    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare you don't want customers to speak. Just want client to press key pad. Keep listening to music over 15 min. Your system sends sms messages the the network issue will be resolved shortly. What's the definition of shortly. Shouldn't charge us for t time network no service

    @JioCare I have just had a horrible experience while moving houses and disconnecting my old account. I’d really like to speak with someone senior as your cc agent just informed me they’re not authorised to do anything about it

    @JioCare I returned you jio fiber on 22nd april. If you did a blunder of taking my Bank Account No. For refund why should i suffer for 52 days. Still awating resolution. Shame on Jio.

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Sir it's now one week still not showing recharge data in account. and ur support team chat asking weird question. jio going to introduce 5G in India. but first provide proper 4G coverage India. so what is use 5G when we not getting network of 4G properly .

    @JioCare today is the 8th day since fibre outage. Finally had a technician visit today after multiple delays, who assured that the issue will be rectified by evening. As usual- same lies. Want to opt out, kindly send the guy with disconnection form. #patheticjio #jiodown
