  @JioCare Jasola Pocket 2 New Delhi (lane of plots 66-74) is in a mess with excessive overhead wires of your telephone and finer service. Remove them immediately and shift them to area behind the buildings.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have been complaining for more than 20 times for the same issue but it is not getting resolved. Entire December is over and I have not used the services because of wire breakage. Pathetic service. You people only sells false promises to customers.

  @JioCare mine is jio fiber post paid connection active till 21st Jan plan of 3+1 month. Still I get a monthly bill generated which says, I need to pay the amount, customer care people dropping call in between the conversation, what is this, this behaviour is not expected from jio

  how pathetic is @reliancejio @JioCare service setup is. If ur call drops and it drops pretty frequently just when the support staff starts answering. And when you reconnect repeat the process, fed up with 3 calls and there is no process of call back.

  @JioCare Hi have my current jio fiber plan which is active till 21st January, but still I get certain amount of bill regenerated every month, This month it's 900+ and everytime I am calling customer care there are dropping the call in between the conversation after few minutes.
