Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

The ground team's main concern isn't fixing the fault — it's getting my OTP so they can close the ticket.

For the last several days, the network speed has been extremely slow every day. Signal bars are full, but internet speed becomes very poor, making it difficult to use apps, browse,
