How many times should I request to get response from u r side .Only u ask for us to DM but in DM no response i have mailed as well but no response. Indirectly u PPL encouranging us to get ported to other network? @JioCare @reliancejio

Pure negligence from @JioCare @reliancejio #Bangalorejioauthority @TRAI They are giving irresponsible answers If u can't provide network to make calls y u PPL ask to buying jio Jio head office Mumbai not approving site to install tower We r facing zero network in our area

@reliancejio why their are network outages every day? Calls are unclear, speed is dead slow and all I hear from customer care is multiple people are using everytime and you don't have even jio fiber here

@JioCare ,the most pathetic customer care. Your executive Shimona refused to arrange a call back. My concern was with the plan and misspell done that 6 months renewals are available. Now the CC team says it is not possible. My Jio I'd is 4035977647

@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I am residing in rular area, now days there are more than 2000+ members in my area whomever facing the same issues. Sometimes network baar directly showing no network or 1-2 bar of network only. (3/4)

@JioCare @reliancejio For internet issues it is nothing more than 10-15 kb which resulting as not visibility for internet speed. We are facing major problem with WFH going on now. We again request you jio please expand your network and fix issue asap.
