    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare Ok, another example of great service by giving immediate appointment of service engineer and at appointed time shiftingthe time by 24 hrs! Why can't you @reliancejio be honest? Why torture by keeping customer on tenterhooks? @JioCare is setting great example for technicians.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using JioFiber connection, but there are frequent breakdowns. Sometimes it takes 2–3 days for repair and even after fixing, the connection stops again the next day. Pls resolve this issue permanently or I'll have to switch to another provider.

    It’s clearly the same person—me. Still rejected. Called Jio support. A “senior advisor” named Deepak Kumar kept me on IVR for ~40–45 mins arguing instead of helping.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please discontinue the service as there is no response and no communication confirmation. And have seen the Full bill generated for the month

    @JioMart @JioCare @reliancejio the recent UI change, the JioMart Android app has become extremely slow, laggy and often not responsive on my device. Please look into performance issues and roll out a fix

    @JioCare Have Registered Complain on 8th March Morning. In Afternoon I received message engineer is on the and half an hour letter complain is on hold. I have called at customer care number multiple times and everyone says wait for 3 hours and your problem will be resolved.
