    If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    @utsavtechie @JioCare @reliancejio Very dissatisfied with Jio 5G. While using on my narzo 50 Pro the network drops from 5G to 4G and then it continues in 4G....

    @JioCare way too many connectivity issues with Jio fibre internet connection, keeps disconnecting every 1 or 2 weeks and we are helpless till the technician arrives which is usually the next day or a few hours later. Totally inconvenient

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I’m talking about this issue. Just Sending messages and customer care executives saying no compensation for hours lost due to YOUR issue. I’ve paid for full month. And no service received today. No extra day added to my plan. Is this fair? #unprofessional
