    What's going on @JioCare . I tweeted many time about this. I think, i have to port my all Jio SIM's to another network of my family. Bad network quality, call issue, internet connection problem, everything in my location. @bhojkshubm @KalicharanBhoj3

    When I questioned this, @JioCare told me: "If you didn't get an SMS, the App Success message doesn't count. You should have re-checked." Since when is the customer responsible for double-checking if your "Success" screens actually mean success? (6/n)

    @JioCare Repeated generic replies without answering is not acceptable. I have asked multiple times about n78 (3500 MHz) status but got no clear response. Issue ongoing since 21 April near tower (300m). If no proper answer is given, I will escalate to Appellate Authority.

    @JioCare Hi Jio, I recently bought a Jio Bharat phone, but it is not showing any network. I already have an old phone with a Jio SIM, and that same SIM is not working in the new Jio Bharat phone. Please help me resolve this issue.

    @JioCare It's not a fare. Complaint raised on Saturday but no proper response. Service engineers and customers care saying no man power nor team is available as of now. Have been following more than the Times but no action taken yet. But delay payment 1 day connection is cut ?
