    @JioCare I ported my sim from idea to jio. Today the sim got activated . It's having tower but the amount I paid as recharge is still not showing as it's showing no current plan. Moreover I am unable to login to MY JIO app as it's showing that no. Is not of jio

    @JioCare no internet since morning in Jio fiber. Getting this issue for last few days and starts working when I reboot. But today this light is not turning green. Can u plz help asap since work from home and kids classes are impacted

    lots happening with Jiofiber!! @Jiocare: they dont seem to be taking their customers seriously. Affected by response to provide a steady connection. no return calls or what they are doing. You always have to call the chief manager but can he do ALONE ? Nonsense really. Sucks.

    @JioCare Wow,, slow claps for Jio Customer care executives.. So damn irritated from the behaviour nobody even listen your problem and you will never get the resolution for your problem.. Poor internet connection every where. Have logged the complaint 2 times but no resolutions.

    @JioCare Please don't do this for me alone. Do for everybody in this area. By telling, 'we will get it fixed for you' don't transfer your responsibility on customer. Take care at your end. My side everything is correct. Correct data transmission.

    Hey @JioCare can I do a port to your network without an OTP from the current provider? I am on @Airtel_Presence right now with no signal/network since Sunday so no way to send the SMS to port out.

    @abhinaba_bhadra Facing Similar Issue,Customer care is also lame,takes weeks to rep with no solution.I ported mine in @JioCare and facing no isssue at all.would suggest you the same
