    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @reliancejio has great network but terrible customer support. I keep getting calls for credit cards even though I’m on their DND list, they’ll ask you vague questions about time of call/duration/phone number and not solve the actual issue

    @reliancegroup @reliancejio It has been 10 days since I have recharged by broadband connection. Amazon prime not working. No one willing to help despite repeated requests. May I request that this issue be resolved and repose my faith in Jio. Thanks

    @JioCare @reliancejio The 4g speed , from the last 7 days has been so slow that I can't even surf pages of a website. Currently using WiFi to post this. So horrible network service.

    @ViCustomerCare my no. …. Is not getting proper network… I am having issues with my calls and connectivity issues. I have complained ton of times to the customer care … the network is not good please help … Or I am porting to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @JioCare my internet is not working since 4 jan and i have raised complaint repeatedly and no resolution till now, my router red light is blinking and phone is also on calling saying unavailable, plz fix it asap or return my this months recharge so i don't have wait for it more.
