On top of that, your service team marked it as resolved. My internet pack has been running in the meanwhile. Why can't you resolve a simple issue ?

SR0000OU5T was raised y'day 17th Sept at 16:52 and the matter was to get resolved by 16:52 today which has not happened. A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.
