    How many times should I request to get response from u r side .Only u ask for us to DM but in DM no response i have mailed as well but no response. Indirectly u PPL encouranging us to get ported to other network? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Pure negligence from @JioCare @reliancejio #Bangalorejioauthority @TRAI They are giving irresponsible answers If u can't provide network to make calls y u PPL ask to buying jio Jio head office Mumbai not approving site to install tower We r facing zero network in our area

    @reliancejio why their are network outages every day? Calls are unclear, speed is dead slow and all I hear from customer care is multiple people are using everytime and you don't have even jio fiber here

    @reliancejio My uncle's number which ends with 702 has been suspended without info from joi on pretext of telemarketing, which is false. On contacting customer care they raised a service query which showed resolved after 24 hours but issue wasn't resolved on re connecting with

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat JIO knows how to trouble a customer. All our devices are jio connected including TV, since 3 days there is no Jio connection. Called customer care 10 times, they disconnected my call midway so many times. It is such a hassle for everyone!
