    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare Your suggestion to move closer to the router is just another classic excuse. I am already in the same room, and the performance is still pathetic. Stop wasting my time with basic troubleshooting. I need a permanent technical solution, not these baseless excuses.Address this issue

    @JioCare everyday all the time there is outage in my area (Pathankot, Punjab) - I don't see any compensation in your bills when the outage lasts for days. This is absurd and frankly extremely frustrating. If you can't handle any of it, do i need to switch to airtel?

    @airtelnews @airtelindia what about my status. Customers are returning from Store. From last 1 month i am trying to give service to airtel new on boarding customers as well as existing customers.but for your bad services i can't do that . I have lapu but i can't use it. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare paid for relocation on the 26th. you disconnected my old connection immediately, but still haven’t installed the new one. your customer care keeps disconnecting my calls instead of helping. pathetic service and zero respect for customers. fix this today. #JioFiber

    @JioCare, I was assured my ₹807 refund NO0001DS4ZG0 would be processed within 10 days and was told a refund voucher had been initiated. It’s now been over a month, and there’s still no refund. I’m proceeding with a formal complaint in the Consumer Forum and filing a case.

    @JioCare honestly if my issue is not resolved I will put out all the email requests, screen shots with other relevant proofs... Is this how you treat your customers??
