    @JioCare my jio fi is not connecting and customer care phone number and ai chat is completely useless, i have sent emails, shared imei number through sms. But nothing works. Requested call back at 8788696661 but no one called. This is worst customer service

    My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
