    Hi @JioCare I want to cancel my subscription of Jio AirFiber, pls let me know how can o cancel as all of your communication channels are non functional and operating on automated chats and calls. this is too frustrating for me after paying bills and unable to use services.

    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare Device is on Jio True 5G, battery saver OFF, still daily data is getting deducted. Resolve this ASAP or refund my recharge amount for last 6 months. Stop scripted replies & fix the issue technically.

    @JioCare disappointed with Jio service. Network has been down since 5th May, complain raised, yet no engineer visit till now. Engineer Mohd Ahmed he said his boss is forcing him to visit the area. Is this how customer issues are handled? Absolutely unprofessional. #PoorService

    @JioCare Why would you not understand my issue and again and again asked one thing.! I clearly said that other 1200/- was not refunded into the bank account , 1624/- was refunded and credited into the bank account. Also I send all screenshots of debit and credit history.

    @JioCare Last 6 days nobody took any strong action regarding my matter .Now i think if this kind of service is provided to their customer then I Should switch it off to other ISP
