    @JioCare @reliancejio facing frequent disconnections daily from last 12 days. No engineer resolves the issue, only visit when internet is working and force to close the ticket. Terrible service

    Called @JioCare again. Apparantly a service request has been escalated and now I have to wait again tomorrow as if I have nothing to do except wait for their engineer to show. It's a working day people have **** to get done. Improve your service for **** sake @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare No installation, no service, and now no refund. It has already been 3 days since the cancellation request was raised. How long does Jio need to return money for a service that was never provided? Kindly process the refund immediately. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights #Refund
