    @JioCare Start the refund process. 3 months advance. Refund immediately. To collect money, it was done early in the money. What do you suggest I do wfh without internet? Give me my money back asap. Cancel subscription. Tell me the process. No one wants to cancel when I call customer care

    @JioCare But mam I can't do the things what your customer care asks to do...can't switch off switch on, change the sim slot...i can't even buy another handset to try the sim everyday..as I face the network issue daily.

    @JioCare the manager refuses to meet us and asked us to disconnect our service instead of solving this problem!!! My salute to jio fiber's worst service provider and you should be awarded with the worst service of the year. I'M FINALLY DISCONNECTING MY SERVICE THANKS A LOT

    VarunSaraf76: @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ As it is the internet speed is terrible and the service is the worst. Reliance Jio Care- Does the company and it’s employees knowing the meaning of Reliance Jio Care. The quality and service is exactly the opposite of Reliance Jio Care.

    @JioCare It’s been two days since the connection is down. I was promised that the connection would be restored the same day. Is this some kind of a joke???? Whenever we call customer care we r given a new date or time . Do u understand the meaning of Relaince Jio ???

    @JioCare Hi team today we have received a call from your end again it has been informed to us that yesterday also engineer visited our place and query is resolved. Without visiting how it is getting updated in your portal that the problem is resolved. Can you please explain.

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio any reason why jio will not work for toll free numbers. I'm trying to reach a TN government provided central customer care number 1912 . The message we get from any Jio number in TN is "This Number does not exist" but works from any other providers

    @Airtel_Presence i have raised a complaint regarding network issue in my locality and it wasnt resolved since March 2022 ... If this network issue going to continue...then i have no other option to port my number to @reliancejio or @vodafonein1
