    @JioCare Hi, I want to discontinue the service with Jio as I am unable to use internet connection and already paid the amount for three months. Please deduct my rent on pro rata and refund the amount I paid and not able to use your service.

    @JioCare terrible service here at Paithan , PIN code 431007. I am fed up with this situation, this has been going on for a long time now and I would like to show dissatisfaction. Please take away your jiofibre and I shall install something else which will provide me good service.

    @airtelindia I get good connectivity using Airtel wifi in my home, but connectivity using Airtel sim is worst in same location. The app cannot digest the problem saying you are not connected to the internet when using sim data. Can you do something or should I Port to @JioCare?

    My jio airfiber speed is in KBs since yesterday and the jio customer support is not taking any complaint neither the app is diagnosing the issue / resolving it. @JioCare @jio_fiber @JIOAIRFIBERIN Please resolve at the earliest!!!
