    @JioCare Very poor network in my location. Area Pin -841311 I can't use voice call and Data service properly. Improve your network as soon as possible.

    @JioCare very bad network connectivity in my area we cant able to open a google page its like a 1G not 4G If this bad service in my area not improve then we and my total family ,friends will changed our SIM to some other operator. Regards

    What is this, Jio? My internet is running so poorly—it feels like 3G. Even after purchasing the ₹999 plan, the internet quality is terrible; it keeps automatically switching from 5G to 4G. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber internet has been down since the night of 14 June. A service request was raised on 15 June at 7 AM, but after 48+ hours, no engineer has contacted or visited. Despite multiple calls to cust care, there's been no proper response #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare @TRAI I've recharge my wifi earlier before the due date but they said you've to recharge again and i did but this time I've paid big amount and now they are not giving proper network because they are going to tell me you've to replace a router and for that you've to give money #loot

    excess amount every month i am paying extra amount and ina a while. Some times we have to recharge twice a month for your technical problem. Here i have attached screen shot's of my jio app showing payment due and account suspended in 3 days Billdate 11th of everymonth @JioCare
