    @JioCare my laptop is situated 92 meter from the jio fiber set top box, but i am unable to connect as it has 2.4hz and 5hz..Give me solution so that i can use from my place

    @JioCare What the hell you guys are doing, continuously changing installation schedule from 04th july. Worst service from jio fiber team and jio care.I think I had made a mistake to choose jio fiber instead of airtel xstream. Disgusting service @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @reliancejio Please help me I have my 2gb plan but in the morning within 10 min all 2gb data exhausted.....how it can be possible? I have turned off all my mobile & laptop settings...so where is the fault I can't able to understand Is there any technical fault?

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima No after sales mechanism or response for the break down of internet services in New Delhi. My internet services are dead since 09 July, no response, no redressal of complaint, thus compelling to close the account before the recharge date of 21st July.

    What a service @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio Fiber had some issues since morning, filed a complaint via the app, they fixed it by evening. They had 2 replace Fiber Cable, but it started raining, but the executives waited for the rain to stop and continue the work Fully satisfied
