  @reliancejio @JioCare Your *Order No.* is *NO0001EKII62*, Monday it was supposed to be installed. The concerned person not bothered to take call. Is this customer service. Saturday payment done and yet no installation and you claim for 24 hrs installation

  @JioCare It's been 3 days since I raised complaint SR000038L17V, but my issue is still unresolved. I'm facing unstable 5G network speeds with frequent drops, and my upload speed is as low as 200 KB/s, making the service practically unusable. This issue is affecting many Jio users

  @JioCare, did a ₹999 JioFiber recharge (₹1178.82 with GST) because the screen promised Amazon Prime Lite. Now it’s not showing up on my MyJio app. Did you secretly change the plan? If yes, why is it still advertised on the recharge page? Kindly fix this.#JioFiber @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been completely down since 8 July, and despite repeated complaints, the technician visit has now been rescheduled for the fourth time. It’s been 5+ days without internet on a paid postpaid connection. #CustomerService

  Absolutely disgusted with the jio fibre sales rep. Gave me half information and sold me the plan. Customer care disconnected my call. No one wants to help. Please cancel my service and refund my money. I don't want it. @JioCare
