@JioFiberChennai Internet is not working from 11-11-2021 morning & I reported issue to customer care. They agreed issue in their side & would be resolved in 2hrs. Called back eve & again said 2hrs it would be resolved. Called back night another 2hrs. it’s been 24hrs now @JioCare

@JioCare @JioFiberChennai when I call now they are saying 2hrs again. Why can’t this be escalated & prioritised soon rather giving wrong or false information as 2hrs to customers. Need valid information & resolution at earliest! If it continues need to disconnect @JioFiberChennai

@JioCare I m using 150Mbps Jio Fiber. Today I seeing internet speed issue and called the support, what they said it really shocking. 20Mbps to 150Mbps is normal and optimal speed. Even if we get 20Mbps then also its optimal speed. Was that a joke? Can u guys confirm the same?

@JioCare @reliancejio only reply ok someone will come but when don’t know. There is no time possible to tell. Looks like complete jio is down and all technical people are busy for the moment. Why system is taking request with slots if it has no meaning??
