Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare @ASHOBA @JioCare they are lot of other service providers in the market go with them they have very good customer service team jio is useless they don't have any dignity towards their customers the first take money and I don't know where they are now it's been more than 15 days no connect

  @JioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working for the last 24 hours. Despite waiting for a resolution, the issue is still not fixed. This is causing significant inconvenience and affecting my work. Kindly look into this urgently and restore the service at the earliest
