  @reliancejio My JioFiber connection was suspended due to non-payment. On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately.   @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Its been a month and again facing unstable interest on my airfiber as well as mobile. Same is happening with my other society members. If it cannot be fixed. Please remove all the airfiber in my area. Will ask them to raise a bulk cancellation request.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the cost care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

  Hello @jiocare We have 2 Jio Cell sites in my Village and the one near me keeps getting down at random times. Sometimes it goes down for 2-3 hours. And the other site is very far from me. It's getting bad. Please help me. Thank you.
