    Ridiculous services being provided by Jio fiber India. Everytime it's raining or something, the internet stops working. Even though the customer care isn't ready to listen or anybody available to help. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I take connection of Jio Fiber on free trial.But On this time I left city.I disconnect the connection aprox 22day. Order Number CO0000EK3BQH.After 20 days passed.I am not received refund amount.I try many times to connect customer but he always response wait

    @JioCare Yes, since @MobiKwik currently not working on #myjio, I used an alternative payment mode.

    @reliancejio What's the point for paying for JioFiber 150mbps service if I still have to subscribe to Amazon Prime Video for 1 year additionally? Unsubscribing from next month.
