    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

    @JioCare Not only @reliancejio broadband but also customer support is worst in the industry. Explained the issue 10 times on DM, but still every time some new support agent replies asking the same question which texted 10 times..

    @reliancejio from past whole year I am encountering issue of network within my area, connected with jio care for about like 20 times... I am utterly devasted... Even 3g net gives good speed then JIO 4G. my money is total wastage. State - Maharashtra , pin code - 413002 solapur.

    @Paytmcare - @JioCare is not sharing any specific sim activation proof. I don't have anything else for my kyc number transfer issue.. pls assist .
