    @JioCare @reliancejio Had to turn to Twitter as a last resort. This is not the kind of service we expect. Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst Internet and poor voice call quality still suffering from 01 year. After every complain you are saying network coverage is very good in you area but users are so many. Why you people send your tech team in our area and experience the worst network.

    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    @JioCare the worst service I have ever seen..jhut bolkar logo k connection lgate hai n free bolkar bill generate krte hai ..Arun Kumar service provider jinhon 4 months bolkar plan diya 3 months ki payment 2 month free lekin 4 month start hi hua ki bill diya.worst service

    @JioCare @reliancejio After more than 45 days, finally someone came and took the fiber box but the wire is still there. Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiberJIO First thing when I raised a complaint with the Jio customer care they ask me to wait for 24 hours, damn why should I wait for 24 hours I do not understand. And on top of that I do not get the details of the person who is going to fix the issue.

    want to install jio fiber CNX but jio fiber team is not ready to give me connection I have 15 persons who are ready to buy fiber. My house is only 1.5km away 4m my h last CNX. but field time is not responding properly. Kindly help jio fiber management @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare worst service of jio fiber customer care ,I am facing issue that fiber not working since 3rd of May 10 am onwards but still there is no enginer visit done ,and also your customer care make a fool of customer... I am not recommended to anyone using jio fiber ...

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is broken since 1 week ,im calling customer care daily and also been talking to your executive dailya nd the problem is still not resolve. Now im asking them to cancel the membership and take back the setup and give back my security money.

    @reliancejio Worst service I have ever seen...I have paid 3 months amount in advance and service provider said 1 month is free.. after 3 months I have received a bill amount of 834 around. What the nonsense is this..

    Is @reliancejio fibre service about to shut down ? There is complete breakdown every two months. Daily the signal is slower than 2G days. And no one responds to complaints. @DoT_India do u have any regulatory power left to pull up telecom companies. Your salaries are still coming from the Consolidated Fund of India not Altamount Road.

    @reliancejio My 5G data is completely not working properly since daily data exhausted. I have already recharge top-up voucher of 151 for 9 GB 4G with 5G unlimited. But still 5G isn't working compared to 4G at all. Don't know which type of service @JioCare providing name of 5G.

    @JioCare I have shared the screenshot and you can clearly see that there is no option to reschedule or call or track service request since the service engineer is not assigned till now how can I track or call the service engineer do not give prototype reply.

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed four times but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber has been down for the last 12 days due to rain. Despite repeated complaints, no timely support was provided. Now that an engineer finally visited, I was charged ₹349 for an adapter, even though your device was damaged because of rain.
