    Worst service experience from @jio_fiber . No way you can lodge a complaint. Customer care keeps you waiting live chat technical issues. @JioCare I want to switch to local network provider. Atleast we can lodge complaint there

    @JioCare my fiber connection 01723587718 not working. It’s frustrating to deal with your Care channels as after repeating failed health status run for tens of times they don’t want to resolve the problem nor raising the complaint. Please help urgently.

    @JioCare I donot have any patient. I have been patiently waiting from yesterday. All I am getting hope from your side that it will be fixed. When it is going to get fixed. Such a bad experience. Still I can’t see any engineer assigned. Your app is also not working.
