@ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

@JioCare A customer should not have something working for 12 months and then it stop for a month, then we recharge and it start working for another 12 months and then stop for a month. Don't you think this is illogical?

@reliancejio #pathetic service of jio fiber in pune. My wifi has not been working since 16th June I have tried many times to connect with your world class customer support team. They are so helpful that they close every open ticket I have without solving the problem.

@JioCare Oh I am pretty sure you aren't gonna do anything but your representatives call and harrass people (including me) when plan is exhausted. I can easily throw their numbers since they call from personal mobiles, but this seems to be a management problem more than etiquette problem.

@JioCare Someone called yesterday at my previous location saying internet repair and I'm now out of patience that you guys don't understand the actual problem, it's a relocation request and not a internet problem. Give ETA else I'll leak the audio to media and log a consumer complaint.
