Constant lies. Incompetent customer care. Net will start in 2 hours. We are sending a technican. Customer service agents are busy. Have heard it all. Wasted hours trying to reach jio customer care. 3 days gone and no net. Local providers are a zillon times better! @JioCare

Feeling so much dissatisfaction using jio network. Experiencing very slow internet speed, I have called so many times to jiocare since June. They are telling like some upgrade under progress but not yet the issue gets resolved. Expecting to resolve the issue soon.@reliancejio

@JioCare Since 3 days I am getting this lame copy paste answer. Fake assurances are given, but fact is it’s been 3 days all ready and our services are down. To add it it we are told a technican will come within hours and it’s become days now. To say it’s pathetic is an understatement.
