Multiple DMs to this account have been ignored. Now at the current time instead of fixing the cellular dead zone at my workplace now there is a cellular dead zone at my home also.

Aditi (@DCrazyGal) reported@JioCare Order placed for JioFiber on Aug 2. No executive assigned yet. Tried contacting customer support but it’s an AI bot which does not really answer the query. Tweeted on Aug 12. Was asked for details but issue hasn’t been resolved. When exactly will it be installed.

My service request was reopened with a promised resolution but nothing has been fixed. Complaints keep getting closed/reopened without any actual resolution.
