    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare Just got to know the ticket went on hold again stating society permission needed to enter. How does these things happen automatically. We are back again to the fact that issue is unresolved and no engineer is also expected to visit.👍🏻🙏🏻

    @JioCare Hello Jio Team, The Service Request No was SR00001BJAVV. JioFixedVoice Number is +918079682612. Reg mob is 9731820825. I could also see that the concerned team on 14th jun has wrongly updated ON Hold. This is actually fraudulent activity from the assigned technician whomever.

    There is no option to cancel the request in app from user side and @JioCare also not helping on same. Poor field support, poor customer support and the toll free number have only one option to register for new connection.This is a fraud case they are not able to cancel and refund

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio this is the worst customer service experience. It has been 6 days that internet has not been working and nobody is concerned. In fact your technician asked us to disconnect our Reliance jio fibre connection. Is this the way how you treat customers?

    @JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence it's been more than 12 days now and still haven't received any Refund yet! Why are your service so pathetic. I need my refund now @Airtel_Presence Won't even take the efforts to solve it. #airtelcares Wish I had gone to @JioCare in the first place
