  @JioCare Still no response, no reply to my emails, and no accessible customer support. Paying for Jio AirFiber relocation was a mistake. If this is not resolved without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings and escalate the matter with the consumer authorities.

  @JioCare yet no one fixed the is This level of service is unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to spend an entire day following up for a basic internet connection. Please resolve this on priority and explain how you'll compensate for the downtime and inconvenience.

  @JioCare In Nanpara,Bahraich district (Uttar Pradesh), the internet speed drops drastically whenever the power goes out.I even lodged a personal complaint with your network representative, Matyendra (8283830139),but received an absurd response: "Change your network; why do you use Jio?"

  Not even 24 hours post the fix, internet stopped working again. @JioCare @reliancejio Nobody picks up the call, the bot automatically reserves a next day appointment, no human to speak to. Getting a new connection, @JioCare please accept this as a formal cancellation request.
