    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio My jio net is not working since 3 days I tried to mob. switch off & on but the speed is in kbps. I think jio is now getting worst. Jab se Lockdown corfew laga h, pareshan ho gye h, MB khtm hi ni hota, #jionet #JioCare #jiocomplaint

    @JioCare The JIO network has gone down drastically in Tq-MAHAGAV District-YAVATMAL Pin Code-445015 Maharshtra for last 15 days, No range at all ,all the towers are down .Pl look into it URGENTLY

    @JioCare plz look why installation engineer has not contacted me although the slot of installation is12:15pmtoday.I had launched complaint too whose deadline is today.Looks Installation might get postponed today too,like on 11,12th August.Order Id NO0000MJ4AH9 Not good experience

    @JioCare looks jio care customer service and on field technician have no connections. Customer care just picking up call, creating service request and escalating issue In their system but reality is field technician totally ignoring this system they do whatever they want.

    @JioCare One month money for prepaid charges was told to be refunded by service rep when I spoke over phone but so far I have not been compensated

    @JioCare today is 5th day, no issue resolution, no response, I am just getting appointment message, nobody interested to check issue. No one showed up. Totally unprofessional approach and experiencing worst ever

    @JioCare Strange you telling 'priority'. Today is 5th day and we are without Internet services. Of the charges I paid for 30 days 5 days are gone. Your engineers doing temporary work. A big ZERO on service part to JIO
