Since last 6 month Jio network is not getting in my village.The jio tower is not in working condition. People's have comlplainted several time but not getting any response from Jio. Now we all 6k People have decided to port in Airtel #JioHatao @reliancejio @reliancegroup @TRAI

@JioCare Despite writing to 1909, Twitter and Appellate Jio does not respond on SR0000185J1G and keeps quiet. This is the way Jio responds on DND complaints despite the customer sharing a screen shot of the call record. Way to go. Appellate team does not even respond. #jiodndcomplaints

@JioCare @reliancejio #Fraud #loot My Jio Fiber services are interrrupted on 15th of Jan. My First complaint went on Jan 15th, from then I have 13 complaints registered, Still issue is not resolved. Today I get a message for my monthly renewal which is due on 22nd Jan.

@JioCare An engineer named Apasaheb visited and fixed the issue. Thankyou for everything. He told me the reason why this took so long. There are only 3 engineers who are assigned almost 120+ service requests just in my area!
