@ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

@GoogleIndia @reliancejio The speed of jio is very slow. I can't use jio in my house . To use jio net I have to go the paddy field near my village. Maintenance of the jio tower is also very poor in our locality

@GoogleIndia @reliancejio VI is much better. I get up to 12 Mbps of speed in VI while a whatsapp message can't sed using JIO. Very bad

@reliancejio You someone lost their mobile, Jio store never ready to help their customer I was visited multiple jio stores but they pledge to not Re-issuing sim to customer because they just sell mobile Yes they have sim for new number but sim not available for Re-issuing

@JioCare Unable to download WhatsApp media from Jio sim data. Works for all other network & on wifi. Network coverage is good and I have sufficient data balance
