    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down since yesterday evening. I have raised a complaint and got assigned a technician for April 21. I contacted customer care multiple times and was told each time that I will be getting a call soon, but that never happened.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service experience. The representative I spoke with not only failed to assist me, but also became rude and began sending numerous random OTPs after the call. As a customer, I expected better treatment.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have activated my jio sim for data only on ipad. Now . How can i check data balance? As I can not login on my jio app using OTP because I can not receive OTP.
