I ordered a SIM 5 days ago, paid the amount, and the order is STILL showing “In Progress.” Every time I contact customer support, I’m told to “wait another 24 hours.”

Everytime give me answer will provide solutions. 100 times complaint lodged on Jio portal. It is sameless. I think jio is not capable to handle the issue.

Vishram Meena (@vishramina) reportedThere is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare
