Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

After sales service is a very important parameter to decide if you should choose or continue with a company, service provider etc. over it's competitors. Most companies fail here and Reliance Jio is no exception, infact the worst. @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio why your service sucks ? First u don't have decent postpaid plans in jio fiber...Now for prepaid ur payment gateway partner @Paytmcare sucks. 2. Even with these kind of pathetic service u don't allow customer any grace period on internet.Time to move on
