    @JioCare I am using Jio Airfiber connection since 2024 and everytime I have to talk to customer care to resolve the issue. Everytime I am facing problem of internet speed problem you guies gave promise to give 30mbps speed but when I check on speedtest it give 10 to 15 mbps which disrupts

    @reliancejio Worst service in area of reliance air fibre. Past 10 days asking for a technician visit just to-check why disconnection issue is happening. Customer care is worst they just read the script, They don’t care what is the issue. A single technician is required to check.

    @JioCare Your network latency and jitter is even worse now since I complained. Your helpline is not helpful, absolutely no revert on my complaint raised earlier. Truly pathetic service. To think that I am paying Rs 4,999 per month for JioAirFiber. Most disgusting experience. No one should take a 1 GBPS AirFiber connection for the support is truly pathetic.

    Worst experience with @RelianceDigital! Paid for Jio AirFiber on April 6, promised installation in 2–3 days, but still not done. It’s been over a week with zero response and no proper support despite repeated calls. Totally unacceptable service. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already gave the solution to your problem s2 capacity that there is a connection in the same place which needs to be relocated and it is installed in my own building and right now its not in working condition but your staff was not ready to listen. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio has now become the telecom company providing the worst service; perhaps they no longer value their customers. They haven't been able to provide network coverage for the past month.
