    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Please take some action against the Jio as a service provider not willing to return the Security deposit taken at the time of new connection. Have been chasing them for six months and have been told today to wait for another month.

    @JioCare When there is you and your executive accepted to give service for 3+1 months which is ultimately 120 days. What kind of fraud is this.??? Some one say this is postpaid if it is postpaid why did you charged for 3 months in advance then.??? Who will say this is POSTPAID.???

    @reliancejio I have been around getting 50 messages daily that you upgrading the network. why do u need to send so many messages?? also, the connectivity issue is not resolved and I have no way of contacting anyone for help from your team :/
