    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Service request no. SR0000OU5T was raised y'day 17th Sept at 16:52 and the matter was to get resolved by 16:52 today which has not happened. A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.

    @JioCare worst service of jio fiber customer care ,I am facing issue that fiber not working since 3rd of May 10 am onwards but still there is no enginer visit done ,and also your customer care make a fool of customer... I am not recommended to anyone using jio fiber ...

    @reliancejio I have been trying to get the Jio fiber problem resolved for 3 days but nobody has bothered to do anything. On top of that, your service team marked it as resolved. My internet pack has been running in the meanwhile. Why can't you resolve a simple issue ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice pathetic customer care services. My office jio fiber has not been working from last 10days. Complained was raised on 29th September. The engineers call everyday we will come today and after that don't even show up.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is broken since 1 week ,im calling customer care daily and also been talking to your executive dailya nd the problem is still not resolve. Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    @JioCare As the required action has not been taken from your end regarding the issue of fiber connection! I would want to know the process of the money refund so that I can go ahead with a better service provider ! Plz look into my case and get the refund initiated at the earliest!

    @JioCare @reliancejio your main wire outside my house is hanging loose, May lead to sm major accidents and signal outage if broken. I have to guard every night. Hv reported to ur team but No one seems to take responsibility. Pls chk if u care. Nearby is major construction site.

    @JioCare My home fibre is down for ten days straight and your elite engineers can’t figure out a damn thing about it. Who would compensate for these 10 days ? I paid already for this month. What a freaking scam you are running.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Absolutely frustrating! The moment I step outside the gate, the Jio network is perfectly fine with full signal. But inside my office, it drops to zero even when the gate is wide open. This poor indoor coverage is causing heavy business losses.

    @JioCare Thr is no schedule or reschedule option.When the engineer last visited (15/6) he said I will bring the modem tomorrow and fix it. How come now there is a pole removal issue coming up ? The internet pack I have should provide 100 mbps speed. I'm not getting even 20 mbps speed
