    @reliancejio Reliance Jio Fiber stop playing with common man's money. Service request no. 000014VGV9 Refund my security deposit Rs.2500 .Complaint lodged on 8/5/21 , refund not yet received. Such shoddy , irresponsible service . Our local cable operator is much better than you .

    @JioCare even after so many complaints none of your executive came regarding problem in @fiber_jio jio fibre so I won't recharge and throw out all the device's related to it and will advice everyone not to use any jio Service

    @reliancejio In my area, the network of Jio remains as long as the power remains closed after that, if this happens, then all the customers of this area will be forced to leave Jio and go to some other network. My no.9838583016

    @JioCare @kshrikant Problem not with other operator, only with Jio this problem exists. Facing the same issue of not being able to call few numbers since last 1 month. DM also sent, but it looks you guys are doing it knowingly and ask same question repetatively and then do nothing.

    @TeamTHA_ @JioCare @reliancejio I am using it since last 7 months and I have not faced any major issues. Even during recent storm, the fibre connection were working. My local operator is based in sector 5,Rajendra Nagar. Excitel has a good customer support and pocket friendly broadband package

    Never even get a #JioFiber connection if you have a better alternative, even though it is costlier by some rupees. @JioCare support is absolutely sarkaari and pathetic.

    @JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare
