    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice pathetic customer care services. My office jio fiber has not been working from last 10days. Complained was raised on 29th September. The engineers call everyday we will come today and after that don't even show up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing horrible service experience from jio fibre. Internet is down since 3 days... have made several phone calls spoken to numerous people but seems like it will never be fixed. I guess it's time to say good bye to jio and switch #quitjio

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what if user has recharge fiber plan for 30 days, due to network issue customer has not avail the service for 10 days. Will you be increasing validity by 10 days or returning his money @TRAI please wake up, as per their customer care they don't provide either

    Since yesterday there is no internet and mobile network is also not good near Vedvya, Rourkela. Tried reaching the customer care but see no response. This has been a consistent issue while there are power cuts in the area. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Really disappointed with Jio Fiber service. I purchased the #JioFiber 2 weeks ago and was told that technicians would install JioFiber within 2-3 days once documents are verified. No one has called me yet to schedule the appointment....

    @JioCare JioFiber unusable since installation. Weeks of complaints, tickets (SR00000HLA96) closed without fix. 5GHz not working, both SSIDs stuck on 2.4GHz → unstable internet. Work impacted. Need urgent resolution & accountability. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare I have scheduled relocation request more than 3 times via the mobile app and raised 3 customer tickets in the last 20 days, but no solution. Worst customer service!
