  After making the complaint of slow speed on @reliancejio fiber, @JioCare denied of any issue instead of taking feedback from customer. After i followed up on the issue, they stopped the internet on my connection. Now, it's not working at all. Not sure what to do.

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive K Siva is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.

  @JioCare @jagograhakjago @ConsumerHelpli5 It's been a full week since my Jio AirFiber refund was confirmed as cancelled — still no money back, no date, just excuses. Order ID: NO0001F5179Y. Filing a formal consumer court complaint over this. Refund my money now.

  @reliancejio @reliancejioCare Jio network at my location is extremely poor. Calls are frequently failing/dropping and connectivity is unreliable. Please check the local tower/network and fix the issue. #JioNetwork
