    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare Trying to contact customer care continues from last 2 days but it didn't connect also visit your jio center but they tell bout server problem. Is there any other way to contact jio care ???

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare kindly share a number where one can lodge a complaint for a Delhi connection. There are so many numbers and each number is telling me to call another. It is frustrating. Thank you.

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio still no update on my query! No refund of 1000 generated yet! All your customer care people are incompetent! From past 3 months you frauds have not refunded my amount! You people dont even give call or sms regarding complaint update! I need a call (1/n)

    @reliancejio @JioCare you don't want the customer to leave the jio network but at the same time if the customer is travelling abroad & if he wants only use the jio number for banking purposes then he needs to do only IR recharge which is expensive & not worth.

    My postpaid service for jio no. 9601591758 has been stopped for not making payment of 46 paisa for which i was not even intimated that payment is due to me nor do i have received any e-bill. Though payment is done still service has not been started @reliancejio @JioCare
