    @JioCare @DoT_India @jagograhakjago been shut down following a dispute with the tower owner. If that is not the case, then please explain clearly why your local representative has given us this information. What is even more pathetic is the manner in which customers are being treated:

    A customer should never have to fight for a service to be cancelled. I've been trying to disconnect my @JioCare JioFiber connection since 1st August. Six days, countless calls, repeated assurances, zero action. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be escalating it legally and documenting the entire experience publicly. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    Dear @JioCare, I've been requesting cancellation of my JioFiber connection since 1st August. It's been 6 days, multiple calls, multiple promises, multiple rescheduled pickup appointments - but still no cancellation. I have every call recording. Why should a customer have to beg to discontinue a service? #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @reliancejio @JioCare my JioFiber conn. has been totally dead for the last 15 days. Engg. visited, replaced hardware, but failed to fix it and advised cancellation. Now your back team is not reverting or closing the a/c. Pl. process imed. cancellation and refund. Thx. Deleted
