    @reliancejio @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001EC814 for your JioFiber connection. your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 2022-10-04:12:45:00. Initial appointment time 11am, rescheduled to 12:45pm, & still unresolved

    @JioCare Again same issue since yesterday. I raised complaint yesterday and got appointment of today between 9-10 AM. No one has come yet !!! Pathetic service !!

    @JioCare horrible service. Requested for relocation of JioFiber service. It’s been 3 days, the work is not done. Been patient till now, not happy at all.
