    @reliancejio Ordinary people are being harassed a lot because of your heinous network service and so much price increase. You are giving 2G service to people with 4G price. Most 3rd class network in many area. In the next few days I'll surely port out and join #BSNL #jiopricehike

    @reliancejio hi I have been regularly complaining about network issue but there is no response from your side from 4 years there is no solution not expected this type of failure from Jio

    is very slow and just keeps rebooting any time. I went to the service centre 2nd time and the executive there gave me a swapped phone. The problem still persist, very unhappy with the device, it really lags a lot, unable to do anything @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare

    @JioCare how can you force a customer to avail your prime jio subscription if he wants to port to jio? If you want to force new customer who wants to join you just make it inckusive of tarriff. #disappointment

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Why would you representative wants OTP to confirm my bank a/c when I have already confirmed from my mail. If it is true than in case of any problem, jio will have to compensate me for my banking losses if any

    @JioCare Getting the same replies since the last three days. Don't wanna say anything rude online as I understand it doesn't come under the purview of you customer care team. But, please I request you kindly escalate the process and let the concerned team work on the same ASAP, please!!!

    @reliancejio this is business plan of every teleco companies that announce price hike will effect after 7 days ., then all customer will go frustated and buy 1 year plan of 1400 to 2500., then after 1 or 2 month cut down plan prices that were before & get crore Rs.
