    @JioCare The JIO network has gone down drastically in Tq-MAHAGAV District-YAVATMAL Pin Code-445015 Maharshtra for last 15 days, No range at all ,all the towers are down .Pl look into it URGENTLY

    @reliancejio @JioCare 2-3months. I couldn’t get a Jio Set-top Box remote. Why can’t I even buy it? Kudos, to a flawless and golmaal customer service. Who cares!

    @JioCare @ashok_kumar___ Ashok, Jio is not concerned of customer's plight. I made a payment of 1500 then technician made me buy an extra extender of 2000 - and even took 900 without providing me bill. Made me do umpteen calls to their callcentre. And all this happened in 20 days of getting connection.
