@ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

@JioCare I have purchased STB yesterday through online process from app it seems to be delivered yesterday before 2 pm as I have booked the slot for the same but yet it has not delivered/ Setup. Is this the service Jio providing for the customer unhappy with the service.

@JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service ever. Got a new fibre connection. Paid for it. No one coming for installation since 3 days. Appointment getting rescheduled on it’s own. You give depression to people with Jio Fibre service. You owe me 30k and new mental peace.

@reliancejio @JioCare The worst customer experience I had in my life. They just don't care about their customers. For registration, they came running but when it's time to actually deliver,They are just the worst. My installation is pending for a week now. Regretting so much now
