    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    Hello @JioCare your airfiber is not working since past 4 days and customer care is not raising a ticket for the same. Everyday they say by end of the day at night 9 it will be resolved. Who will compensate for the loss of 4 days and onwards while I advance paid for 6 months.

    @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence Just like last 5 days of fake information and tracking numbers and half a dozen 4 hours resolution and 15/20 minutes more resolutions, you guys are still working on it. It’s a waste of time and such a shame. Going to port 3 of my family connections to @JioCare now.

    @JioCare Please get a working service in Bibwewadi & Marketyard area in Pune. Ensure full 5G connectivity in complete area and let me know when it's ready then I will switch.
