    @JioCare I raised the issue on 9th October first appointment scheduled on 14th, but engineer didn't came on 14th and now got sms as engineer will visit on 21st October. What is this nonsense? For a solving an issue you are taking 12 days.

    @Airtel_Presence @jeetandratiwari I am also fed up with airtel. Suddenly my airtel number 75*****66 lost network yesterday and today I re applied for replacement sim. Unfortunately it is taking so long time to activate and I am loosing my business. Pathetic service. Thinking about porting to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Reliance must improve it's customer service first. I switched in Airtel from Jio due to network issue as after so complains there is no resolution whether it's Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan. Now I am facing network issue in Jio fiber for 2 days and there is no resolution so far.

    @JioCare We took a new jiofibre connection day before and it stopped working yesterday. raised a case as well as informed the guy who provided the connection and the sales guy who was very eager to get the sales completed but looks like u guys are pathetic at ur customer serv

    @JioCare I’ve registered complaint since 5 days for jio fiber and still no service. This is the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Your engineers are actively ignoring any calls for help.

    @JioCare 91-4223588674 My registered jiofiber id i have assumed for the service engineer visit Today no one has responded my jio device is not working from Friday it is high priority but no one is looking into it even tried customer support no response i need to escalate this issue
