We had requested for change in Jio AutoPay for our Business connection (Service ID: 299753065987) vide Reference No. RP00000AZKC3 on 10.08.2021. It is still showing the status as 'Pending Approval'. Can you help in this? Your customer care is not helping. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Pathetic support team , your app relocation features not working properly , strict rules and policy during support and no policy neede for new installation , clearly looting Cancel the device and have to bear losses due to jio,my first is last time bad experience jio
