    Really impressed with the customer service of JIO FIBER. They themselves informed me there's something wrong with my connection. As I was using Mobile data. And the tech guy was there within an hour of me raising the complaint. Awesome mechanism. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Internet issues are still going on in Gurgaon sector 65 Speed is fluctuating from 100mbps to 10 to 40 to 1mbps.. It is been last 2 weeks, fluctuation is happening. Can this be fixed please? If not we might need to switch the network

    @JioCare If you buy an incorrect plan which cannot work for you, what would u do? Cancel it & buy the correct plan, right? Boom, there is no such option in India telecom sector. You will not get refund for the services u did not use, but again pay extra to get correct plan. @TRAI

    I had jio air fiber conection facing frequent disconnection and low speed and wifi not coming in 10 feet distance also and when I am talking to customer care they are telling to buy extender but my flat area is 400 sq feet only this not fair @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare My wifi has been down for the third day now. service request was raised and technician didn’t even show up. escalated the issue yesterday and an appointment for this morning was set. Nobody showed up. Service automatically got rescheduled again.
