaint SR00002MX9M0 raised on 27 Jul, but no engineer has visited. Appointment keeps getting rescheduled and support only says "Please wait." My office work is affected. Resolve this ASAP or I'll disconnect my JioFiber.#PoorService
