    @JioCare I’m facing this issue from starting. No download speed. No network .Home & outside also even in ahmbadab/Surat Your customer care response is very poor they clearly said “we can’t do anything!! You can check recoding also for my number. Do something.

    @VaaV_07 @airtelindia @reliancejio I’ve been using Airtel since months now & never had a problem. With jio I struggled to get average internet speed and network for calling almost everywhere.

    @JioCare No I haven't made any changes to my DNS , it is at default. Also kindly stay informed with this at no other changes in the network settings has been made it is as by default . I suggest you do diagnosis from your end as it's not only me , alot of people are facing this issue.

    @JioCare connectivity was better before. Jio service is degrading. Switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare Wow i had discussion with jio customer care team and they agreed to provide the full refund but they actually returned only 500 how they are making fool to the customers also i have sent the mail before one month for disconnection but they said request will be complete by 14
