    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare I am unable to access internet via Jio Fiber. Have already called your customer service and wasted 3 hours on calls. Last agent raised a complaint MR0001P8JPWH and promised anything engeneer visit. Unfortunately there is no update or SR on app.

    Engineer visit is scheduled between 1pm-2pm Still awaiting for it Office internet is not working since morning First of all we didn't get any nearest sloat for engineer visit compulsory have to book 4 hr delayed sloat ,than engineer take his own time to come @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago Please stop forcing me to take a different plan. Either install the connection tomorrow morning using my existing plan, or refund my ₹1,200 immediately so I can switch to another provider. Kindly treat this as an escalation.

    @JioCare Worst service experience. I raised a complaint, and the technician visit was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but no one arrived and I didn't receive any update. Now a new service request has been raised: SR00003BWEMR. This delay is unacceptable. Resolve this issue immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Request Jio AirFiber on 17/07. After days of AI calls, an engineer finally contacted me, promised to visit at 6 PM, never showed up or informed me. Next morning's promise was also ignored. If this is the service before installation, GREAT MONOPOLY

    @JioCare I have airfiber having a reacharge of 1 year of 30 mbs speed upto 1000 gb at the time for purchase today after a it exhausted and showing you have only 966 gb what about that 34 gb please answer it I call with your customer supportstaff the call it call addautomatically

    I called twice regarding the issue. During the first call, the advisor connected but did not respond. She later called back, and when I requested her to wait for 1 minute, there was no response from her side afterward. @reliancejio
