  @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

  @JioCare I am now trying to **discontinue my JioFiber connection**, but your system is not even allowing me to contact the team for closure because of the open SR. This level of service is unacceptable. I would rather **switch to Airtel Xstream Fiber** than continue with Jio.

  @JioCare It has been almost 5 months are you out of your mind your team still just escalating the issue however already one person from your team connected with me and asked the detail of sales person engineer and I shared the same but he has done nothing since that day no one replied me

  @JioCare I called 20 times on 198 but not able to connect in any dail, and reaching to customer care is worst experience from jio why m I doing recharge of company, should I swich the company for telecom use?

  @JioCare Please resolved within the next few mins, as my office work and other task are affected. I’m genuinely fed now . If this continues, I will have no choice but to terminate my JioFiber connection and switch to another provider. Worst service and repeated outages! @reliancejio
