    @JioCare The JIO network has gone down drastically in Tq-MAHAGAV District-YAVATMAL Pin Code-445015 Maharshtra for last 15 days, No range at all ,all the towers are down .Pl look into it URGENTLY

    @JioCare It’s been 2 days since i haved raised a complaint against my jiofiber SR000018PEVI. The engineer isn’t picking up the call. The time of service which i have been given is at 9 PM. It second time this month i have faced a problem.

    @JioCare Jiofiber might be worst broadband service in existence. The aso is not picking up and the engineer assigned to me hasn't shown up even after 4hours. Seems like I'll have to look for an alternative service.

    @reliancejio Your jio Company service is not good. We have trouble using the internet. The speed of internet is also very low .. Bring a solution to this my problem ....please

    @JioCare If you understand my concern then let me know how much time it will take to resolve give exact time not approx time because last 4 days i was get the approx time everyday whenever I was call to jio care and talk with your customer care executive. So give my exact time. #Jiodown

    @JioCare aftr sevrl folw ups I am getn dis msg. JioFiber device for your service ID SR000018OUO6 could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you. Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected and we will not be able to process any refund for this account
