    @JioCare Jio fiber gave me 100mbps of both down and up speed initially. Now after buying the plan upload speed has been reduced to 8 mbps approx 10-12 times less without any information. And the customer care have no answer.

    @reliancejio service is very very poor. Outgoing calls not working after recharged. Better to switch to another operator

    Just Fed up with the service of Jio....Airtel is far better....Atleast we get good network and speed!!!! For Jio Users we need to pay for listening to music #JiosavnPro Wynk is free..... @JioCare

    @TRAI Sir I need new broadband at my home. Currently I am using @BSNL_UKD but it's speed is very slow, hence I wish to switch to another service provider. I will choose either @reliancejio , @JioCare or @airtelindia whosoever will give better service & speed at right price.

    @reliancejio , @JioCare Sir I am experiencing very poor network speed and quality on my jio no at Raipur, Dehradun , PIN-248008. If you don't improve your service soon then I am bound to port it to @airtelindia .

    @reliancejio has Incrsd pstpaid bills by >30%. Tryin to loot ppl in this hr of crisis. Whn eveybdy else is tryin 2 help ppl, some vultures r thr- b it Veg. vendors who hv shot rates by 5 times 2 @JioCare . No doctor has increased their fees despite direct threat 2 life @PMOIndia

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 6 months since I complaint about about poor speed of internet in my locality. The situation is beyond pathetic. 20 30 kbps is not what I am paying for! Kindly fix this issue asap.

    @JioCare Jio fiber was opted by me mainly for upload speed, being content creator that's main thing. Bad move by Jio, Better to use my 4G sim if upload is 8mbps by fiber optics

    @JioCare Very poor internet speed, Does not cross even 0.5Mbps, In my area, Facing this issue since 4months still not resolved. Everytime app says just too many users, However I don't understand if many users are facing same issue, Why jio can't improve their infrastructure 🤔
