Pls don’t give me the usual steps like - restart router, check if VPN connection existing or using 3rd party router. Answer is no to all. I need a solution asap, not having to explain the same thing over and over again before 6 pm IST today.

Sanjay (@sanjay_katriya) reported@reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for Jio Airfiber and the connection got installed before 3 days. I have 100 Mbps plan but I am not getting 1 Mbps download speed, getting very low download speed, they installed old outdoor unit, please help.
