@JioCare What is your team working upon. For the service request to be fixed the service engineer has to visit the premises where the issue is there. How long it will take for your engineer just to work upon without actually working Still waiting for his visit Jio is testing my patience:(

@JioCare from afternoon i am not getting jio network signals & unable to call its showing no service try many times by restarting and re installing sim card. But still not useful.. i went to nearest reliance digital store they said that they are also facing same issue..do needful

Third class internet service. Kindly update your system. I have been using it from the beginning, but in the current situation it seems that the net is not running, the bullock cart is running, it is difficult to understand @JioCare @reliancejio

Hi @JioCare we are people encountering the internet speed slowness issue and between call getting so much laging. Only the speed is good main highway road & village not getting only 5kbps speed.@reliancejio @TRAI
