    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @reliancejio is the worst telecom service provider . They conveniently have removed the option to migrate from post paid to prepaid but kept three icons to migrate from prepaid to post paid . Smart

    Dear @JioCare, Our area has been facing poor network connectivity and extremely slow internet for a long time. Many users, including me, have raised repeated complaints, but the issue still remains unresolved. Despite several assurances, there has been no noticeable improvement.

    @JioCare Are you guys stupid or what is have a CCTV footage and the sales person miss sell the product and engineer inspected the site and denied the installation in the area, as there is signal issue in the area

    @JioCare Yes service request is open but I’m afraid it will be closed like other 3 requests which were closed without any visit or fixing the problem. Every time it automatically gets rescheduled and lastly closed without any solution.

    @JioCare i lodged a complaint for my jio fiber & got slot 1-2 PM but no engineer assigned yet . Pathetic service.. @airtelindia can you connect fiber in a single day

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber i have take. Multiple efforts to cancel my jio fibre connection but you have failed to initiate the proceedings. Instead you have created a system where no one can initiate the service request. This is highly disappointing. Take action immediately. 😡😡
