    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    @JioCare @JioCare Your reply is still not addressing the issue. Your own official policy says a standard recharge can be cancelled within 3 hours. I attempted cancellation within that window, but your app showed “not eligible for cancellation.” Please investigate this (1/2)

    @JioCare Hi Shradha, it's been more than 2 week network is not there I have already tak n new connection from another service provider. So please arrange and make sure to remove the boxes as I am not able to connect to the customer service for disconnect the service.

    Reliance is connecting the country with affordable offers, but its service in satellite cities remains poor. Jio 5G often feels like 2G, while Airtel provides comparatively better and more stable service #telecommunications #India @AshwiniVaishnaw @reliancejio @airtelindia

    Still no one has been assigned @JioCare @reliancejio . Booked and paid for my @ACTFibernet new connection unfortunately. The hassle of booking a not available slot vs tollfree not allowing to proceed to talk to a support executive is not worth my time!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Business Day 12: Another day has passed, yet no refund. For 12 working days, I’ve heard only “wait a few business days.” Jio failed to provide the service, cancelled the order, and is now delaying my refund. Process it immediately.
