I complained on the customer number since 3 days. Written on X. But Jio team is afraid to give proof as to how they charged this ISD SMS

When I try to contact the jio support team they still says refund will be processed within 7 days. Really disappointed with the service.

They are least bothered and even TRAI is also not taking any action. Really very shameful situation. Jio is nothing but it's graveyard of Hitler ship.
