If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

Visited nearby jio store to get new Jio phone as my existing jio phone has been dead. There I came to know that I have to buy Jio phone along with new SIM. So what to do with existing jio SIM which I have already with me? Solution is to port from @JioCare to @Airtel_Presence .

@reliancejio @JioCare It's been a week almost since I complained about the network issue , I am facing! Till now issue hasn't been fixed and customer service was worst and they didn't pick calls! After 6 pm, Mobile network has been lost completely. So disappointed with Jio!
