    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    How low your service has gone over the years, i have submitted the old router, 1200₹ relocation charge and still not a single communication from the engineer or any tracking number to track the update.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I know @reliancejio @JioCare is loot company that is why I never bought Jio sim.
