    @JioCare @JioCare And it works on other network, the problem occurs only with jio. So something is wrong with Jio and not with websites. I have 42 days left on my yearly recharge after 30 days i will switch to @Airtel_Presence or other network. I am really not happy with Jio. Thank u.

    @JioCare My old parents have been contacting customer service for 2 weeks now without any response. Kindly refund our money so we can install a better connection. Is this the service expected from reliance? Please share escalation email @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare No you dont, i have been calling you guys and things have not moved a inch Your guys speak rudely with us when we raise relocation request and then cancel relocation request as well, when we cancel jio connection they cancel every req, it been 5 days, without progress

    @JioCare very poor network quality in my area. So many call drop and very slow internet speed I was compliant regarding this in June month but till date no resolution.
