  @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare Please fix the Jio network issue in Markatta, Giriyak, Nalanda, Bihar – 803109. Whenever electricity goes out, the network becomes very slow or stops working. Please check the tower’s backup power system. Otherwise I'll port my sim.

  @JioCare Port-in order paid on 8th Aug, home delivery committed for 10 Aug. No show, no call. Two complaints later, your executive asked me to collect from a far shop instead. If not delivered and activated by 6 PM today as promised, cancel my order and refund ₹350 in full.

  @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber service request SR00002NCNPE appears to be on hold despite running diagnostics through the MyJio app. Internet service is affected and I urgently need connectivity. Kindly explain the delay and arrange an engineer visit at the earliest. Check dm
