@reliancejio I have taken connection of Reliance Jio with internet n Landline at my office. 4 times there has been problem in landline number where I am not able to do outgoing calls. Customer care not able to help nor local Reliance Jio office. Landline No Already DM

Hi team, @reliancejio @JioCare after one month of jio service set of box and internet I'm not satisfied and disconnected the service from Jan 2021. During my subscription I have paid 2500 INR till i didn't received any refund from jio more over there are not responding.

@JioCare Thanks, I got a message that the issue is with JIO Operator, most of the calls on this number is from Jio owners, so you blaming 'other' operators mean that you are blaming your own service. Can you reopen the case?
