So the problem is from and with you and not with the installer. Pls rush the ODU unit and then may be your installer would come running. For now send me a email id!

He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely? It is urgent as the number is linked to important services. Thank you
