    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Just spoke to Customer Care. They confirmed the engineer visit was scheduled on 28th, but no one visited. Now they say no slots are available to reschedule, and CC has no option to assign an engineer. After repeated escalations, why is every visit missed?

    @JioCare Now you will keep extending the fixing time up to 4-5 days, then it will get fixed? Until you say you will fix it at the earliest, it's not acceptable. This is happening for the fourth time this month. Please refund my amount, don't scam us.

    @JioCare are they really trained to handle the customer issues ? I had selected the language as English . But this is not working in your customer service calls . Every time it goes to different language . English , Hindi , Tamil , Bengali and not sure what will I hear

    Jio charges full price for 5G, but the network and internet service in our area are worse than 2G. Full payment is taken, but where is the accountability for such poor service? 📍 Mohanpur, Nauhatta – 852123 @JioCare Please resolve this network issue. @reliancejio
