    @JioCare Support (care) team only giving us hope but never resolving the issue. Before this, i was complaint 2 more times in recent time but everything is same as usual. Nothing change in slow network & net speed. We paying for better service, not for your hope.

    @JioCare The Jio network has gone very slow now a days, max 2 to 3 Mbps, and mostly less than 1 Mbps. When we log complaint the executives copy/ paste same message again and again, but the network issue never get resolved.
