    @JioCare very poor coverage and poor speed in wadgaon yavatmal . How many complaints do you want from customers.

    @JioCare caller unable to hear my voice. Only 2 network bars at my location. 0.8mbps speed on velocity app. This is frustrating already reported same issue before no resolution yet!

    @JioCare The JIO network has gone down drastically in Tq-MAHAGAV District-YAVATMAL Pin Code-445015 Maharshtra for last 15 days, No range at all ,all the towers are down .Pl look into it URGENTLY

    Having the worst experience with @reliancejio @JioCare . After requesting for service by calling customer care, I called the local Jio Office, and the guy named Faiz pick up the call and told me to not call him.

    @JioCare Day before yesterday engineer already arrived at our premises, he told us that connectivity in this area is currently not available, kindly cancel my order request and refund my money ASAP.

    And if you have a problem with him, you can also file a complaint about him to Jio. And if I call him again, he will gonna block my number. This is happening second time with me in the same month of August. Before it was not working from 15th August to 17th August. @reliancejio

    @JioCare the refund of my jiofibre is still not processed after 1 month of device pick up the jio customer care is not picking up the phone can't find them in help desk in myjio started saying the refund will be processed in 14 days after it become 21 days now it's been 1 month

    @jiocare my relocation appointment has been rescheduled 8 times. No one calls, no engineer visits. I have talked to customer care at least 25-30 times. But they are of no help.
