    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    Frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio @jiokerala- multiple service appointments scheduled for my Jio Fiber connection, yet no technician shows up. The tracking & call features in the MyJio app don’t even work. Customer support has been equally disappointing. This is unacceptable.

    My jio 63834994** number is inactive since 3-4 months and now it shows “No Service”, Is there any way to activate it again, because this number is important for me. @JioCare @reliancejio and i reallly need it. ( CHECK YOUR DM FOR MORE INFORMATION )

    @reliancejio @TRAI Also using Airtel no since 14-15 years but no such issue faced and they respond quickly and effectively in satisfactory manner to each queries whether it'recharge related or anything else Really thinking to discontinue all jio services now after such services and response
