  Kindly reply @JioCare Your engineer has not even made an attempt for a visit and he has kept my complaint on hold by saying that no was there at the premises??? Where my Househelp and my mother have never left the house. This shows the level of incompetence of @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio i've been facing internet Speed issue since last 2 months, mo no 9806102873 I hv tried to get this thing resolved by my jio app, but nothing got solved. My experience is so pathetic that i feel like throwing my phone. Plz look into it nd get this resolved

  @JioCare, @reliancejio I am facing severe speed issues with my 100 Mbps JioFiber connection. The internet is so sluggish that opening YouTube is a struggle. I expect better service than this. Kindly look into it ASAP. #JioFiber #jiocare

  Dear @JioCare, my internet goes down every other day. The router is on, but there's no internet. You charge full price but provide half the service. How many times do I have to raise a complaint? Please fix this issue permanently.

  In our locality we are having a pathetic airfiber connection. The network connection is too bad. It's of no use using having a Jio airfiber as a home wifi. The problems are not resolving on time. @reliancejio Please fix the issue that I'm facing at this point.

  @JioCare Kavita, i understand actively working but it's 2+ months returning equipment but refund issue is open. It should have been done in 14 days. I have medical emergency in my family cause of which I terminated service to release refund & cut cost. It has defeated purpose 1/2
