    @reliancejio For getting jio wifi service, first made some payment for connection then u will hv to pay full payment and then u‘ll get service as per jio staff

    @Akraj149 @jiocare worst service from jio.They registered jio airfiber connection more than 10 days back and till date they didn't install and not responding properly.

    @JioCare resolving the problem. Stop delaying with copy-paste responses and take real action. If this is not fixed immediately, I will be forced to consider switching services. I am paying for uninterrupted service, not excuses.

    @JioCare Facing network issues for 2 months. Already complained last month no improvement. During power cuts internet stops working and resumes only after power returns. Very unreliable. Using Jio for 7 years never faced this. Please fix or I may switch to @airtelindia.

    @JioCare Can you help me with this Request id - SR000034DKGN My airfiber is blinking red for last couple of hours but after booking jio engineer, engineer isn't visiting nor I can track ur customer service no isn't working as well. @JioCare @reliancejio
