It's been more than 24 hours since I have filled a complain for internet. Since than all @reliancejio has done is given me nothing but waiting time. Without giving a soln. i am being told to wait over 48 hours without guarantee tht the issue will be resolved. #JioFiber #Jiodown

@JioCare without a solution you guys keep extending the time period for resolving my issue! So now we have to pay for the internet without getting any. My wait time is over 72 hours now!!! This is not acceptable at all #JioFiber #jio #jiocare

@JioCare Your associates are seriously disgusting and they don't care about company reputation and anything.Sales target karne ke liye kuch bhi karenge per when it comes on service,they update themselves on customer behalf.Pathetic seriously i need a real strong action this time.

@WhatsApp I am from India and facing connectivity issue in WhatsApp audio/video call.Voice is delayed. Also video calls are getting distorted and buffering. I am using both JIO 4G & JIO FIBER BROADBAND. So i have decent internet Speed. I gues it's a technical issue @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Again I booked jio fiber connection on Friday. I asked the agent 3 times that if you install today or tomorrow then only take money and he said me "no problem bahiya Kal hi ho jayega". And again no one come since Friday even I talked also with customer care.
