    @JioCare Today again the service request has been closed without any resolution and any update. I don't know why. What's going on. I am totally wordless now for JIO. Well done your services those did nothing for the same.

    Just a scammer where they stole you money in the name of booking than they just making false promises even support team is worst no one can solve the issue just replied the same question and not replied in text they force you to do post refund my money @JioCare @reliancejio

    I have raised complaints 4–5 times regarding the jio fiber issue, but there has been no proper response from your side. Very poor customer service @JioCare @reliancejio

    Over 24 HOURS with no JioFiber internet and still no real support from @JioCare . Service request shows “assigning engineer” but no call, no visit, nothing. Customer care is just bots with zero accountability. This is pathetic service. @reliancejio

    Extremely frustrating to be without a working @reliancejio connection in the 415613 area for over 24 hours now. Service disruptions happen, but a total blackout for this long is unacceptable. Kindly look into this urgently. @JioCare #JioDown #JioCare
