    @ViCustomerCare I am living in a village. There is no good mobile networks. I am unable to attend online classes.100 % Villagers are using Jio Sim. Please install Cell phone tower in our village. Before Jio everyone were using VI (2G network for calls only) @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Your team has declined to relocate my Jio broadband within same city (whereas they are ready to give NEW connection at my new address) neither am I being given refund against my old connection!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE.

    @JioCare What resolution will @JioCare give when you are saying that the recharge is queued and it will get activated once the present plan is expired?? Do keep in mind that you showed me transaction failed and hence I had to attempt the payment again. I will never trust @reliancejio

    @JioCare That's what Nishant, it's still not available despite the request has been put forward since the launch itself. And nothing happens no matter what request we raise. If you provide service, I guess everyone in my neighborhood will take connection.
