    @JioCare caller unable to hear my voice. Only 2 network bars at my location. 0.8mbps speed on velocity app. This is frustrating already reported same issue before no resolution yet!

    Hi @JioCare team, Regarding my Jio Fiber service request SR00001GXQBB. I raised the complaint on 25th Jan. The local service reschedules the appointment everyday. Internet connection is down for other users as well in the building from last 4 days. Kindly fix it ASAP.

    @AdityaD_Shah I have my first, was the Aircel, now switched to @reliancejio fairly decent services. good network, never faced call drops or any such issues. the only issue which is very annoying is that once your data limit exhausted it replenishes after 12:59 which is absurd and illogical.

    @JioCare Its simply u were telling me extra apps which is useless for me.. Burning money from pocket for these apps are useless for me. I can't afford.. Need solution or I would consider its my time to move for other solution mentioned earlier.. Feeling trapped in @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Dear Team, I have used your 4 G internet from last 5 years. Your internet speed day by day reduce and worst. I AM unhappy with your internet speed which I have been used write now which is horrible. I have recharge data pack with Rs 181 today . Internet speed less then 2 G speed

We have refunded the security deposit of Rs. 500 on 19/1/2023. As we see that you have returned the device post 60 days of the activation of the trial (1/2)
