    What's going on @JioCare . I tweeted many time about this. I think, i have to port my all Jio SIM's to another network of my family. Bad network quality, call issue, internet connection problem, everything in my location. @bhojkshubm @KalicharanBhoj3

    @reliancejio Poor network, slow internet speed, useless responses from customer care… this is service quality of jio! Please either provide proper quality services or withdraw from providing mobile services. Dont mislead customers and only fleece money.

    @JioCare Hey JIO care BOT, very soon your all customer will go away if you continue to work with BOT. We are facing issues since last two week and nothing has been taken care of to fix it permanently.. Almost 20 connections are impacted in our area.

    Dear @JioCare, taking ₹899 from customers and then giving unusable network after just 2 days is unacceptable. No proper 5G, unstable 4G, outgoing calls failing, internet constantly dropping. This is not "True 5G", this is worst service quality. Resolve it immediately.@TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've called customer service three times, filed a complaint, and even emailed them, but I still haven't received my SIM. Is this the service Jio offers?

    @JioCare Still no help. My internet is down from 72 hrs now. Whenever I raise a complaint either it is closed without resolving or engineer just resecedule it without showing up ever. What a joke.

    @JioCare I’ve already taken connection from @airtelindia. They were prompt in responding to my request. I hope you understand that I don’t want two broadband connections and close this now. Refund is only solution.

    @JioFiber @reliancejio Fiber No: 3335649625, SR No: SR00002L2SPU. Technician Sanju visited, checked the issue, and refused to fix my connection citing “long wire,” though it was fixed before by them.

    Dear ,@JioCare I’m a Jio customer since 10 years. My family uses 5 Jio numbers and I personally use 2. One number is recharged once in 3 months, but your team says it may get disconnected. But managing all recharges alone is difficult as I’m the only earning member at home.
