  @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

  @reliancejio @JioCare again someone argued with me that number is active in system which isn't on my phone and no network didn't provide any solution by kept arguing that it is active. Such incompetency is completely mind numbing. Why will client lie that sim isn't working???

  @JioCare That’s what is the problem the “if” is not here. And this place being the home for India’s most premium art university, the availability of major networks is not there. Isn’t this a shame? In cities there are 100+ providers but in rural areas there are none.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @JioGigaFibre its been 6 days since my fiber wire is cut off nd customer service is still delaying it. Everyday they say it will be done 2mrrow. I am now tired off calling them everyday.. do smthing immediately. I can't work like this..
