  @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

  @JioCare When there's an issue you guys take forever to resolve the issue. The service executive said it will take 24 HOURS for this to be resolved. Why? Why should I suffer because your system isn't functioning properly?

  Hi @JioCare ​Shajapur local network team inspected our area (Village Mandlakhedi, 465337) and adjusted the Farad tower range. However, they officially confirmed that range adjustment WILL NOT work and a NEW TOWER is mandatory to fix this 2-3 year-old issue for 1,500+ users.1/2
