    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare 1/2 This is exactly the problem. I have been facing this issue since 10 August, and I already raised a complaint on 12 August (SR00003DUUX5). Yet, Jio marked it as “Resolved” without actually resolving anything. Now you are again saying there is “limited network connectivity”

    @JioCare - First 14th Aug, next 21 Aug, next 15th Aug 9:30- 10:30pm now again 21st Aug, what is this scheduling for service engineer visit??? I was told that it would be resolved on 14th, 15th & 16th but now again moved to 21st #jioairfiber @jagograhakjago

    The indoor internet speed on both Jio 4G and 5G has become extremely poor again. There was some improvement in between, but now the issue has returned. I was watching a match on JioHotstar today, and the stream was buffering after almost every 3–4 *****. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Using JioFiber for almost 3 years. Same router, same placement, same walls no issues for years. Now the range suddenly drops, and apparently the answer is “buy a booster.” Seriously? Paying extra to fix a problem that never existed before is incredibly frustrating. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even YouTube videos at 4K start buffering within just 5 seconds. This is clearly not normal for 4G/5G service. Please investigate the network coverage and capacity in my area and resolve this issue permanently. @JioCare

    @reliancejio 5G network is not working at all in my area Govind Vihar Delhi 94,My 5G plan expires on the 19th,If the issue is not resolved before then, I will port it to Airtel.I have already called your customer care several times but the problem is not getting resolved. @TRAI
