The worst jio service in Vadodara, Gujarat,India. Giving false Call for the last 4 days. The connection was not to be started on June 18 as per the area manager's call but no one has arrived yet. We don't want it for free,we have to pay Rs.@JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @Realnitambani

@MukeshAmba @reliancejio @JioCare My jio family plan of worth rs 1000 pm is not running with proper speed from last 1 month, Mostly it shows no internet. Shared date on connected no. not working from starting . It seems that I wasted 1000 rupees this month.

@JioCare ok I texted you in personal chat .To clarify the issue the BTS is around 1.5 to 2km from my location but still I'm getting 1 bar in signal strength . kindly look into this.i have 2 corporate jio doungle aswell even those are not able to access your network.

@JioCare when your salesman sold the product for one month free trial he told you can shift to any plans you want after one month or you can return the instrument and take back deposit, we want to shift to only internet ans no one is available ans your help is BOT. No use to us.

@reliancejio my internet is down since yesterday. Support keeps saying it'll fix in two hours but it has been 24 hours now. Needs to get this outage fixed!!!!!!!
