    Dear Jio Plz provide me how to surrender a Jio Fiber connection.I have raised a problem yesterday seeking immediate resolution but there is no action taken on that.Further to that there is no way that you can connect to a customer care agent and explain the issue.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare So many customers including me are facing the issue of STB voucher past weeks and You are not resolving it. I dialed 100s of times to the customer care just to hear we are working on it
