Fahad kinu (@Fahadkinu) reported@JioCare engineer finally visited today & marked the issue as resolved. However, within just 1hr, the service went down again. This has been an extremely frustrating experience with repeated downtime & no lasting resolution. Pls fix this permanently & compensate for days of service loss.
