    @JioCare very bad network connectivity in my area we cant able to open a google page its like a 1G not 4G If this bad service in my area not improve then we and my total family ,friends will changed our SIM to some other operator. Regards

    @JioCare Very poor network in my location. Area Pin -841311 I can't use voice call and Data service properly. Improve your network as soon as possible.

    This is very disappointing; I purchased a ₹299 recharge that offers 1.5 GB of daily data and also bought an unlimited 5G plan by recharging with ₹51, but the network is very poor and the unlimited 5G isn't working. Please fix this as soon as possible! @JioCare

    @JioCare Thank my issue has been addressed the the installation has taken place. I had to go to the state office myself and get the work done.

    Dear, @JioCare I have ordered my jio airfiber Max on 19/08/2026 and paid 2200 it's been 13 Days and haven't even got installation I want my refund right now, if you can't fulfill service on time please don't provide those... Order No:- NO0001FAOWF0

    @reliancejio Network expansion pe dhyan dijiye. Most of area no network zone (Jio), Airtel is far better than Jio.

    @JioCare I've been trying to close my connection as I am shifting location. Your Jio Help is of no use as it states that Air Fibre cannot be shifted!! And no one is ready to take this equipment back and close the connection!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia Jio services suck. My Jio broadband is down 2-3 days every month. Yet I pay the entire month bill. Its down from sat 1800h to now Monday 0900hrs. This feel so stupid and cheated ! .. Switching to airtel ASAP Non sense
