  @reliancejio Terrible JioFiber experience! Payment taken with a same-day installation promise, but the appointment was scheduled 5 days later. Salesperson stopped responding, and there’s no way to contact the installation team or cancel for a refund. Learn from Airtel!

  @JioCare Having a 5G phone and a 5G SIM, yet I’m getting zero internet speed and constant call drops! Honestly, I feel stupid for paying so much for a recharge when the service is this unusable. The trust I had in Jio is completely gone. Fix this issue ASAP, or I'm porting out

  @reliancejio what kind of fraud is ongoing in the name of invoice? I had paid my postpaid balance via company AMEX and converted it to prepaid as your service is very bad but now I am not able to get my last invoice for submitting in my company portal and this is a problem.

  @JioCare Reschedule button is not even working, i have already talked to customer care 5 times, but nothing happened. During our peak business time ITR, as a CA office internet in not working.
