    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing horrible service experience from jio fibre. Internet is down since 3 days... have made several phone calls spoken to numerous people but seems like it will never be fixed. I guess it's time to say good bye to jio and switch #quitjio

    @JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

    @JioCare pathetic service now they are telling me to deposit these fiber and dth box to 20kilometeres away from my house i will send you the video of firing jio finer and dth box and i will post it on social media also awful experience jbhse liya hai jio fiber tbhse pareshan ***.

    @JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

    @JioCare Thanks Dhaval, however it is more than 28hrs of downtime and i am expecting a blackout tonight too, Which will add 12 more hours making it a total of 40hrs downtime. Am I getting compensated? @reliancejio

    @JioCare We have been requesting and following up with Reliance Jio Fiber Team for providing services since July 2020, but there is No Single Response from any one officials. May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

    @JioCare @reliancejio Bahut chances diye but ab bas. Constant network issues, slow internet aur poor support ki wajah se finally Jio number ko dusre operator me port kar raha hu. Recharge mehenga aur service disappointing. Hopefully future me users ki complaints seriously loge.

    @consumerforum_ @JioCare It has more then 2 months. I asked the service provider to provide me a service. They unable to provide me service after asking for the refund the money still isn't refunded. They'll take the money in advance but will take months to refund it. why?

    @JioCare I personally visited JioFiber office, they sent 2 persons to my house, checked and said cable fault, need to replace the cable, they are contract employees, so if I pay extra money they are ready to replace the cable, do I need to pay extra like pribe for solving my problem?
