I tried contacting the local serviceman but he told to schedule a service first.

Jio customer care says there is no charge. 2 months and no one has fixed my line. I paid one bill for zero internet service and my next bill is due. @JioCare

After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

What kind of pathetic behaviour and pathetic gimmick is this of harassing customers? No accountability on customer care as well
