    @JioCare There is no such technician assigned inspite of multiple days after issue logged. I have shared ticket number on DM. Still no support. Written email. Tried calling. What more can I do. Frustrating #customerexperience @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    Paying for 4G but getting zero Network! @ViCustomerCare please fix the issue at Paldi Rathod 382810. Stop relying on pincode level data. Bilodra and Charada have great signals but we are left with nothing. It is very annoying to run outside every time the phone rings. @JioCare

    @JioCare The issue is not about 5g,4g. Even 4g doesn't works. The network goes completely off when someone calls and then I get a message that I missed a call. Such issues are very common and happen 5-10 times a day.

    Is there anyone who can take a few seconds to reply? My internet is not coming for the past several weeks in my area. Before I was getting uninterrupted internet service suddenly it has stopped and this is only in my area @JioCare

    @JioCare Internet has been down for 4 days. Unable to reach any customer care executive. Since June, we’re facing monthly outages lasting 3+ days. I’ve shared details via DM. Need the exact restoration date and compensation for the outage. Please don’t send generic replies.

    @Jiocare I am facing issues with the Jio Fiber connection for last so many days and seems like the Jio team does not care at all. The engineers do not pick the phones and support calls with IVR customer support leads no where. Can Jio team please help? @RelianceJioCare

    Hi @JioCare , I ported my mobile number to Jio on Tuesday. Mobile data is working, but I am unable to make or receive calls, and SMS services are also not working. My number ends with 5869. Please check and resolve this issue. Thank you.

    @JioCare Total failure by @reliancejio @JioCare! Bought a SIM online but got zero updates. Urgently needed it today, but customer support refused to share any delivery details. If you can't manage this online SIM service, just close it down.👎 #PoorService
