    @JioCare very bad network connectivity in my area we cant able to open a google page its like a 1G not 4G If this bad service in my area not improve then we and my total family ,friends will changed our SIM to some other operator. Regards

    @JioCare Your customer care doesn't have escalation facilities, you have refused to refund the amount for the no. of days services not provided, even refused to proportionally extend the plan! This is nothing but Gundaism, so be ready to pay more(multitudes) in litigation!

    @JioCare But it's a nightmare for me. I recharged with ₹501 pack for ISD call. But calls are not going through with a message that outgoing call is barred. Jio chat under your app didn't yield result. Email, Messenger n others give same auto generated reply. Can you help?

    @reliancejio Stay at Shirly Rajan Road in the Bandra Suburbs, and have just recently shifted here from Pali Naka, which is not even a km away. However, there is no Jio Fiber available. I dont wish to surrender my connection. Rather requesting for a relocation. Any help?
