    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare Discussed with your technician today over phone,he said there is an issue going on Jio, will take a week time to resolve.then only you will be able to access your internet properly. Pathetic, even technicians don't know how to resolve the issue and denied over phone to my come.

    @JioCare not happy that your technician asked for my phone multiple times while installing JioFibre connection today. They should come prepared with all devices and should not have dependency on customer phone. Request you to pls ensure that.

    Gazab scam chala rahe hai @reliancejio Delivery man makes call and takes home address everytime then doesn’t come or pickup call. Customer care guy said your voice not clear so calling back. Disappeared! Amazing! .... Hai tau mumkin hai it seems!

    Paid ₹2824.92 for JioFiber (Order NO0001CYUA3W), no installation done, cancelled on 20 April. Still no refund after multiple follow-ups & 70+ calls. Extremely poor service. Resolve immediately. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago
