@JioCare Your employees are so lazy that they say they will come but never come! I will keep escalating this DAILY. Multiple sim delivery people were allotted, NO ONE turned up! I need this order cancelled and give me my REFUND.

@JioCare how to cancel internet connection. Your IVRS doesn't have any such option. Your app also doesn't have any such option. On call you keep on booking service engineer visit, which is not at all required. Reply fast, as I have to switch soon.

@JioCare Pawan, this response is not acceptable. A generic statement that the team is working on it doesn't address the prolonged delay. Please provide a clear explanation for the delay, the actions taken so far and a firm resolution timeline. I expect an immediate update and resolution.

@JioCare Since an engineer has not been assigned and my internet is down for the past 2 days, please unsubscribe my JioFiber services immediately. I will look for alternatives.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have just taken an annual plan. I want to terminate my connection. What's the procedure? You can refund on pro-rata basis.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have a small request regarding Jio fibre ownership transfer. Your service centres are essentially useless. I visited two nearby ones to seek assistance, but both directed me to contact online customer care instead of listening to my concerns.

@JioCare I have already provided all the required information. Why do I need to share the same details again and again? Please check the previous messages and resolve the issue instead of repeatedly asking for the same information.

Hi @JioCare, It looks like my struggle with Jio isn't over yet. Although my recent issue was eventually resolved, it took 7 days after I raised it on the 20th. Due to this prolonged service disruption caused by poor support, I requested an extension of my validity period. I was assured that the validity would be extended once the service request was marked Closed. However, I am now being asked to contact 7000570005, which is switched off. Could you please raise a new service request or ensure that my validity is extended for the entire period of service disruption, as promised? I look forward to a prompt resolution.
