    @JioCare I am continuously doing complain for fix network issue which I am facing for many days, but unfortunately you are not taking any step to fix the issue. I am unable to use internet, then why I should pay for it?

    @JioCare Worst service ever I've got. I've been trying to get fibre connection for more than a year they were saying connection is not available in your area, now when connection is available, even after payment lots of excuses, unprofessional behaviour, not picking up call!

    @JioCare @reliancejio At first Team Jio you should improve your technical support which you are giving to customers it is worst. local ISP provide much better technical support then you ... n JioGigafiber is pathetic for Gamer's it has the most higher pings in most of the games
