If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

Anyone facing issues with Jio sim today? @JioCare Not receiving calls, receive messages about missed calls and if I dial, call gets dropped Call center doesn't have agent available, chat doesn't get exact problem.

@JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber was down on 11th Dec, then it was down on 16 Dec and it is down again right now on 20th December. 3 times in the past 9 days. Please fix this issue because it makes the service unreliable.
