@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I visited your stores for port-in. Your store incharge refused to portin to prepaid connection saying that portin can only be done in postpaid connection. You lost a customer. Thanks to @reliancejio they assisted me n provided prepaid connection.

@JioCare First and foremost, every time my query is handled by different user & no one looks into my issue. I JUST NEED TO RELOCATE MY CONNECTION IN SAME SOCIETY. Very pathetic service, I am trying since 2 weeks with no progress.ATTRACT NEW CUSTOMERS & NO SERVICE FOR EXISTING ONES.

@reliancejio @jio_fiber - Very poor service from customer support. They have confirmed about receiving my bank A/C details for money credit (30 days ago) and told me that I will get the money in 2 weeks. Still no response from them. Looking for my money back. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

@jio_fiber @reliancejio - VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO SHOW OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & LOYALTY. JIO IS NOT FOLLOWING IT'S OWN WRITTEN POLICY I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE JIO POSTPAID PLAN AS THEY DO NOT REFUND MONEY BACK TO CUSTOMERS DESPITE MANY FOLLOWUPS.

@reliancejio @JioCare Why is there no way to reactivate a deactivated number? Forgetting to recharge is a human mistake, but not being able to reactivate the number is a huge problem as there is a whole social identity linked to phone numbers now. @TRAI
