    @JioCare Useless contact of jio. Just autobot is available everywhere that is worthless. I paid for aur fiber more then 15 days ago but still it's didn't install. If u can't then return my money I will get airtel. Airtel is little bit costly but I will service atleast.

    @reliancejio @JioCare this is highly frustrating experience..despite of all efforts from my side ..my jio fiber is down with no internet access..you guys charged 3 months advance from me for this kind of experience..zero ratings from my side.

    @JioCare Can you please raise a ticket for this recurring AirFiber outage? I’d like to know what workaround you’re providing for the problem and a clear ETA on when you plan to permanently close this issue. Customers deserve accountability, not endless delays.

    @Chiranjeet8893 @JioCare You can check my service requests for 3 months. And what part of it seems making fool to you? I have posted the speed details everytime. I told them to send a technical guy to check from my home.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Enough of generic responses. 12+ days delay, missed appointment, no action. SR: SR0000348HXZ Cancel my order and initiate full refund immediately, else I will escalate this further.

    @JioCare I have already sent a disconnection request via email but received no response. My connection has been down for 6+ days and your team is not resolving the issue. This is unacceptable. Please register my disconnection request immediately and confirm ticket number.
