    @JioCare I hope this can get sorted out sooner as I have been extremely patient now. Same applies to my 2 other next door neighbours/relatives as they have the same issue (conveying on their behalf).

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been a couple of days now since my complaint issue remain as it is customer care executives are of no help. Some executive shares a link that doesn't work. Some ask for what colour of dongle. Some says to restart. Seriously do you guys want to help????
