@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service experience on my Postpaid Jio number. I have been charged ₹1800 extra for undisclosed reasons. Lodged a complaint 3 times but no resolution and customer service don't care. Cannot bear it any more will be porting my number to @airtelindia

My jio sim is deactivated and when I am trying to recharge on my number it shows that your services are inactive I visited jio care but they said talk to customer care we can't help when I am trying to call on jio customercare they are not responding.@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare When we can use jio 5g Hyderabad region if you people not provide we can move other 5g provider and also internet very worst slow coming we can mov moving other operator
