SR0000OU5T was raised y'day 17th Sept at 16:52 and the matter was to get resolved by 16:52 today which has not happened. A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.

Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

And on top of that I do not get the details of the person who is going to fix the issue.

What ever the customer complaint, this will be the reply. Its like computer generated reply. I complaints 4 to 5 times, but issue not resolved yet.
