    @JioCare @reliancejio Has been 2-3 days facing the issue with Range and internet had call with your customer care they are saying wait for 48 hoursstill no improvement ! If it's your issue will our recharge and Plan date be extended by this 2-3 days??

    @JioCare You and Your technician are fraud. Not giving any satisfactory answer regarding installation. Technicians was behaving like he is an sarkari officer and we are begging him to please complete my jio air fibre installation. Not expected this type of service from Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare Nobody has visited or contacted me, yet you’ve marked my issue as “resolved.” How is that possible? It’s been 5 days with no resolution. This is a terrible and pathetic experience. Please reopen and escalate the complaint immediately and arrange a site visit. Take action
