    @JioCare I booked Jio Airfiber on 28 March, KYC done on 30 April, jio personal took 2200 from us in cash. Then after several requests no installation done. Then on 10th april 2026 my booking was cancelled by you people. From 10 april I am pleading for my refund of 2200. Plz help.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I have ported my mobile number from Reliance Jio to Airtel. My Jio SIM has been deactivated, but my Airtel SIM is still not activated even after more than 48 hours.Due to this issue, I am unable to make calls or receive OTPs, causing serious inconvenience MobileNumber:6301180552
