  @JioCare I ordered a Jio SIM on April 18th and was promised delivery within 24–48 hours. It has now been more than 96 hours and I still haven't received my SIM. This is unacceptable service and causing inconvenience & loss. I will escalate to @jagograhakjago and consumer court.

  Really frustrating experience with @reliancejio and @airtelindia Air Fibre. Cancelled Jio due to long delays, switched to Airtel—now facing even worse delays. Agents say no stock is available. Extremely disappointing service. We deserve better for what we are paying. @DoT_India

  @reliancejio there is technical issue from your end. Yesterday I couldn't make payment of my mobile bill through UPI. Now I have tried 2/3 times but failed. I can't even make calls now as my outgoing calls has been barred. Pls do the needful. My Statement Number is - 254512378787
