Everyday they say by end of the day at night 9 it will be resolved. Who will compensate for the loss of 4 days and onwards while I advance paid for 6 months.

If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
