@JioCare You should be ashamed. You take money in advance but don't respond to complaints & service remains disrupted for days together. How would you compensate the losses of the subscribers? Since Mukesh Ambani is close to the ruling central govt, he need not bother for complaints.

It's utterly disappointing that even after 4 days and 50+ complaint calls @JioCare @reliancejio my issue has not been resolved. Still no visit from your end for STB installation. You @reliancejio fooled me into buying a higher plan and now not fulfilling your promise.

@JioCare No, I don't think you are working on this. If you can't handle such issues, you should not make customers. Your focus is on creating new customers not on the solving problems of existing customers. That's what you are doing. Nothing worked even after 6 days kf daily complaints.

@reliancejio Your sales staff are totally crap and don’t k ow what cx service means. I work night shifts and I have the family plan of 799. My wife not to disturb me paid the 942.82 from her app. The 1st cx service rep said that the money with will credited within 2 days in account
