Hi @JioCare team, Regarding my Jio Fiber service request SR00001GXQBB. I raised the complaint on 25th Jan. The local service reschedules the appointment everyday. Internet connection is down for other users as well in the building from last 4 days. Kindly fix it ASAP.

@AdityaD_Shah I have my first, was the Aircel, now switched to @reliancejio fairly decent services. good network, never faced call drops or any such issues. the only issue which is very annoying is that once your data limit exhausted it replenishes after 12:59 which is absurd and illogical.

@aamirkkhaleel @reliancejio Hi Aamir, we never intend to let you down. As we check, we can see that you took connection under the Trial offer. We have refunded the security deposit of Rs. 500 on 19/1/2023. As we see that you have returned the device post 60 days of the activation of the trial (1/2)
