    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. It's been over a week and the issue is still unresolved. No proper updates, no accountability, and customers are left without service. If this is not restored immediately, I'll be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and the telecom regulator.

    @JioCare still after about 10 days, there is no resolution and the charges are still being taken every day. Pathetic company. Please tell me the specific date/resolution without any generic answers, otherwise will be forced to file the complaint with the consumer forum.

    Not even 24 hours post the fix, internet stopped working again. @JioCare @reliancejio Nobody picks up the call, the bot automatically reserves a next day appointment, no human to speak to. Getting a new connection, @JioCare please accept this as a formal cancellation request.
