    There is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The bigger issue is: your team doesn’t even register complaints properly, then hides behind “no complaint found” to deny compensation.I’ve repeatedly asked: If compensation/rent rebate doesn’t fall under this policy, then WHO is responsible and under which policy can I claim it?

    what was the purpose of paying for 5g when your network is too bad that i have to switch on 4g to access net I can't even play games on jio airfiber asa well as mobile network, too bad service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @DoC_GoI @TRAI SIR I am a CA of 70 years age& having JIO wifi in Delhi, Since Saturday evening my internet is not working and worse thing is that JIO is not registered my complaint and refuse to listen to my complaint. In today's world all ITR is now online & can't work @JioCare

    Still nothing. Status unchanged — “Assigning an engineer” — no contact, no update, 3 full days now on a basic repair. This shouldn’t need a regulator to fix. @JioCare @TRAI @JoshiPralhad requesting attention to NCH docket 9912390.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioPaymentsBank I recently opened a Jio Payments Bank account, but my UPI payments are failing with “You have exceeded the transaction limit set by your bank.” Customer care AI says it’s connecting me to an agent, but the call disconnects everytime. Help!

    @JioCare Also, I would like to ask @jagograhakjago to kindly specify the SOP for registering a complaint against @reliancejio for deceiving me taking advance money from me and neither provided the service nor got back my refund.

    Hi, could this be a fiber cable cut or a major network issue? My JioFiber has been down since Saturday, and the restoration ETA keeps getting extended. If there is a physical cable fault, please let me know the actual issue and provide a realistic restoration time. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please follow a clear, transparent refund process after a failed service instead of repeatedly saying “wait a few days.” It has already been 10 working days. Stop the generic replies and provide the actual refund status and a definite date.
