Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

Sir, This is regarding Order Number CO0000OXE4ZV. The service engineer was supposed to visit at 9.30 in the morning. It is 3 pm now. No response. It seems we have wait for him till eternity @reliancejio

@JioCare I didnt get any help to start my old jio number lost . I think u dont think old mobile is ever useful . I am really helpless now after so many teeet and jio store visit i really am tired . I lost all hopes now. Such a helpless service by jio
