    @JioCare Jio Team, I am reiterating here, dont give such answer & resolution. We do have very good networks & happy with that but our only concern while there is electricity failure your network down immediately, means you dont have back up!! @TRAI

    @JioCare I am not able to browse the internet on wifi inspite of active plan and balance data. When tried to connect to customer care over call they simply said we can't serve your request at the moment. I need solution for this asap as my work is at stake. Reg mob no.9869690347

    Your company service is ****,as i recently got a new jio fiber connection and they have provided me with a faulty router,which does not work and when i call your support team, all they ask for is extra service charges for the fault of theirs @reliancejio @JioCare #saynotojiofiber

    @JioCare I lost my jio sim . but the hard thing is i lost my sim in united kingdom and still i am in uk for 2 more years .but the sim i am using with ur network is my primary and important number. i dont know how to get a sim replacement to other countries.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I've been planning to get a jio fiber connection for last 3-4 months, as the neighbouring colonies have fiber connection. But due to centralized working environment in jio, they actually don't know the areas with potential buyers. Help me out
