    @JioCare Later when i called him number of times as he wasn't recieving he started yelling that "you're not the only customer we have", if that was the case why did you even asked me to book, or you would have told this sooner that we will not give any response after booking(1/n)

    @TRAI Look at the dropping standards. Customer service is non existent with @JioCare @reliancejio . Very very bad.

    @reliancejio ,@JioCare I have terrible experience with your office at our location Mundra - Kachchh - Gujarat. I have canceled my application for jio fiber ( cable ) since more then 15 days but not getting refund amount.

    @JioCare Hi, this issue is pending for too long and my JioFiber is still not working properly. Please escalate this complaint on priority as I am facing serious inconvenience. Kindly share the exact resolution time.

    Why will you raise the complaints? Simple to resolve the issue, but in @reliencejio backend team itself close the complaints. These people are not allowed to close the connection nor resolve the issue. I'm so frustrated with choosing the Jio Airfiber .@JioCare
