    @JioCare very bad network connectivity in my area we cant able to open a google page its like a 1G not 4G If this bad service in my area not improve then we and my total family ,friends will changed our SIM to some other operator. Regards

    I am trying to activate Jio 5G through "My Jio" app in Gurugram area (Haryana),but not able to activate. My phone software and network has already updated to latest version.Also,not got any support from customer support side.Very ridiculous service from Jio.@reliancejio @JioCare

    Well @reliancejio has ghosted me on all platforms, I raised an issue on Dec 13th 2023 regarding ping issues on a certain game which I had been facing for a long time, like 1 year or so, then they did nothing for almost 2 months, they did not even raise the ticket for my issue.

    @JioCare Not at all satisfied with your response. You have bluffed the customer and taken connection. Tell the procedure of refund. Also many of them were interested in jio fiber in my colony. I will tell all of them never go for it. Either give my discount or refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I called the customer care to convey my network issues The representatives were very helpful and polite But how can I appreciate their efforts when there is not enough network speed to load a webpage

    None of the @reliancejio customer care provides with any resolution. Worst experience ever. I'll surely not continue with this service. @JioCare @reliancejio No one is there to validate 5G. Worst experience, I surely had.
