    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio All connections are same good till you buy. Now I don't have a way to surrender my connection. There is a whatsapp number where I message Call Me I get a callback from the support real person.

    @JioCare What the irresponsible system u have to solve the issues,i should raise complaint and wait fews days to get back the connection,u simply reply with automated message no engineer available or no slots available,if u don't have sufficient engineers why r u providing service

    @JioCare Either activate my plan immediately or refund my money. At this rate, Jio is going to lose customers because of this kind of support. Please resolve this urgently.

    @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?
