kiran chaudhari (@k_i_r_a_n_5_4_5) reported@JioCare Hi Gladwin, The connection being active does not mean the issue is resolved. I am still experiencing very low speeds (1–10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan), causing meeting drops and connectivity issues. Please arrange a proper technical investigation.
