    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare now this a fraud, I registered a complaint against inactive experience on 11 jan and service postponed to 13th, technician did not arrive and marked issue resolved. Req id SR000013NYIK. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Just now contacted your call centre. Recieved reply that I have kept my installation on hold as per service representative. God knows who is he as noone contacted me ever. Noone is giving proper reply nor installation getting done. Height of frustration and harassment.
