What's going on @JioCare . I tweeted many time about this. I think, i have to port my all Jio SIM's to another network of my family. Bad network quality, call issue, internet connection problem, everything in my location. @bhojkshubm @KalicharanBhoj3

Whatsapp is the same well.. No way to get a solution. Wrote an email and received back an automated reply that wants me to go to whatsapp, chat, myJio app and everything else except for directing me on how to get a solution. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare what r ur SLAs and penalty tems ?The problem is created by engi only. He was at site yesterday for installing new conn and to accomm tha he removed mine. This happened cont 3rd time. Eng Ayush and Alok were here but they left site w/o restoring my connection or informing me.

.@JioCare I've got a postpaid connection jiofiber back in August and they've told that I'll be getting an extra month of service on choosing a 6 month plan but I didn't get it, I've tried getting in touch with the customer care service but they only answer with the issue will be

@JioCare i got the modem replaced yesterday but still the net is not working. I am frustated of jio internet now. Send someone immediately else i will discontinue using jio from march.
