    @reliancejio Hey Jio, You Guys have such commitless and unapproachable employees who don't know how to give services in today's time which is more competent and service friendly. They just keep giving fake commitments and not picking calls later. Such unacceptable behaviour.

    @JioCare STB was sold with internet connection. It was after installation we came to know "LiveTv" service of STB is still not operational, even after specifically telling the sales guy I need LiveTv. He didn't informed LiveTv isn't available charged for the service that @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio fiber connection is not working from 3 days. I have complained many times but not getting any solution. Your service engineer was supposed to come to my house yesterday at 1 pm but he did not come and also he is not answering my call.

    @JioCare Wow what a resolution received from team Jio... It won't be changed, it stays same cause no. of user increased... Its look like I have wasted my ₹719.00 by recharging of Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Do have any interest in serving your customer to the better ineterest possible or you guys only care about billable work? I've trying to get my fiber returened since a month and after giving 15-20 calls to customer care and e-mails i've nothing but agony.
