@JioCare i have recharged of 2999 for 1 year and recharge plan is valid till 30 july 2023, i need its invoice now but jio customer care says they can provide invoice till last 180 days. as a consumer its my right to get invoice copy till my validity ends . @TRAI @consumercourtin

Why are your internet services getting poorer day by day from last 7 to 10 days, if you aren't able to upgrade your services then I have to port and switch to some other network like Idea or Airtel @JioCare @reliancejio

@facebook please take note of the poor quality of Jio service before investing more into @reliancejio. Very disappointed and annoyed with this service. Tried Calling, emailing customer care and also tries WhatsApp help. No use and hopeless

Got a new 6 months Jio Fibre connection only to come to know later that the installation is delayed(+2 days now) because of some "technical issue" in my area. @reliancejio @JioCare could've told this before selling.

How many days does it take #RelianceJio to replace a non functional router? More than 2 weeks and counting! How long does it take them to terminate connection? Same!!!
