    This is extremely disappointing. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer authorities. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been unable to reach a single customer service executive. This is seriously affecting my work. Kindly treat this as an urgent issue and restore the network immediately, or I will have no choice but to switch to another service provider.

    @JioCare @RitikJainHere I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉

    @JioCare I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉
