Dear @Airtel_Presence, I shifted from Bhavnagar to Delhi in April this year and ported in my number to the same network considering my earlier experiences. However, here even after 7 months, I wonder why to continue with you when I need to use @JioCare most of the time.

@JioCare I am unable to find my current building or my next building address in app to relocate my jio fiber connection and agent is asking for wait 7 working days..... What a resolution...really disappointed.

@JioCare As you confirmed on call that there is bee hive on top of the tower where speed was to be adjusted , Request you do as quickly as possible because we are also facing call drops from yesterday and signal strength is becoming so worsen with time.

@reliancejio Sir, I am working work from home, But network issue is coming here since on week and I am not available to internet service.I called many times to customer care number but is not resolved the network issue still. I have been calling since 20 days but not resolved.
