Hello @JioCare Lodged a complaint about network issue. Was promised a resolution in 48 hours. Nothing happened for a week now! Nethier any communication from your end. Have very high hopes from Jio!

I thought Jio Fiber has good service! But it is worst! @JioCare @jio_gigafiber @reliancejio Today is first day of my Jio Fiber Paid Service and already raised 2 complaints! Now the adapter is gone and I have to pay for adapter! This is really worst service from Jio Fiber!

@JioCare @reliancejio Worst service of Jio Fiber in Surya Nagr, BBSR. I regret the decision of opting for Jio Fiber very badly. Ignorant engineers and sales guys. Paid nearly 8k and they haven’t given me a bill yet.

Terrible customer service from @reliancejio .. my wifi is down since one week and no one is ready to even write down a complaint in your customer care.. seems like we are back to office office days. Hoping for a quick response at least now.

@JioCare poor service my fibre worked 5 days properly after installation after that its not working from 10 days despite repeated request for solution no steps taken by jio. Guess they are waiting for my free trial period to be over . Now i want to discontinue my connection.
