    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare, I am facing disruption in internet service from 1 PM today on my Jio Fiber. I switched from Airtel to Jio recently but the service of Jio just sucks. It's so pathetic.

    @JioCare This is still not resolved and neither has anyone bothered to reach out to me after four days of internet outage and multiple escalations. Is there light at end of the tunnel and how long is the tunnel?

    @JioCare @JioCare It feels like you're only misleading customers instead of resolving their issues. My JioFiber relocation request is still pending despite repeated escalations. Saying it will be resolved "in the future" is meaningless a future date could be tomorrow or even a year from

    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare
