    @JioCare JioAirFiber - I am facing internet connectivity issues every 2 to 3 days. Whenever this happens, the internet remains unavailable for 5 to 7 hours, which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly check the issue and resolve it permanently as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Hi Team, your JioFibre customer care team is not able to solve a simple Internet connectivity issue. I have been asked to go to app to register a complaint by your customer care which the app also didn’t raise asking me to call customer care. Ridiculous, right?

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. Full payment was made on 31-Jul-2026with a promised installation date of 01-Aug-2026. Several days have passed with no installation, no resolution. I will be forced to pursue the matter through consumer grievance channels. Order ID: LR0000163JV0

    The @reliancejio network tower is just 700m away from my house but the signal is so ****** up even @airtelindia is same this company’s doesn’t focus in rural area the @MSETGovJM should take action is of bribes

    @JioCare @DoT_India This level of service is unacceptable. We demand: • Immediate restoration of network services. • A clear explanation for the prolonged outage. • A definite timeline for resolution. • A refund/compensation for the 11 days of service disruption, as customers have been paying

    30 hours since I complained, no update till now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What about my recharge I paid for this month? Will airtel refund it if there aren't able to fix it? Forcing me to switch to @reliancejio
