    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare @Prince_Singh_27 @JioCare i requested for your connection yesterday and the technician who visited yesterday said he will come back after 20 mins and has no returned and not answering mu call he also asked me extra money for the installation and when i asked him for the bill he refused. Pls help

    @JioCare I have sent multiple emails to your Fiber support team, but I haven't received a single response. I have never seen such poor customer service from any organization.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply, but a generic response isn't enough. The outage has been ongoing since yesterday afternoon, and there is still no ETA. This is severely affecting my work and daily activities. Please share the expected restoration time and resolve it as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I do not want installation or another Service Request. My decision is final. After repeated delays, missed appointments, and multiple SRs (SR00003B64Q9, SR00003B8VQJ & SR00003B95NT), I have lost all confidence in Jio.

    @JioCare Hi , posting here because your jio care support is a bot hell hole. Recharged my number for 1yr plan ,1748 rs on 08 July 2026 not getting reflected . it says I don't have any active plan.
