    @JioCare If you don't want to look into the issue and simple reply and close, then dont take that pain as well. I am good. As I said, I will disconnect my all connections with jio. Your customer care guy attitude is wooow.

    @JioCare Hi Team, Its been 2 weeks now and i have only received assurances and nothing else. This is not something too complex that you need so long to resolve. I will go ahead with MNP option this week. Thanks for all the help Team Jio.
