    @JioCare I tried to connect with customer care but all the support I got was automated chat and voice support only. It was a very bad experience. Worst support system. Invoice of jio fiber recharge should be emailed or make it available for 1 year at least.

    @JioCare Your broadband is not working and i am getting a slot for tomorrow. Delhi being such a big metro city you don’t have a slot for today? The call centre people are clueless. No help. At least start listening to calls how a customer is treated. Very sad! @TheMukeshAmbani
