@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

@JioCare Applied for Jio fibre on 12/01.Paid for 3 months. Jio cancelled my order as they could not install stating there is no port available. Again after 50 days they again booked, confirming that this time all ok. But again order cancelled by installation team. Worst service.

@JioCare @MukeshAmbanima useless service from jio... I raised port out request and receiving call from care to stop. It was total uslesss I received call every 10 mnts gap From morning 10 am untill now i received more than 25 call from jio ,in this time of tweet I received call

@jiocare executives have assured me fake promises 3 times since yesterday. Not one time there promise has been fulfilled. There is no accountability of site engineer refusing to do installation. Ticket assigned but not interested ti work and customer is suffering. #Jiofails #jio

@JioCare actually doesn't care if customer is facing issues and is regularly following up. They make false promises. The field engineer for relocation is disconnecting calls and the selected slot is getting rescheduled again and again with no ownership at all from anyone. #jio

@JioCare It's been a week since I lost internet connectivity due to snowfall in the area. I contacted the customer service several times but no response from the team. Totally disappointed with your services. My exams are scheduled next week! Look into this.
