    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid ₹3,599 for #JioTrue5G plan. Your own coverage map + support team confirmed 5G at my location (Tandauli, UP). A 5G tower is 100m away. Yet I get unstable 4G only. 3 complaints (SR0000336W5T, SR000034KRBD, SR000035Y9KN) closed WITHOUT fixing. This is cheating. @TRAI_Ind

    @JioCare The service request is back to assigning an engineer, if you can't have resolution please remove my connection and provide compensation if this is unfixable from your side. Terrible service deeply disappointed , your whole team can't send one technician to fix the issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare again it proved third class service, I want to convert my existing JIO prepaid sim to postpaid and visited MyJio store, Kankadbagh Patna and they are not issuing postpaid sim when I am showing adhar details from phone. #fraud #service

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio The internet in my house works but not the landline. I have raised the request to get it resolved like 25 days ago. Still there is no proper resolution. Inam tired of calling Call center and end up with no resolution or fix. Pathetic Response

    @JioCare This is the worst customer service, it's already taken 4 days and u need more time. Ur person called me and said he is reaching in 15 mins & then i suddenly get message that it will take 24 hrs more. It's sad that u r not able to solve the complaint in 5 days & need 1 more day.
