  @JioCare Nobody has visited or contacted me, yet you’ve marked my issue as “resolved.” How is that possible? It’s been 5 days with no resolution. This is a terrible and pathetic experience. Please reopen and escalate the complaint immediately and arrange a site visit. Take action urgently

  @ViCustomerCare is doing unfair trade practices. After I ported out to @reliancejio , they keep bombarding me with calls, spamming, and threatening to block my number. The “port steps” they share are actually to cancel the port. @trai please set a limit on such calls.

  @Harshit28109409 alternate contact number, You can also check further information on unable to make calls by logging on to MyJio app and follow the Path below: JioCare’ > ‘Troubleshoot’ >>" I am not able to make calls". Our app will diagnose the issue and help you with a resolution - (2/3)
