Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

The whole day past by waiting for the engineer and talking to your incompetent customer care service providers. There is no chain of escalation.

Atom (@Atom_01010) reported@JioCare Facing network issues for 2 months. Already complained last month no improvement. During power cuts internet stops working and resumes only after power returns. Very unreliable. Using Jio for 7 years never faced this. Please fix or I may switch to @airtelindia.
