    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio, Almost Zero Network since yesterday in my location. Earlier it was good Network but since yesterday only one or zero signal bar. Kindly update the resolve the issue.

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.

    @JioCare dear jio i m not using your fiber service for more than a month, i tried many times to connect with jio team to apply disconnection and surrender the box and other devices but failed to reach customer care team.

    @JioCare I have a 4-month plan with Jio Fiber, but my Wi-Fi hasn't been working for the past 10 days. A red light is blinking; when I contacted customer care and the operator, they said it was a tower issue that would be resolved, but it still hasn't been fixed. #poorservice

    reliancejio @JioCare My JioHome installation was scheduled for today between 12 PM - 2 PM but no one contacted me till now. No update, no support. Is this how customers are treated? Please resolve.

    @JioCare The app is still showing “assigning engineer”. No progress or sign of the issue being fixed. No calls from the Jio team or engineer. It's the 5th day since the complaint was raised. What happened to Jio? Are they short of engineers or just taking a lethargic approach?

    I have the recording of my conversation with the customer support team... They said you should get a recharge of Rs 706 done, it will last you for 30 days... after that the next recharge has to be done on 1st July. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare @JioCare (2) please give us the recovery of our plan, otherwise we will go to customer service and complain to Jio and we will take this to the court because I am a lawyer.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am tired of chasing my refund. Today I was told the refund would be processed, but the timeline has been extended to 10 June. This delay is unacceptable. If the refund is not received by the promised deadline, I will file a complaint in Consumer Court.
