    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio, Almost Zero Network since yesterday in my location. Earlier it was good Network but since yesterday only one or zero signal bar. Kindly update the resolve the issue.

    Requested @JioCare @reliancejio to disconnect my fiber connection . The service advisor asked me to trust him, that he was going to make things right . Fell in the trap once again. Haven't recieved any call, email update anything.Been two days already. Not surprised

    @ImAtulKansal @reliancejio When I tweeted about the poor internet connectivity in my area @JioCare replied that-connectivity will be poor in your area now & in the upcoming days & nothing can be done as of now to resolve it. WOW! How professional! #Jio #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice very much disappointed with the service from the team. Paid 1 year advanced fees to the team for new connection but still didn’t get my connection setup and no callback or information shared.. very poor customer service
