You can not use 10-12 GB data daily even if watching HD movie 24 hrs. In India data calculations is a fraud practice. My monthly data usage is around 40-45 GB/month while i always work with GB of genomic & Proteomics computational work.

The slot has passed, and the ticket isn't even assigned to an engineer yet. Please look into this and get it resolved ASAP.
