Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

The wifi and tv failed soon after installation and I have had called the customer care 5 times, still they are not raising the issue. Now I can't even call on that number. StarkMaliykYT (@starkmaliyk) reported@JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 I've already tried everything—rebooting the router, factory resetting it, testing multiple devices, and using an Ethernet (LAN) cable instead of Wi-Fi. The issue clearly isn't on my end. This points to a routing or network problem within Jio's infrastructure.
