    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, This query with regard to installing the mobile tower. We have a village called Amasebail. Which is located in the kostal area of South Karnataka. The village has facilities for everything except the mobile network. 1/4

    @JioCare After the installation of JioFiber your installation guy was expecting tips. He was forcing me to give him tips & he said he will not attend/delay if any service request comes! Surprisingly I was not expected this from Jio. His name was Shridhar. Ph: +916363887565

    @JioCare I have paid close to 8000₹ for two IR roaming packs which did not work at all. First I got a 2800₹ pack, subsequently when that didn’t work I was told to get a 5800₹ pack. Eve that failed. Help was clueless and all they said was issue escalated. How do I claim refund?

    @JioCare Jio fiber set top box installation pending from a long time. I strongly see a technical glitch in the system. Service Id SR00001BWSVZ is pending from a week. Instead of checking with engineers , support team is blindly rescheduling it again and again.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - facing Internet issues since yesterday. Raised a complaint immediately, but the engineer is scheduled to visit after two days! The problem has been consistent. Even got the entire cable replaced with own money. Still the problem. Do you have any solution?

    @JioCare unable to download monthly invoice . No download invoice option in my jio app and browser also. I require invoice for May and June. Customer Care service and my jio app is pathetic and useless .
