    @JioCare Day 5. No sign of Jio techincian. In this day and age - 5 days and the issue isn’t resolved. Just waiting for my contract to get over. The worst customer service ever. Shameful

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I live at Damodarpur Ghagra, Dist - Paschim Medinipur, Pin - 721253, I hv a mobile connection of @reliancejio. Since last month I can not get internet services. Complaint @JioCare many a times bt not resolved.... Kindly look into this matter. Pronam. 🙏

    My complaint number in @JioCare is - SR00001A1MC6. The mobile tower is maximum 150 meters from my house, still @reliancejio is not provididing proper services to their customers in my village. Looking for ur kind step towards this internet issues. Pronam...🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio Need urgent assistance for Jio Fiber uninstallation. It’s been almost a month & every time i am contacting customer care a new ticket & new rescheduled date is created!!! Is this how customer support is handled now for uninstallation!!!

    @JioCare Time to port jio to airtel for best mobile internet network. # time to port to @airtelindia.Jio has no infrastructure to resolve issue as many user are using internet in the same locality at the same time. This is customer fault. Wow. what a great ans from jio excutive

    I don’t know how Jio is taking care of it’s customers just got hung up while on call complaining about my issue and not sure why customer support agents would do something like this. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I guess I did a mistake by switching my broadband services.
