    @reliancejio @reliancegroup After successfully failing post 27 calls to customer care 198 over 24 hrs & giving 27 feedback rating of 1 for each call i am using twitter to seek a resolution , would sincerely request the jio team to hear the recordings of all my calls. esim change

    @JioCare Happened to talk with customer care executive. Service rescheduled to tomorrow. Bit disappointed with service. Keep me waiting for two days. Airtel use to fix my issues in 3to 4 hours. Now I have changed to jio fiber but the result is bad experience 😒
