    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @_Creation22 Airtel is making false promises about unlimited 5G. Since it doesn't have a standalone 5G network, its "unlimited 5G" offering comes with restrictions. I would say you must think of getting a Jio SIM, as @reliancejio has a standalone 5G network and genuinely provides unlimited 5G

    @JioCare I have been following up since 09 Jul 2026 regarding my non-functional JioFiber connection. Multiple service requests (SR00003AVQX7, SR00003B4DZF, SR00003B98VT) remain unresolved. Kindly escalate this on priority and restore the service immediately.

    Dear @JioCare, JioAirFiber in Baharagora, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand has become almost unusable. The internet is extremely slow and keeps disconnecting. We're paying for the service but getting a very poor experience. Please fix this issue urgently. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Again and again you guys are changing the timing slots for technician visit. However no one is visiting the place to resolve the issue. That’s the service jio is providing to their customers. Bow down to you guys. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare it's so sad too se that jio being the bigger internet provider in the country is unable to fix my internet service being in a metropolitan city like Mumbai. Today it will the 12th day with internet after 12 pm. There is simply no one to help.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 12 July 2026. Complaint registered, 20+ calls made, yet I get the same false assurance: "Technician assigned, issue will be resolved today." I'm in Surat, Gujarat, and after 36+ hours there's still no resolution. #JioFiber #JioCare

    Hi! Very bad service I am getting in Kudasan Gandhinagar, voice break, no network and no data is working here, again n again I have to do airplane mode to use data or call, @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 6 months that the JioFiber/Jio AirFiber network quality in my area has been extremely poor. Your app continuously shows "Network outage in your area", yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare i have air Fiber connection and have done multiple complaint as Internet is not working even having recharge still no one is attending and tried two time to resolve through toll free number but not received any resolution. Please look into it .
