worst customer care service. I raised a port in request to Jio.. Delivery guy asked me 239 rs for the first recharge. Had some confusion regarding the prime membership fee. Called @JioCare 4 times. 3 executives told me the first recharge is free. 1 told me I will have to pay 339.

Almost a month now trying to get a issue resolved. Still not resolved. 8 calls to customer care, 2 service request tickets, 6 emails, 4 tweets n going on. These are the efforts you need to take to reach jio team. I am not going to pay the bill this month.@JioCare #jiosucks

My @reliancejio SIM was not in use as phone gets broken. Hence number gets deactivated. Want to continue using it. As many important accounts, business contacts linked with that number itself. Need help from @JioCare to regain my number.
