Hello @reliancejio @JioCare What's the defferent between 198 & 199 Same lady is telling me same thing on both And there is no option to help the customer it is only the promotion of recharge Jio is a big company. You don't know that your customer is not getting the right support

@reliancejio i have jio fiber connection .when team came for installation they put wire on wrong place i told them this will not work after one month that wire damage i am suffering in this situation and i am not able to do my work internet not working since last day 9568456567.
