@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

I pay for 2 GB a day, but the internet is so slow, I can hardly consume 1 GB a day. Nice business model @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

But then I only wanted 1 active plan valid for a year and never wanted a second, "in the waiting" plan. So I searched for help on the app. But all the links on JioCare are loaded with pre designed questions which do not address to problems like these 5/N
