    @Desire__World @reliancejio We can never be thankful for anything. We have forgotten those days when 2G rates were Rs 250/GB. We also don't understand that with 4 telecom companies, there is no monopoly. But we will use the word "monopoly" regardless as we have learned the word recently.

    @reliancejio Too much poor speed and charges are also high in compare to VI and Airtel. We are also trying to port to other services. Jio is same as of past reliance communications

    @JioCare since there is actually no support from jio team for poor speed of jiofiber at my place even after repeated complaints.m not subscribing again. Moreover My 1 year plan getting over and still not received complimentary speaker which was promised. You loose one customer.

    @reliancejio Internet speed of jio is worst among all top 3 companies of india . They are taking the advantage of the monopoly of the market . Just waiting to change the operater

    @reliancejio I was also a customer of jio but you don't provide any service. My jio fiber isnot working from the last 15 days but no one care. Now I have shifted to Airtel thanks for your irresponsible behaviour. If you work like this you will soon loose all your customers. All the best

    @reliancejio Don't look for one to one basis..JIO network is worst in every region I go.. of the eastern UP. Strengthen ur network.
