    @JioCare If there is congestion and in your knowledge for long time why haven't you upgraded the system till now. My complaint is more than 4 month old. If you accept there is congestion then compensate the users for deficiency in your service. Why charge for poor service.

    @JioCare Took a Connection with false information provided by your sales team. Saved your Sales manager from mob due to your own technician' mistake. Treated technicians like humans. Raised tickets waited for hours and got the issue fixed. Again I'm back to square one.

    @JioCare I'm staying at same location where the device installed. I've been calling your customer service for the past 1 week and they're saying "it has been rescheduled to the next day". Every person on that side is saying the exact same answer and still the device haven't been picked up
