    @JioCare Jio service delivery guys are really arrogant and rude….these people have really taken Jio’s success into their heads..May be you don’t need any more customers, hence this kind of attitude…but mind you no one is permanent in the business if you behave like this..

    Today i went to the jio park in jaipur and the deputy manager mohit misbehaved with my father, I quote him "we will not provide you the service, neither we will refund you, mujhe puch kr address change kiya tha kya" @reliancejio @reliancegroup #CustomerExperience #NoBrand

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what if user has recharge fiber plan for 30 days, due to network issue customer has not avail the service for 10 days. Will you be increasing validity by 10 days or returning his money @TRAI please wake up, as per their customer care they don't provide either
