    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare Check your DM! I've already sent you everything but still you wanna be a ****** company and ignore all the consumer complaints and stick to excuses. It's been 7 months, if you can't fix your network issues, maybe you should just stop JioSim.

    @JioCare My worst decision was to install jio fiber it's been more than 10 days and still not working and no service is being provided and now I'm trying to cancel my connection so they are not willing to cancel my connection also. What is this behaviour?

    @reliancejio my no is 9416453548 and internet is like 2G and when I report it your automatic reply service diagnoses 20 Mbps speed around , webpages not opening even your own app on time , then why the server lies or last week's of recharge this cheap trick for recharge reminder

    @JioCare @JioCare it's taking forever just to update my name. How much time it ll take? I am following up as hell just to make sure my details are inline. A real disappointment with a brand lik @reliancejio. Customer care talks rude Chat support don't even give a damn Now Twitter handle?

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio Sir, your jio Fiber Kolkata customer service is even poorer than local Internet providers. They keep on rescheduling the appointment according to their convenience. Your customer service used to be great, but now it has degraded a lot. ESCALATE

    @JioCare Issue is not with the ticket being raised.. issue is about the level of professionalism shown by the technical team. One must tell clearly if he could not make up for the visit.
