    @JioCare , I'm messaging from last 10 days but no reply. My jio fiber connection activated on 10th April and till now google gemini pro banner not showing in myjio app. shared snapshots in DM multiple times. I paid money 3333 to jio, but u are not resolving my issues.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I am not able to connect with SBB Mobile App on Jio network (mobile and Fiber, Both). However I am able to access the SBB App on a non-Jio network. Contacted Jio but no help. Please look into this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Jio_Business As usual, after a brief resumptions of your service, your internet connectivity is again disrupted. Don't know what to do about this nonsense. can't work, can't watch tv, can't study.

    @JioCare The exact problem is - Across the major areas in top cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru - your network shows 5G or LTE bars - calls will work but internet doesn’t work. Even in rural its the same case. Hence, have to rely on Airtel as backup in second sim slot.

    @JioCare Network in our village has been very weak for the last 2-3 months. Internet hardly works and it is affecting our studies and daily work. We have already raised complaints but the issue is still not resolved. Location: Anandpar, Yaksh (370610) Please look into this #jio

    Jio data is barely working in Western Odisha. 5G doesn’t even connect most of the time, and when it does, it’s unusable. People are already porting out, but there’s still no fix. After increasing tariffs, this kind of service is just unacceptable. #JioFail @JioCare @reliancejio
