    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    Unacceptable service from @JioCare @RelianceJio! Paid for Jio AirFiber, but it hasn't been working for the last 2 days. Raised a service request with customer care, yet no resolution. Stop taking money if you can't provide basic services! Resolve this ASAP. SR Num SR00003EN1PD

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since last 2 months frequent getting Jio Airfiber connections error don't know what kind of services are provided by Jio .don't know why they are charging payment if they can't provide service Jio fiber No 2035407667...and jiocare not responding properly

    @JioCare How it works: In 2017: ₹399 for 84 days internet speed was 2MB/Sec In 2026: ₹899 for 84 days, internet speed is 20KB/Sec (Now 5g has rolled out, 5g unlimited plan but no network) How depressing it is, other countries doing for betterment but india running backward.

    @JioCare worst customer service ever... you customer care representative just hung up on me.. your jio representative sold me sim saying its postpaid.. but infact it was prepaid.. i had to recharge it... worst serviced

    @JioCare Final Notice: My JioFiber connection has been non-functional since 20 August morning, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Please provide me the contact details (email ID and mobile number) of your higher authority immediately.

    What a *******g stone age network this company provides @JioCare And even more if you try to talk to any costomer care person. They have got that ****, automated machine never tries to listen issues,just repeats what ever it is Using jio is just a frustration and lack of option
