  @reliancejio My JioFiber has been disconnected since 14/08/2026. I raised complaints twice, but your engineer marked them as resolved/cancelled without actually fixing the issue. He also took an OTP and linked my Jio number to his own phone. @jio_fiber @JioCare

  @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio - Prakash I don't care, whatever you want you do. Only thing I need is to discontinue my Jio fiber connection. Even, if you'll not do. I'll not do recharge my jio fiber plan from next month onwards. Automatically my service will get disconnected. Thanks

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged my mobile plan on 17th Aug. The expiry due date was 19th Aug. Now the plan is expired but the recharge doesn't show in MyJio App & its saying You don't have any current plan. How to resolve the issue ?
