    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    @JioCare I can't make calls or send messages. I can't receive any calls or sms, since two days now. I recharged yesterday ₹599 plan which is just queued, but I can't activate it since #MyJioApp has automatically logged me out and now I can't login into the app.

    @reliancejio What is the customer care email ID. There is only a provision (which I could locate) to enter compliant through web but no email ID shared. Also customers can not talk to customer care executive. This is strange. This facility is not there for postpaid users also

    @JioCare @OfficialJioTV @reliancejio what's the point of taking everything in control and then not able to manage anything. So fed up using jio TV and their service no Call Centre.. just online system from where you will go from A to B to C to D and again back to A and resolution
